Dirty ... the smell of urine as you go up the stairs. Every where you look there is trash. Kids playing/screaming in the middle of the hallways and lobby.I was interested in renting, good thing I came back in the evening, when people are home, to check on the place . Big disappointment.

They big apartments if you get in the A or D building.

This place has huge 2bed 2 bath apartments but the area is bad, the property itself is dirty and disgusting. It has become a place for teenagers to hang around and freely smoke marijuana as there is NO porter/security after office hours. Do not reccomend to live here.

I was very dissatisfied with how bad the manager was so inexperienced in the application process. They were not professional at all. They made me come to their office several times. So rude and even kept my 200.00 holding deposit when I didnt show up to complete my application. I had a death in my family and was under alot of stress. I wouldnt recommend anyone to move there. I noticed they were very rude to all the tenants as I was in their office. They spoke so rude and treated their residents with bad remarks. The residents were only complaining in regards to damages regarding leaks and more problems. Im glad I didnt move there. I know this place wasnt meant for me. I have never had managers keep a holding deposit ever. I advise everyone not to apply there. It was not run in an appropriate matter. Stay away from Palm gardens!!!

Its ok if your good with teens talk about weed and stuff like that besides that its design is ok and beware of too noisy neigbhors and the management is pretty bad too

Disgusting ....Im so sorry for anyone that has to live there. Looks like a prison from the outside sreams low income housing project and roaches.....Gross

The worst apartments ever! INFESTED with Roaches. Also a lot vandalism. The only reason people stay here is because of their financial situation. Its cheap here and theres no where else to go

The Staff are very friendly. The only.thing I do not like it is that, the adults needs to set a good example for their children and the teenangers to follow and heir Families.
