My hair is in the best shape it has ever been. I’ve never really had thick hair but it’s so healthy now Terria has to thin it. I think the products that Terria uses don’t over process like many stylists I’ve used before. I LOVE my hair!!

My mother and I parked with her… The lady came STORMING out of the salon, and got less than a foot with my mother to tell her she couldn’t park there… AS WERE WALKING IN HER SALON… unreal. We told her we were booking appointments for haircuts and she told us to leave… We went ahead and got piercings instead over at pincushion, at leave they’re reliable and kind ALWAYS. Do not come here, she turns down service all the time…

I was in on Saturday and as usual Terria was amazing! I come every 4 weeks like clockwork and I’m grateful to book my appointments a year in advance because I can only come in on Saturdays because I live 90 miles away. Yes I drive 90 miles to get my hair done here! I do feel for her because next door there is a piercing boutique & the customers there think they can park wherever they want & when she says something they get irate. I’m so grateful I found Hair Haven and have such a wonderful place to get my hair done ❤️

If I could give them zero stars, I would... Before I even stepped out of the car, the owner forcefully told us to remove our car, assuming we were not customers and the sad part is that we were... Even after explaining that we were there to have our hair cut, she still wanted us to remove our car. Never going back there again and I hope that they learn some manners instead.

My 14 year old daughter gets oily hair on top. Terria did a great job at deep conditioning her hair. She then explained to my daughter how to care for her hair better so that it wont get oily.

I have been going to Hair Haven for 10 years and Terria does a great job on my hair every time. She listens to what I’m wanting.She has also helped my 13 year old daughter get her hair health. I would recommend calling to schedule an appointment because she is always booked and can’t do walk ins.

Worst experience ever!! The lady in the store kicked us out of their parking spots thinking we werent customers when we were. The employee was extremely rude to my sister and made us move. The mocking and telling us to move was completely uncalled for. Our family will never come back and they were completely unprofessional.

Parked at the lot reserved for the salon. My mom and sisters were coming out to ask them about their services while I went to pin cushion next door for an appointment. The lady with blonde short hair was very rude and disrespectful, not caring to understand why we parked and mockingly stated to remove our car. Will never go there for service.

I have been going to Terria at Hair Haven for around 13 years. She is able to do all styles from kids to the very frail and elderly. She knows how important for these sweet ladies to get the their hair done every week(my 97 year old mother included) and she is always kind and patient with them. I love the one on one service and the environment is clean with proper procedures always in place. It doesn’t matter what type of hair you have, she can do it all and she always listens to make sure she understands what you want! I always look forward to my appointment for just good conversation and catching up on our families. I would always recommend Hair Haven and promise you will love it!!!

I went in to find out how much a hair cut was and she immediately gave me attitude about how she didn’t have any booking until April. I said ok I still would like to know how much it cost and she said it would be $65 and gave me attitude about the price as if I couldn’t afford it. Instead of trying to take my information she gave me a card and told me to leave my information. If she is the owner then she needs to learn how to speak to people.

The hairstylist comes running out of the salon being incredibly rude about parking. There were no signs stating that no one could park in this specific spot but she was very rude. I guess shes only nice to who she assumes would be her client.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My first scheduled appointment, I waited 20 to 30 minutes past my appointment time before getting into the chair. The second appointment, I was exactly 10 minutes late. The lady wasnt working on anyone and there was nobody waiting. She refused to honor my appointment. I will never go back and would not recommend to anyone.

I’m a new resident to the Frisco area and accidentally got lost. I pulled into a parking lot for the better part of two minutes to put my Destiination into my GPS so I wouldn’t text and drive. I am a young 22-year-old woman who was literally just sitting in her car putting an address into the GPS. for two minutes. Then, an abrasive woman with short brown hair came outside and immediately knocked on my window and rudely asked if I was waiting for the store adjacent to her salon. I promptly said no and that I was just trying to put my GPS on and then I would be out of the parking lot. She told me that I needed to get out of her parking spaces immediately. She was rude to me from the start when, again, all i was doing was parking for TWO MINUTES. She then took a picture of me and my vehicle, which I posed for, because i’m not sure what she thinks she can be taking pictures of me for. As I pulled away, I absolutely called her a nasty name, to which she took the picture. Nothing says welcome to Frisco like the owner of the salon kicking you off of the premise when you were only there for two minutes. I’ll be keeping her clients in mind when I open my salon. And to the woman directly, my name is Madison Collar and you can contact me through here if you want me to correct this review. You were so unnecessarily mean to me. I hope you’re just caught in holiday stress and you’re not usually that nasty to your clients.

I arrived at the nearby chain salon 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open. No one was there so i Googled salons close by and was fortunate to discover Hair Haven. They welcomed me immediately and Naomi did a nice job of cutting and styling my hair. They have been in business 20 years. Super nice people, reasonably priced.

I have gone to Hair Haven ever since I moved here 5 years ago. Terria is a small business owner who really takes pride in her salon and caters to her customers. Its a super-relaxed atmosphere and I love the way she does my highlights and cuts. Highly recommend!

All of the previous reviews are from women. I am here to say that HH is great place for men as well. My wife convinced me to get an appointment after I was dissatisfied with the cut (and wait time) I had been receiving from a chain shop. I am extremely satisfied with the cut(and overall customer service) I received and am looking forward to returning.

Right away Terria was able to get the challenges my stubborn hair presents, so I asked her for a hair cut appointment. Fortunately she was able to wash, cut and style my hair right then. I was so pleased with the service she provided that Ive scheduled my next haircut with her. I found Terria through the recommendation of a neighbor.
