Went to them twice and had the same experience. First time I had a sensor replaced which eventually after increasing the rate ended up at 350$Next time I wanted a door latch to be fixed. This is how they do businessFirst quote is Reasonable at around 60-140$. They call you next day and tell you they need to do advanced diagnostics which will go to $250. They keep the car for several days telling you this is such a complicated repair. And a week later they find the cure which costs $800 to repair. You want the car so bad, and you pay them. I did since I already sold the car and promised to get the repair done, which I should not have told them.They brag about taking care of labor in goodwill, so I only pay $450 on labor. Great !!!

I called Victory last minute to replace my windshield before this weekend, not only did they get it done immediately, but the glass guy John went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my windshield was done right. He took his own time to clean up rust around the windshield frame and made it look absolutely perfect! John thank you and the rest of your team. These guys are the best in the business

I really loved there shop. I was super comfortable there and they accommodated me. Gave me free water, free pop and they also have a cell phone charging station so you could charge your phone while you wait! Great shop!

I had John Stiller replace my windshield last week. He came to my home with the mobile van. He was right on time and called just before arriving. He was super nice and quite informative about the process. I learned a lot. I was so pleased with my first Victory Fridley experience only a few weeks earlier, that I decided to use their glass service. I was not disappointed. Victory aligned my car. They found a sized rear control arm that they replaced while doing the alignment. Everything was well communicated and the service was very professional. However, they were a bit pricey. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I will likely use them again for other major or difficult work.

I went to Victory Auto Service in Fridley for a second opinion and estimate on a repair needed for my truck. I was impressed with the time and patience the staff took to explain what was going on to me, they even took me into the shop to point out/show me what they were talking about regarding the repair. I also noticed that the service counter called the auto part store to let them know there was a customer waiting for the part they ordered to help with my wait time. Very friendly atmosphere, very good prices; it ended up costing me significantly less than the original estimate I received from Tires Plus. Our family will use Victory Auto Services for any future needs.

This is a extremely great place to go to get car fixed. They did an excellent job in determining what was wrong with my car and the proper way to fix it. They were very friendly and helpful. I have always been a little skeptical when it comes to auto repair shops. This shop however I felt not like they were taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge but instead helped me understand and learn about what was wrong. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with an auto shop. I was told I needed about four grand worth of work done on my car. After getting referred to Victory, they looked it over and gave me a much different diagnosis and saved me about 3300 dollars. It’s difficult to find a shop you can trust, but I’ve found that in Victory Auto and will continue seeing them for all of my auto needs. Go to Victory! You won’t regret it.

I regularly go to this shop, I am an Uber driver that needs an oil change every month and maintenance and repairs at least every other month usually and this Shop gives me a great value and is very good at communicating what I need to address and what I don’t need to address.

I needed a new tail light on my VW Golf. I made an appointment. I was able to get in sooner and they took care of it. Didnt take long and the price that was quoted,was the price they quoted me. I cant say enough about this amazing place. I really will never take our vehicles anywhere else. We had our car into the dealer for a recall and they gave us a long, very expensive list of issues that they NEEDED to fix. I called Victory and asked if I could drop off the car so they could take a look. They saved us so much money. In this time of financial stress, this business is a bright light. They are honest, give you options based on your budget and care about their customers. Cars are stressful. Victory takes that stress away!

So I went in to have my brakes inspected and was told that I needed new pads, rotors and calipers. Ok, that was fine but when the mechanic quoted me the estimate to fix it I was floored. He tried telling me that it would be OVER $1000 to replace them! OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace brakes??? I contacted another shop and was given a quote of $500! Thats less than half of what they tried to charge me! I guess because Im a female they thought they could run game on me but they dont know who my father is! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Ive only had an oil change and glass chip done here (no major work), but they were done efficiently and and all the staff Ive dealt with were pleasant. I did have the pleasure of being present while they had an honest, helpful discussion with a lady who had more significant vehicle issues.They were respectful, courteous and absolutely low pressure as they honestly explained the issue and all of her options. Its obvious that they were not trying to push the money making option for them, rather ensuring that she understood all options.They are an honest bunch, and thats the most you can say about a repair shop.

