Tow truck guy was quick, got my car to me within 1 - 2 hours. He keep me updated by calling s needed. Progressive insurance is who I first contacted and then they connected me united towing. Next time Ill call united directly!

I called regarding a request for assistance. The dispatcher was unprofessional and had a total lack of empathy. Instead of helping me he said” You know what forget it” and hung up on me. When I called back he canceled the job and said that I was “Fucking rude”. Incredibly bad experience with this company. I ended up changing my own tire even though I pay for road side assistance.

Driver called in sick and couldnt recommend any other towing companies.
