I was a resident here for nine years. 5 different companies have owned the property in that time. A few years back Dominion bought the place and forced the residents to sign an addendum stating they can raise your rent in the middle of the lease as they see fit. If we didnt sign they would not renew our lease. The increase would always be $30-$70 each time. At the beginning of the year a new company took over. I renewed my lease in May. I received a $60 increase in July for August. I was told the company wasnt having new residents sign the addendum so only the old residents got the increase. I was forced to break my lease and move. As a single mom it is difficult to pay the constant increases. I also didnt feel comfortable paying that amount for an extremely out dated apartment. The carpet hadnt been changed before I moved in and it wasnt changed the entire time I lived there. The ac didnt work properly which caused me to have $250 electricity bills. My bill has never been that high in all the years I lived there. It sucks seeing several units getting redone after every move out and nothing being done to yours. The community consists of elderly and single parents. It is sad that greedy owners are making it impossible for us to pay the increase and forcing us to move. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I am glad I no longer have to deal with the stress.

I currently live in this apartment complex. Any time I call the office for something (during and after business hours) I cant get anyone on the phone, nor do I ever receive a call back. This has happened to me several times. I usually have to call another property also owned by Dominion to get any type of assistance. I have sent an e-mail to corporate about my complaint...you guessed it, NO RESPONSE! I have maintenance issues and cant get anything resolved. I have lived here for nearly 6 years & this is the WORST office staff. I have been promised several times over the past 6 years to get an updated apartment. The ugly white laminate tile (what you usually see in a school cafeteria) is disgusting & no matter what you do to clean it, it still looks dirty. (was that way when I moved in) A previous maintenance man decided to wax and buff the floor and got the wax all over the walls, which is still there. When they painted they did a horrible job. They missed several spots and it is runny in many places. My refrigerator was missing the bottom shelf when I moved in. I told the office about it & it was never replaced so I had to go buy one. The AC units are so old so they are constantly running during the summer & jacks you electricity bill up. The sad part is, they do state mandated inspections every 6 months & see the issues but do not fix them. If I werent a single parent & I could afford to live somewhere better, I would be out of here in a heart beat.

Lived there for 3 long long years. Outdated apartments horrible staff. Laundry room has 4 machines shared between all 50+residents. Old windows and old doors. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Only building updated with yard and flowers is the leasing office wow
