We came to Molly, the manager of the store because the haircut my son received from another salon was not what we asked for.My son was horrified, and i was heartbroken.Molly was very sympathetic and understanding. She went to work immediately....and I can see the relief on my sons face as she was about half way through.... i believe Molly restored my sons faith in hairstylists!It was such a positive experience, and Im so grateful that Molly did a fabulous job in salvaging the haircut he came in with.Thank you so much Molly, for your kindness, your professionalism, and being the hero that we needed today!!!🤩

The team here is nice and awesome with kids. Helen did a phenomenal job on my 8 year old and made him feel like a king.

Ive been coming here for the past 4 years now but the recent stylists have been far from professional. I checked in online with my usual stylist and arrived shortly after. The male stylist just looked at me and didnt even bother to greet me or tell me if the other stylist was still in. I waited for 10 minutes and still no word. I didnt even bother to ask where the other stylist was and left.The last time I was there was a similar experience but worse. I was checked in already but another guest came in and checked in. Since he was closer to the counter, he got pulled back first. Dont you all train your crew to be professional? This is absolutely insane. AVOID this place until the staff gets better!

I’ve been coming here for a while and there is two women that I like. One of them I haven’t seen in awhile. Ended up getting a haircut from someone new and it came out horrible. Hopefully my women are working next time.

Went during work lunch time. Was out in 15 minutes, which is exactly what I expected. Got a great cut, shampoo, and service at a very reasonable price.

This Sports Clips was just originally just like any other, I go there every month or so for a shorter styled haircut. There is a man that works there and just recently he was the one the that cut my hair and... It was fantastic. He knows how to cut and style hair and is extremely professional. If your a man who goes to a haircut place to awkwardly gawk at women go to Knockouts but if you want quality haircut for a fair price ask for Shui!

I watched as a singular stylist made it their personal goal to get through as many individual haircuts as humanly possible within minutes, with no care for customer satisfaction. Going as far as handing a customer off to another stylist when the customer did express dissatisfaction with the cut. One customer in particular asked for a medium fade, and after 5-10 minutes they walked out with a glorified bowl cut. It hurt to look at and I had to stop the customer to inform them to never get that stylist again and to have their hair fixed asap. The few stylists I’ve had were caring and helpful with tips and product suggestions. The “speed demon” stylist has never pushed tips, tricks, or products on any customer. Please, for the sake of your business, let this stylist go... no matter how short staffed you are. It is single handedly ruining your customer retention.

I’m going to edit the original 5 star review I left two months ago to emphasize my point on the importance of taking your time. It’s difficult to judge an establishment that varies so differently based on which hairstylist you’re paired with. Two months ago I walked out with one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years and today I walked out with my head bleeding. There was not a single customer present when I walked in and not a single one when I walked out. There was no reason to rush through a simple haircut. I’m disappointed that my search for a reliable salon must continue, as I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.—Janell just gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had in years. She was so friendly and willingly to walk me through her process so I could better articulate what I was looking for. It can be hard to find someone who doesn’t rush through a quick men’s cut, but she took her time and you can tell the difference. I will definitely be going back to see her every few weeks and highly recommend you ask for her to be your stylist if you drop by.

I bring my 6 year old here to see Renee. She is the best!!! She always has a smile on her face and great hair advice. She really takes the time and effort to make each visit the greatest!!

It was the first time i have been to this place, and I am not totally satisfied with the experience. I was upgraded to MVP experience.. but it was not done effectively.. They tried to complete it as soon as possible with no interest and no care.. looked like they took customers for granted..They need a lot of improvement in Customer Interaction, Satisfaction and Experience.

Ive been taking my kids here for about a year and we always have great customer service. My son requests Shui each time because he likes how he styles his hair and is very friendly. My daughter requests Rene every time because she is gentle and takes time to braid my daughters hair. They always leave happy with their new hair cut.

Terrible four hair cuts there and nobody has got it right. I go there because its cheaper then other places but I will pay double somewhere else because all of the staff cant get it right.

I have been to many sport clips and Renee was by far the best hair cutter I have had. Great personality energy and overall experience.

We walked in and was greeted with a smile. My son got a super quick hair cut and they charged me $19. Hes 9 and it should have been $15. My fault I didnt catch it as I was in a hurry to get him to practice but it seems sneaky to me! Ill go somewhere else next time.

No good ! He did not even ask how I want my hair cut done. He was not even ready to even hold the mirror and show me how it looks. He just handed over the mirror . Horrible customer service. For the money we pay absolutely appalling service. Of all when I asked about Season Ticket the cold response was they said no and it was not available.

Bad.... Asian man cut my hair.... spent 90% of his time looking at the butt of one of the girls working there. Keeps cutting my hair while he follows her with his eyes. This guy gave me the creeps. Never,,, never again at this location. Guys dont go to Sports Clip to get their hair cut by another guy. I have been going to Sports Clips for 6 years. This is the worst experience yet.

I looooove my hair. Even though at first it the dye wouldnt show. Yuri and Eric did a great job saving it and I couldnt be happier with the results!

Waited 20 minutes on the app, then showed up when it said Id be up. Still waited another 20 minutes in the place and then just left. Dont know if its an app problem or just a slow place but there are lots of other sportsclips around so Ill try those ones instead.

Sorry to see that some customers didnt have a good experience here. Ask for Shui, hes awesome and gets it right every time! Ive been going here for over 4 years and I started taking my 2 boys here a few months ago for their haircut. They love Shui and refuse to go anywhere else.

Waited 10 minutes to even get acknowledged at the front desk. Got jumped in line by someone who barely had any hair and they spent 30 minutes on him. It was the Asian man who pulled this stunt, and based on the reviews, this is common for him. Wasted 45 minutes waiting at this place while they gave haircuts to hald guys and a kid with a Mohawk after being told the wait was 20 minutes. Finally got fed up and walked out. This was ridiculous.

Hairdresser Shawn (this name was mentioned on the receipt) gave me a terrible haircut. He just doesn’t know how to user scissors. The length of hairs is different everywhere. Not going this place again!

Tip discounted internet reservation discounted $ 25 (without shampoo) for uncle. Finally a little scissors in the clipper main. It was set with wax, but when I came back and washed my hair I got a messy cut of Gatta Gata. I wonder if it is a technique that can pay very much.
