One of the worst haircuts of my life! The stylist didn;t udnerstand what I wanted at all. She did the complete opposits of what I wanted and botched my hair completely. The home haircuts Ive had the past 18 months during Covid were much better in quality than the one I got here today. I had to get back home and adjust my hair cut with my home hair trimmer just so I appear semi-decent for my first work appearance in 18 months!!!!

We love going to Mehri. She’s the best at what she does. But today I made an appointment online for my son but We were in a hurry as I have to be at work so we couldn’t wait for our online appointment then I asked Kevin (the store manager) if he could give my son a haircut he refused assuming he’s busy, while he had nothing to do and standing there and the first person walks in he gets him in the system and telling him he’s going to take care of him. Not professional at all!

Ive been going to this salon for years. It is always a great experience. I have even moved to Denton and still travel to Frisco because of the great haircut, color and professionalism from this location!!!

Called up to ask if they were the location I was looking for. Everything was fine until he was asked a simple question. Instead of being professional. He became a condesending. Then made a condesending remark at the end. I have no idea where on earth that came from and would never walk into this place in this lifetime. Be helpful and not condesending. Zero stars

I made an appointment on 5/21/20 for 5:45 pm for my wife. She arrived as scheduled and was not waited on but 4 other people (Men) came in with out appointments and took them ahead of her. So she left with out getting her cut. We wont be back very poor service with attitudes.

Kevin and Sun are great! Always do it right, wear their masks and they make sure everyone else is too! Not too expensive either!

My grandson gets his haircut here and they always do a great job. They take walk- ins, but its better to make an online appt and get right in without waiting. Appts have priority.

The haircut was great, but my hair is really pretty simple to do, my only complaint would be that she didnt put as much attention into the beard trim as I would have liked but I didnt realize that until after I left. It was fine, beard trim, just not quite 5 star fine.

Seriously this place is amazing. The staff is absolutely amazing and they truly enjoy what they do. Kevin the manager is the only person I allow to cut my hair. Once you find your barber you wont go anywhere else... thats me. Ask for Kevin, he wont disappoint.

My review is pertaining to the customer service I received over the phone. A male answered the phone when I called. I told him that my mom wanted to come to Supercuts to get her hair curled since shes the guest at a wedding. He immediately said that this store does not do that. He didnt even ask what type of curls my mom wanted. When I said it was a very basic curled hair, no up-dos needed, he seemed annoyed. His response was We wont have time to do that on a Saturday. Ummm how can he know there wouldnt be time to do that if he hadnt ever seen my moms hair? When I told him that we previously went to a Supercuts somewhere else and that individual told us my moms hair would only take 30 minutes to curl, he said that there was only 1 stylist at this Supercuts on Saturday and wouldnt be able to do that. He spoke with so much sass and was annoyed by my mere questions. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the male worker here had so much sass and made us never want to come to any Supercuts.

KEVIN IS AWESOME! Weve been coming to this Supercuts for quite awhile and hes always quick to get us in and cuts our hair wonderfully. The shampoo and styling after are always great and we have no complaints. Come see Kevin for a great cut and style!

Awful! My hair feels like straw since I got it colored here. They say they use Paul Mitchell products, but that cant be true. Also, they let me leave with hot roots and still made me pay $60. I couldve used box color and been more satisfied. Do not recommend!

DO NOT CHOOSE KEVIN: I usually don’t post reviews but this time I felt like I should. I’ve been a customer of supercuts for more than 2 years and Kevin has been my stylist since I can remember going to Supercuts. I have always been satisfied with my experience with Kevin and I’ve been getting the same type of haircut from Kevin for 2 years. But all of this changed on my last visit. I gave Kevin the same instructions as always but he gave me the worst haircut of my life and the most disappointing part was that he didn’t even apologize when I complained, and tried convincing me that he did what I told him to do. This was my last visit to Supercuts and I hope they realize that they missed more than just a customer.P.S. : I am writing this after I saw your reply. I just wanted to say that I am sorry for you and Kevin for not knowing how to apologize from a long time costumer. I was also hoping for Kevin to be honest and accept his mistake. When I was telling him how I want my hair, I said “number 5 on top, 3 on the sides, as always”, but he gave me a buzz cut which is far more than one guard number off. The haircut was terrible and the style was not like before. I was expecting an owner of Supercuts to be more responsible and respectful.

