My bad habits and lack of dental care had reached its peak . My front teeth were so loose that a hard sneeze would send they flying across the room. Missing teeth do not look good on anyone. I was embarrassed to even walk into Townview Dental at first. After seeing the attractive ladies working there made it worse!😩. But I was foolishly mistaken. They looked and my mouth then gave me a treatment plan,Go home and start drinking!Just kiddingThey are as nice as can be! Many visits later, some very painful of course. And now LOOK FORWARD to check ups. Don’t keep putting you dental work off. The longer you do, the worse things become( as I’m sure you know this already). First things people notice are your teeth. My journey has been over 2 years now with Townview Dental and some were pretty painful. I think my fingernails might still be in the arms of the Dental Chairs! But so happy I finally walked in their door my first day. Don’t be embarrassed anymore. Make the call, financing is available to most people.Thank You, Manny and Evelyn !

I was pleased with my dental visit. The staff were all very friendly. I was in and out in no time at all. My visit was very thorough including a full set of x-rays, exam, and plan of action for follow-up visits including what everything would cost.

I have been to this dental care for my deep cleaning at first they were Ok. All of a sudden over the weekend I had this very sharp pain in my tooth and I made an emergency appointment with them. I was on my way to them and the freeway was stuck because of an accident I was running 5 minutes late so I called the office to let them know that Im running late the front desk lady told me that they wont be able to see me as Im late. I was in very bad pain and she was very rude and was not considering my case at all. Very rude behavior with patient who is in pain not been any understanding the situation. I told her Im just 5 minutes away and she said the Dr said she will see me but it could be 2-4 hr wait and still after being me waiting she is not sure that she will see me today or not. This is very rude with your patients specially who is in emergency. This was not a regular dental check up that I couldve waited...I was only 5 minutes late and she couldnt give me 5 minutes grace window. She wasted my day and time and also left me in bad pain.

I am so happy I decided to give Townview Dental a try. I had pretty much given up on finding a dental office to help me with my problem and me be able to afford the treatment plan until I went to my appointment with Townview. I was so excited by the time I left and I was happy with the service I received and everyone at the office was so friendly and helpful. I will not go to another dental office again. Give this place a try, I promise I wasnt paid to post this and I am not an actor. These people truly care about their patients and I am so happy I found them.

After visiting four dentists within the span of a year - I can honestly say that I feel safe, confident, and finally happy with my new provider.I can’t rave enough about Dr. Monique Sison. She’s so thorough, careful, skilled, thoughtful and patient with you. She’ll have my loyal service and all referrals from here on out. I promise you’re in good hands.There’s an atmosphere of respect and happiness in the office. It’s notable that everyone treats each other well and takes care of one another- whether it be staff or patients. From the hygienists (Jose, Evelyn) to the front desk (Ivana) - everyone had a bright air about them.The office is clean. Paperwork can be completed electronically from your phone. Infection control is prudent with staff changing their gloves often between every different task. Staff explain every step to you before and during your procedures, demonstrating expertise about what they do.I’d gladly drive to see Dr. Sison through LA traffic again anytime. That’s how good the service is. But not too soon hopefully.

I had a great experience, I needed a lot of crowns. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable. The numbing shot, which is not favorable to most, was done very well. No pain and lasted the 5 hours I was there. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Update: Another great visit to Townview Dental. This time they replaced a cap that had come off. Easy visit and this cap already feels so much better than the old one. Love the quality work from this team. And the dental assistant guy is great as well.Three family members have all now visited. We all have had really positive experiences. We have been challenged to find a dentist that didn’t try to up sell us on everything and happy to report that didn’t happen here. What did happen is that we got a thorough explanation and fair pricing for the work. The guy who cleaned our teeth was great. Also thorough and a comfortable experience. I watched the tech do photos for my mother’s visit and he was careful and thoughtful as she has a small mouth. He even got out special tools to support the X-ray in her mouth. The front office staff are kind and very professional. The processing for the insurance was easy and straightforward. We have definitely found our new family dentist.

The people running Townview use highly suspect and unethical business practices, beware filling out any credit applications at their office as your information is likely to be misused or stolen.I filled out an application for a zero interest loan to pay for work that needed to be done for my wife. The loan was initially denied but the office manager said she would look into other funding options. I said I was only interested in financing if it was a zero interest loan. Several days later I received an email from that same loan company congratulating me on my new loan at 18% APR over 5 years.I never received any documentation to sign and definitely didnt approve this loan. I asked Townview to return the funds to the lender as I had not taken out the loan. They dragged their feet and lied to me saying the funds would be returned only to shut down for two months due to the pandemic without this being corrected. No one was returning calls during their hiatus even though I left numerous messages.After many, many calls to the lending company disputing the loan, I was finally able to get this situation straightened out - 5 months and many hours of my time later. Townview did end up charging us $750 for impressions done on my wifes uppers and lowers.Save yourself from the shady business practices and lousy customer service and take your business elsewhere. Id give them negative stars if I could.

