After dealing with 2 other tow truck companies that flaked & gave me the runaround I called Gomez towing & was quickly quoted a price after discussing my location & destination. My car was handled with care. My cab ride to my destination in the trucks cab was pleasant. All around a good choice for a quick & efficient professional.

Gomez towing came in 20 minutes like he said...I was on side of freeway where I found my car with no battery and parts missing he was so helpful and patient with getting into car (locked out) towing, and delivering to my home. Oh my god worst service ever! I’m blown away with how unprofessional my whole experience with Gomez towing was! Quoted me 50$ for a tow that I needed for my younger brother got to the site called me back to raise it to 90$ even though he knew the type of vehicle it was before arriving, asked him why he was raising it. All he said was there was a problem but refused to informe me what exactly the problem was. Negotiated at 70$ He then told me on site that there was again a problem and that he couldn’t do it. I asked again what the problem was needing a tow and seeing how he was already there... But all he said was he wouldn’t be able to do it and then hanging up on me.

This company is terrible! I waited twice as long for him to come (said 20min took 45min) and then when I asked him to come up to the door so I could let him in the gate he told me he was leaving. I ended up having to call another tow service.