I had a great experience. Im not sure of her name, but she is Vietnamese, wonderful, and did an amazing job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She was conversational and very polite. I will definitely be back to see her again!!!😀

Kevin is absolutely fantastic. Have been going to him for over a year now. He does a great job with my hair but also makes me feel welcomed and goes out of his way to make my experience great. Has even stayed late on occasion to help get me taken care of. Great haircut and great service every time.

Okay, so I tried Supercuts today because the Sports Clips up the street screwed up my hair. I got the famous Kevin guy I saw down in the these reviews (I think hes the manager). Its true. He really is amazing at cutting hair. Im having him cut mine from now on and the price couldnt be better. Glad I gave them a shot.

Joey gave my son the best haircut ever. So nice and accommodating, my son refuses to go anywhere else. Last haircut was for school pictures and it looked awesome!!

Oh my goodness I have been coming here for years now and been getting my hair cut by Kevin. He has a way with clippers I will never understand. He always takes his time with every single cut in hair to make sure it is exactly the way I want it and he makes you feel welcome in the store from the moment you walk in everytime by saying “Hi Welcome to Supercuts!”. He always has a super enthusiastic behavior and is talking with you and getting to know you in the chair, and then when you leave where he gives you a very genuine smile and tells you to have a great day and it doesn’t feel forced or faked. He is always willing to discuss options with me if I want to cut my hair differently, but he definitely will give you an honest opinion so you feel comfortable walking out of the store. I have nothing but adoration for this store and this man. If you want a clipper cut and you want it done right this is the store and man you need to see.

I went there on Saturday night and the views were amazing. The chicken fajitas were subpar and service was extremely slow for a day they know people would be flocking to the restuarant. Place seems too understaffed for such a busy time of the week.

Cut was a little shorter than I anticipated, but people seem to like it. Long live the bob.

I have tried giving this place a chance, but they continue to mess up, not only do they cut your kids hair straight across like that dumb and dumber look no matter how many times you tell them not too. They continue to fail at keeping your online reservation and when you point it out they add you to the end of line making you wait even longer.There are far too many other hair cut place close by to waste your time at this location.

Wish I could give 0 stars . The lady told us to write our name on some sticky notes and that she had someone sign in online and he was gonna go first . No big deal there . But then some other people came in and by that time we had been there for more than 30 mins . Then she proceeded to tell us she needed to take the people who came ATFER us FIRST! worst service (or lack of) ever!

It was my first time trying out this one, and I Made 2 back-to-back appts for my kids. When i got there, there 5 mins before for my scheduled appts, there were still 3 people in front of me for that specific person (probably walk-ins)...i wasnt in a rush, but i was giben the option to wait it just pick another person. I just chose someone else. Wasnt a horrible experience, but it was just okay and nothing special. Probably try somewhere else next time.

Looked good by price was too especially because I didnt ask her to wash my daughters hair, I just asked for it to be curled. Then she charged me for wash, dry and curl.

They have one style of hair cut! Gitter dun and dont cut too much cuz want you to return faster. Staff is nice. Jennifer was the best stylist. Others are inexperienced or lack English as a first language. Dont expect conversation.

This place is extremely terrible and their hair dressers are the most dumbest! They absolutely dont know what to do nor have any experience with haircutting! Please avoid their services. There are better places you can get your hair cut!

Terrible service and THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!The lady was not only rude and disrespectful but very unprofessional. I dont know if I need to mention that she didnt smile --ONES!I showed her reference picture from her own book. She spent only a few min working on my hair and then she said she was done (so obviously rushing to get to the next customer). Haircut looked uneven and chopped and not what I asked for at all!! She seemed so annoyed, when I tried to ask her to fix it, and after another few min next thing I see ---she just shaved my head to almost bald.I would never consider to go to Supercuts after that ever again and I wont recommend this place to anyone!November 5th, 6pm.