As a first time visitor to a medical/dental office during the pandemic, I was expecting a much higher standard of sterilization and sanitization. One dental assistant touched the overhead light, the computer keyboard and then proceeded to adjust the plastic cover on the X-ray tool that was to be used in my mouth. This happened numerous times in the same visit. Additionally, while speaking with Dr Gina, one of the assistants “shot” his rubber glove from across the hallway into our room subsequently hitting the doctor instead of the trash; all of which received no response from anyone, let alone the Dr.Perhaps it had been a long day but Dr Gina Nguyen was largely uncommunicative and failed to comment on such simple elements as plaque buildup ‘trouble spots’ that were later identified and discussed by the dental assistant. She then proceeded to identify numerous serious ‘cavities’ that in my previous dentist visits have never been raised as an issue.Moreover, we ended up waiting to be seen for a long while as Dr Gina and the assistants took turns posing for photos with their Lakers jerseys instead of attending to their patients.The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating but we will not be returning nor recommending this office as I was terribly unimpressed by the lack of professionalism and questionable practices.

Paid for Invisalign treatments and found the owners lack in care appalling. My teeth are still in need and my trays are still at their office. It seems they have forgotten all about my care and the factthat my treaments have been paid for. I am not satisfied.I last visited in June for an evaluation by Dr. Zareh. He does not whisper well. He was whispering with the receptionist as to who I was and was I the unsatisfied patient. After informing him of my situation and the fact that I am still paying on my treatment via my credit card and didnt want to add to my debt he proceeded to sell me on procedures I didnt want to pay for. He is only on it to line his pockets with my money. I was disgusted! I asked for a partial refund and quickly said he doesnt deal with those issues. I dont believe him at all! I wasnt asking for all, just partial. He even asked how much I still owe. Why does he need to know if not to possibly wiggle some procedure money from my pocket ? And as a side note I check these reviews from time to time and notice they only reply to positive reviews. Coincidence, perhaps. Perhaps not.

Recommended by a friend, I looked forward to my visit. Ryan, the hygienist, is as cool as friends say he is. I can honestly say Ive never laughed or talked so much at the dentist before. It really helped relieve any anxiety I had. His recommendations were sound and helpful. The nerd in me loved that he based them on current research in the field. I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that my insurance did not cover me getting x-rays again within a 5 year period (Id recently moved, thus the need for a new dentist). The woman in the front office printed out my EOB directly from my providers page for me as proof. Unfortunately, I didnt think to ask Townview if they had a new patient rate/discount.*Note that I very rarely ever leave 5 star reviews, and especially not after only 1 visit. I will update As appropriate.

At Townview Dental Care the staff are terrific and do everything they can to put you at ease. When I went to get my crowns done I took someone with me so I got a Valium to help calm me down.. boy did that help!! Dr Wu was amazing, explained everything and took things slow so I didnt get overly anxious.Today I went to get my teeth deep cleaned, and Ryan the dental hygienist was absolutely amazing!!! I barely felt the injections, you did a great job. Best of all I am conquering my fear of the dentist, I did not even need a Valium!I also have to acknowledge the staff there, namely Kathy, Erica, Melissa and Stephanie, thank you for being so caring and supportive.So if you are looking for a superb facility that cares about their patients and provide exceptional work I highly recommend Townview Dental Care.

This Dental Office has to be the most Professional Dental 🦷 Office I have had an experience with.The Front Office was able to work me in even though I had made a scheduling mistake. The Tech was highly skilled and knocked out a Full Mouth X-Ray very rapidly while doing a great job!The Dentist was so nice and explained EVERY Question I had and NEVER tried to rush me while offering low cost alternatives!!! Dr Sison had more patience than any other HealthCare Professional I have ever received treatment from!!!The Finance person, Jackie was also very helpful. This dental office is nice and clean & Dr Wu & staff are awesome!!! Im afraid of going to the dentist but the staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Out of all the years Ive been going to the dentist, the doctors would just do what needed to be done & doesnt give you options or explain what can happen to your teeth in the future. If they did, I wouldve made better choices and wouldnt have to go through the dental work Im going through now. Dr Wu is very friendly & knowledgeable in his field. He did all of the above, what the other doctors didnt do. The manager, Mirna, is also very friendly & knowledgeable in her field. She explained, in detail, the work that will be done, the billing & options on a payment plan to what I can afford and feel comfortable on paying and not have to stress. Dr Wus assistant, Melissa and the other staff are great! Melissa took x-rays of my mouth & it didnt hurt like they have at other dental offices. She also did a molding of my teeth, which went a little into her lunch break, which made me feel bad but she didnt rush and said it wouldnt take long. I was in a lot of pain and I went to see if they could help me. It turns out I had a bad cavity and needed the tooth to be removed. They took very good care of me. They made sure I could afford whatever needed to be done before any procedure was done. They made sure I was comfortable and the extraction was fast and painless. I came to Townview Dental skeptical, but left impressed. I informed them that I didnt have a lot of money and they gave me honest straight forward advice without trying to sell me into financing or unnecessary cosmetic procedures. I respect that.

I am that nervous patient. Manny really put me at ease over a procedure I have been Worrying about. Dr Amin was so gentle and caring. thank you Erica for putting up with my questions and being so understanding PS let many chose the music once in awhile :)