I get my oil changed at Victory, most recently at the Fridley location. They are always courteous and fast. They always give me an update on where things are at with my vehicle but never pressure or try to upsell me. Highly recommended.

Yesterday on my commute, a rock flew up and put a huge crack in my windshield. I called Victory Auto Glass, and Tiffany was so quick to respond. She helped me get the claim with my insurance company, which was also very quick, and then got the installer scheduled. Shawn did a very careful and thorough job installing my window, and now it is good as new! Great company, would recommend heartily.

Just picked up my Town & Country from Victory. They were recommended by a friend of mine. I had a shimmy in the steering wheel and figured my brakes were bad. They were, but what was unexpected was they didnt sell me brake pads, but told me the pads were good, all I needed was rotors. I was pleasantly surprised and it validated what my friend said about them being very honest and good. They also replaced one tire which was badly worn and gave me an extensive explanation about all aspects of my car. Im 70 years old and have been had by the best and also always appreciated an honest and qualified mechanic. Ive got a good one again and theyre close to my business. Good job Victory!!

Dan is usually the service rep that I interact with and he is the best, however I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone that I have dealt with there. Victory Auto was recommended to me by a good friend. She and her family have been taking their vehicles to Victory forever. I was hesitate to try a place other than the dealership but after a few not so great return visits to the dealership, I trusted my friend and took my vehicle to Victory for an oil change to test things out. Ive never look back. Victory Auto is truly about customer service including taking care of not only the car but the client. It is a lot easier to make an appointment for an oil change here than it ever was at the dealership. Also, when my vehicle was in need of new tires and new brakes - they did the research and the repair in a timely fashion. You can trust these guys. I brought my truck in to Victory Auto because of a clicking noise coming from the front wheels. Jeremiah took it for a test drive and quickly identified the issue. I was able to make an appointment the next day. They had a loner car available so I didnt have to miss work. My truck was fixed on time and at the quoted price. Wonderful people at the Fridley location. One minor problem was I had my breaks done but they never stopped squeaking. I brought it back they diagnosed the problem, ordered parts from a different supplier and gave me a loaner car while they fixed it at no charge. Car drives great!

Just hit 200,000 miles with our van. Almost 5 years and 63,000 miles ago, Jason at the old Blaine location said you should buy this van after doing the used vehicle inspection and determining it was in great shape. He was right on. Virtually no repairs in that whole span. Just kept up on maintenance (and I do the detailing) and it still purrs like a kitten. Ive also found Victory to be very honest about what needs to be fixed and what doesnt. Several times theyve said something like Well, you COULD replace the struts and get rid of that small clunking noise, but they work fine and are safe if you can live with the noise for awhile. Many other shops would say Well, you need new struts. When when can we pencil you in? Thank you for saving my family so much money!

This is only the second review Ive ever written about about a company Ive received service from, but I felt compelled to do so because of the excellent service Ive received from Victory Auto. First, the friendless of the staff, I wish I could remember all the their names, but one stands out Dan, Manager of Victory, is friendly and goes out of his way to make sure the service I receive is up and above what would be expected. The facility in Fridley is clean and welcoming, offering good coffee and free soda/water while waiting. The restroom is also clean, which is nice. I would recommend Victory Auto to anyone, and I do often, that needs their car serviced. I just know when I walk in, they are honest and friendly which is so refreshing when you have to have your car worked on. Thank you!

I have been taking our handicapped accessible van to Victory for years. They are honest and do good work. I have never felt taken advantage of or sold things I don’t need. I appreciate that they know who I am when I call. Although that might not bode well for how often my van needs repairs...I am glad they are in my neighborhood.
