I have been going to Western dental for about a year now. All my experiences there have been really good. All the staff have been so kind, considerate, helpful, and patient with me. The work done has also been exemplary. I truly appreciate being able to go to Western dental and get my teeth taken care of. I would highly recommend them

The Most unprofessional dentist office I have ever been to. I scheduled my appointment one week before my visit for an examination and a cleaning. I actually requested time off from work, drove 30 minutes in traffic to get to their office, waited another 20 minutes before they called me in. Once called into their office, the dentist told me that she could examine me but couldn’t do my teeth cleaning because she was running behind schedule. I asked “why didn’t you office tell me that you guys are over booked and rescheduled me before I wasted half of my day coming here?” She said “I don’t know, but we can reschedule you…” I know her time as a dentist was precious but what about my time as a patient? Patient time is not valuable? Please let patients know ahead of time if your office can’t treat them. Have the courtesy to reschedule them before they wasted half a day going to your office and just to be told “we can reschedule you”. What a waste my time!!!

They’re an amazing team, they answered all my questions and explain every procedure, no hidden extra fees, everything was so clear, so hygienic and the best part it was the DENTIST he’s doing an amazing surgery on my molar he was so professionaland gentle, the most pleasant experience in my life with a dentist 🦷😇🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Thank you Western Dental and Orthodontics 🙏😇

Took my sister to have some of her teeth pulled and the women at the counter were rude! One lady came out telling them she’s never coming back because she’s been waiting for over an hour and when she walked out the they looked at each other and laughed. UNPROFESSIONAL! Once my sister finally got seen after an hour of waiting in the chair, she got her teeth extracted and as a 13 year old child she was crying and the doctor told her if she was going to keep crying she needs to get out of his chair and go. He’s lucky we weren’t there to hear him say that ourselves. Disgusting service. Never going back

The two hygienists who worked on my teeth last week and this week were both very nice. The dental assistant, Angel, who took d xray was also very nice. Very gentle and sensitive to the needs of the patients. Took my fears away. The Front desk personnel, different ones on different visits, they arent as gracious. One even didnt let me fill out d Symptom check (good thing I was ok) nor let me do the gargle which is part of their SOP. .Like they cant wait for the day to be over.

This place is very unprofessional. Checked in for a 12:30 consultation. The Dentist went to lunch along with the majority of the front desk staff. I decided to ask if i was going to be seen after waiting for 40 minutes. I was told i would be seen at 2. They failed to communicate this long wait time to me. Not even a sorry. They lack communication and it is a waste of time. I do not recommend this place.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone yesterday with a dispatcher on their toll free number to get literally nowhere. He was mumbling, also very obviously reading from a script. Didnt anunciate or take his time to actually tell me what to expect or what I needed. He apparently made an appointment for me, today- at 10am, Im still waiting for a confirmation email to see the address because he literally told me nothing. Towards the end of the call he also yawned. He clearly does not want to be there nor does he actually care about building a profile with patients. What a terrible first impression.

Today was my first time at western dental and let me say, my experience was beyond impeccable. Dr. Gupta was so nice and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable under her care. And also Jasmine was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my visit. She gave me clarity on what my visit was for and even helped me with scheduling future appointments! Highly recommend this office! The whole staff is nice and they were VERY clean and I always saw someone sanitizing something!!!

I received a call today saying that I was able to come in and get my Cleaning done, went in and was in the chair within a couple of minutes, Dr. made sure I was comfortable, then she began. I highly recommend this Dentist Office, all employees are very caring of their clients.

The office is clean, the staff is very conscientious of safety and their patients well being. I am a big baby when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Liem helped me through it. She was gentle and efficient. The rest of the staff, (I apologize for not remembering all their names) were just as gentle and efficient.12/17/2020I had a very short visit and Jackie was quick and efficient. Great job!!

If i could give them no starts then i would. Its the WORST dentist ever!!! I had my appointment at 2 it was 4:30 I asked how much longer and still asked me to wait another 45 min. As soon as i came in i knew that was a bad place, they had like 15 people in s small lobby. BAD BAD BAD ALLLLL BAD dont recommend. Dont come here. They dont care about patients they only care about getting money from insurance. The only reason i came here was because they recommended me for braces but if you’re looking for a nice dentist i recommend LOLLIPOP DENTIST ON PLACENTIA thats a very nice clean place, wonderful people, dont overbook themselves, in and out fast every visit.

These dentists are salesmen. They just want to make as much money off of you as possible. I was told I have gingivitis and needed a tray for my teeth which is custom molded and will put the medicine directly on my gums. The tray would have been for my bottom teeth only and cost $1000!! Once I refused because I can’t afford it(I’m unemployed due to the Rona) they were done with me. They never made any other recommendations on how I could try to combat this problem on my own... no toothbrush recommendation, no toothpaste recommendation, no mouthwash recommendation, no advice on any self care whatsoever. After doing a quick online search, I found out that because I’m only at the beginning stage, I should be able to reverse it pretty easily, without spending $1000

June R is nice but applied my braces too short. Another lady put my braces too long. Little inconveniences and they come to a halt with your procedures as if thousands wasnt enough. Cant get help until next appointment which is a month away so getting no progress done. They have forgotten my assigned appointments by them multiple times. They wont take me unless I have an appointment even though it was on them. They have me hostage to write a review after theyve completed there few minutes with me.

The pain I was experiencing finally made it impossible to avoid.I want to especially thank and recognize Dr Shamooh. He is an amazingly kind and gentle oral surgeon ! His demeanor puts you at ease and his technique again was very gentle ! Great dentist !The entire office staff has a pleasant flow and they demonstrate awesome team work which benefited me the patient and is highly appreciated !If you need an extraction, root canal or dental surgeon again I can not recommend Dr Shamooh enough !

I went in yesterday for a root canal and a crown. I was extremely nervous. I really thought it was going to be really bad. I was so afraid of the needles for the anesthesia, but the doctor was great, she made my whole experience way better. She was so caring, really understood my fears and needs and she attended them in a very human and professional way. She was very calm and knowledgeable, and her assistant Anjelica was the same way very professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable too. The doctor really changed my whole experience yesterday. She put some of that numbing gel before she used the needles for the actual anesthesia, that REALLY changed everything for me, because then I didn’t even fell pain when she put the needles in. This office really is turning things around, please keep up the good work, and thank you for making my experience a whole lot better.

I have been to western dental at Fullerton location three times now. The first day they staff seem nice and professional, which encouraged me to come the next time with my family. However my second and third visits have been very terrible. They some of the staff seem rude and caring. They very disorganized and they not inform us about the long deals. They kept us waiting for 4 hours on our third visit. I became very sick and tired of waiting that I just left out been seen even though I had signed all the insurance papers.
