This dentist office was very cleaned, organized, helpful and supportive. Alma was a very excellent dentist, always make it sure Im feeling comfortable and Im not choking on my saliva haha. Definitely a place worth considering

Woke up one Tuesday morning with an excruciating pain in the back of my mouth. Called different offices around my area and these guys were the only ones who squeezed me in for an emergency. They got me in an hour after I called and we found out it was about time my wisdom teeth came out. We were able to knock it out while I was there and I went home a very happy and satisfied patient. These guys handled the entire situation with the utmost professionalism and hospitality and made me feel like I was being taken care of from the moment I first called them.

Should’ve never trusted them in the first place ! They called me a day before my appointment to reschedule me because another patient had an emergency the day of my appointment they call again trying to reschedule me again for the next day . I refused to reschedule I had to get my teeth cleaned done that day, so time comes for my appointment and I’m in the chair waiting for the procedure to start, doctor decides she doesn’t want to do my procedure because medical only covers two teeth on each section of the mouth ? This was something that wasn’t informed to me before wasting my time!! Then the receptionist tries to upsell me on the whole cleaning of my mouth after telling him I was not aware that I had to pay knowing I had medical mthid place is horrible!!!

Fullerton Family Dental treats you like family, just as their name suggests.Whenever I come in for an appointment, the staff always treats me great and I never have to wait long before Im in a chair and Dr. Nguyen is helping me with my teeth.I had a molar that was close to getting infected and needed to get it pulled. The team at Fullerton Family Dental has made the process of getting the tooth pulled all the way to getting an implant an easy and smooth process. The Office Manager, Hector, also helped me understand what my insurance would cover for this process.From the front desk, to the Dental Assistants and the Dentists themselves, Fullerton Family Dental is an all-star dental office!

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and good flexible hours. I came in for an urgent appointment a few weeks ago, and had such a good experience that I brought back the rest of my family. Everyone is super friendly. My kids were happy and so was my husband.

I use to live in the LA area and the dentist I use to go to we knew each other for 10 years sad to say I had to say good bye since I moved out here to Fullerton. Well with that said over here at the Fullerton family Dental they welcomed me with open arms. Not going to lie I was afraid at first but the staff here put my mind at ease and took care of me with no problem. They answered my every question to their best knowledge

Warning, this dental office will not guarantee work they do. I got 3 implants done from them at a very high cost. 2 of them failed with in 3 years and they refused to redo. They wanted to charge me full retail again. Amazing how implant manufactures offer a lifetime warranty on failed implants but this place wants to charge you full price again. Stay way. I was a loyal customer for 5 years. If this is how they treat me, imagine how they will be to you. Dr. Shirley Lee pretends to be a nice person, but she is a crook. The specialist who did one of the implants offered to redo his failed implant for free, but she interrupted and tried to charge me. I walked out feeling ripped off. I have reported them to the better business bureau and will continue to write negative review to warn others.

The dentist I saw was Dr Nguyen and she really impressed me. She explained stuff about my teeth and why I was having the discomfort, and she fixed me right up!Ive been to a few dental offices in my life, and the staff here is very friendly and welcoming.

This office took money for services never received and lied to me about having reimbursed the company who paid them the money on my behalf. Then they refused to return any of my messages

Great staff!! My daughters usually give doctors and other dentists a hard time when it comes to getting shots and work done; other places Ive gone to, they usually give up right away and refer my to another office, BUT not this place! I am completely amazed with their QUALITY of work, customer service skills, and patience with kids. I for sure thought my daughters were going to scream and refuse, but it was peaceful, comforting and fast. My daughters both got work done in their mouth- root canal, and cavities- and loved it! Theyre excited to go back, weird right? LOL LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Greatest dental office staff EVER!

If I could give no stars I would. I would suggest going ANYWHERE ELSE.My daughter had absest. they said the tooth needed to be removed. We came to this location because we were told Dr. Lee would be here and my daughter loves her. Bait n switch. Not only did the other office not communicate my insurance info, they made us wait up to an hour? People came after us and left before we were called in. Then, the office manager that was trying to explain their lack of communication ended up playing dental assistant? No scrubs. No gloves. But saying how the dr was getting her license to work on children?Tooth pulled after 2 and a half hours.Came back for a checkup and a spacer and of course a 2 hour wait. People came and went before we were called in. The dr. Was clearly upset even getting upset with my daughter because she said it hurt and the dr exclaimed oh my gosh! And stormed off. My daughter is 7. Told her assistant to clean her up. No one gave any info on if my daughter can eat or not and didnt even tell us we could leave.Go somewhere else!

I really enjoy Dr. Lee. I feel like she is a dear friend. She is always so nice.

Very happy with our visit they were great with both of my daughters I love how they explain what theyre going to do before.

The assistant and the Dentist kept calling the receptionist for help on how to use the X-ray and picture equipment, What was the whole point of taking my x rays and pictures? To tell me that i need my fillings re done because they look like they are cracking and then that they recommend my wisdom teeth removed and they gave me a price, I said no not right now thank you, after all that the receptionist told me they werent able to do a cleaning that i have to wait 4 weeks for my medi-cal insurance approval that they will be giving me a call! Waste of my time, i never had to wait 4 weeks for a dental cleaning approval! Beware.

Im revising my original review once again. I had an issue with the office manager regarding a refund and unfortunately, it took over 2 months to get it done and having to post my review. But I must tell you, posting the review got a resolution for me and my issue. Which is very impressive to me. Really goes to show John Estefano the owner actually cares about how his patients are being treated. John Estefano saw my post and not even 24 hours had passed and he was calling me and making every effort to resolve my issue. John heard my side and apologized for everything I had been through. He promised to call me back later that day and he kept that promise. Not only did he call me back as promised but he had a resolution for me. I want to say, I do NOT have a problem with the dental treatment received. The service received was awesome, the dental assistant and dentist were friendly, and patient with my daughter. They talked to her during the procedure to keep her calm and even made her giggle. My issue started and ended with Hector the office manager and his lack of professionalism. I am hopeful moving forward, I will not have these issues anymore and we will be able to build a great Dr./patient relationship. Thanks again Fullerton Family Dental and Mr. John Estefano for righting a wrong.

I came in to this office for a checkup and Dr. Lee and her staff were amazing. This is my first time trying a new dentist in YEARS. Theyre friendly and actually explain the problems I was having. Instead of telling me what to do they they explained the root of the problem and how it could affect me in the near future if I dont stop. Needless to say, I am not grinding my teeth anymore. Ive been to this place twice, theyre unprofessional and wont give you a ball park figure for a tooth extraction without a full exam. Horrible. I had a wisdom tooth extracted here once and they didnt apply the anesthesia right so be careful. I wouldnt waste my time here

It took them 14 months to do 2 implants.once they got there money my son didnt seem to matter .one excuse after another for 14 months .had the nerve to charge my son a college student $7300 .

I will give a bad reference of this place. I went and they made me part of the cleaning and some fillings, I have a dental insurance.In the end I got an exaggeratedly high bill. Even after my insurance covered its share, it was an abuse what they charged.They never mention prices.I wish I had known that would happen to avoid it.
