30 min work out goes by fast but you get to sweat in just 30 min. I like that they constantly have fun activities for the community. However the facility is not very big so it can get crowded when all spot is reserved.

This is the best gym. I have loved my workouts. The trainers are amazing. The ladies are great! I have never found a group of ladies that have pushed me and been absolutely amazing! Love Delta Life!

This is a great workout in 30 minutes. The exercises can be tailored to each individual. I especially like that each class is different and we do not do the same thing every time. Instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. Love seeing my fellow workout buddies. This is doable and enjoyable. I have already seen great progress in my body and my fitness. Just finished my 50th class. Whoohoo!!

Amazing gym for ladies of all fitness levels!! The instructors are top notch and highly motivating. I love the fact that I can get a great workout in only 30 minutes. They have lots of fitness challenges to keep you going and focused on your goals!

This is by far the best gym I’ve ever joined. The owner, the staff and trainers are all so helpful, friendly and professional. I was really skeptical about joining a gym during Covid but this gym is really clean and constantly wiped down.They always greet me by name and do a quick temperature check. The women that workout here all encouraged one another. There have been a few times we have all worked out a little longer to help a buddy reach her goal. The bands we wear to monitor our heart rate and calories burned help gage the workout. If I haven’t burned the calories I wanted, I go even harder! Jennifer, Lauren and Lisa are amazing trainers. I have a personal trainer without having to pay extra. Their have been times I’ve been encouraged to increase the weight I was lifting and other times they have modified the exercise for me. This gym is great for all fitness levels. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Great workouts, motivating music, and a group of fun ladies keep me coming back.

I ❤️❤️❤️ Delta Life Frisco! Such a great place for women to workout! All the coaches and staff are amazing. Classes are only 30 minutes long, but my calorie burn average per class is in the 330 range. Child care is available too.

Great variety, women-only workouts, and classes are only 30 minutes! Energetic instructors lead and motivate, tv screens reinforce the exercises, and staff is helpful and accommodating. Showers and childcare available. Equipment is new & sanitized often. Highly recommend!
