When I called Johnson Brothers towing, they told me they were out and weren’t able to assist me. He told me to call him back in 2 hours to see if he would be available. I work full time and I don’t have time to be calling to see if they are available or not. They are a business and they should be available during regular business hours. I shouldn’t have to be calling to see if he’s available or not. I called him at 4:15 and asked if I would be able to pick up my car and he told me I called him too late and he wouldn’t be able to help me because he was out completing a task and wouldn’t be back in time for me to pick up my car. He said next time I have to make an appointment. They close at 5pm!!! I told him, I didn’t care if he was there or not, I was going to pick up my car. When I showed up, there was another guy there and he was able to help me. I figured out he “wasn’t able to help me” because if he wasn’t there when I picked up my car, he wouldn’t be able to get the percentage of the sale. My car was stolen and I still had to deal with this!! The man told me I needed to have the most recent registration on hard or else I wouldn’t be able to get my car. From my understanding, registration cards are usually in the glove compartment of all cars, in case you get pulled over by a cop. I said no problem, and I walked outside to where my car was, unlocked it and got my registration. When he told me the amount I owed, he said I owed two nights even though the vehicle was only left there one night. He said “it will be $360 and I said okay and handed him my debit card and he replied “That was easy, I should’ve said $500” that’s extremely unprofessional to say to someone that just got their car stolen. WATCH out for them!!! The reason they make it so difficult is so you are forced to pay an additional over night fee. Trying to help whoever I can with this post.

Absolutely the WORST, MOST expensive tow company I have ever had the misery of dealing with. They should be ashamed of themselves. Truly
