We got a flat tire and used this business through AAA. The driver, Oscar, arrived within the estimated 45 minutes and was very efficient and helpful. We appreciated the help on the hot day!

If you have AAA make sure they don’t go through Herndon towing. My girlfriend is an exclusive AAA MEMBER and she put my car on her roadside assistance plan which was really easy to do and I just so happened to lock my keys in my car and Herndon towing said they needed to have her there in person for her ID in order for them to provide service but every other time I’ve needed assistance other towing companies helped me no problem and now all of a sudden they

Good customer service. Yet they seem to never have a tow truck available. Last time i called for assistance i was told it would be an hour. One hour turned into 2 hours and 48 minutes. I just called and canceled. Funny part is i only live 5 minutes away from this place smh

Called on or about 12:30 pm and this company gave a 45 minute arrival time and they never showed up. I called back about 5pm to cancel and the young man was very apologetic but unfortunately fix what happened. I would not recommend this company if you need a tow or assistance.

Not good driving habits .

Last month i had a dead battery in the morning before going to work.Through AAA roadside Service, Herndon Towing came out and replaced battery in less time and easier than me doing it myself. I had a new batter in about an hour. The tech was very nice and professional. Thank you Herndon Towing:)

I was very grateful to David of Herndon Towing. He arrived quickly to where my car had conked out at one of Fresnos busiest intersections. His calm, kind, professional manner helped me to be calm. He was very careful with my car and got me and my car home safely. When I called the office, they, too, were friendly and helpful. I recommend Herndon Towing.

I use them all of the time for my lemon car. They are always great! On average I go through them 5 times a year. Ive never had anything but a positive experience.

Brian is the guy!! My sisters car crashed off the freeway exit. We were on the side of the freeway stranded. Called Herondon Towing and Brian got there within 5 minutes. He was very fast and professional. He even helped me open the trunk as it was jammed due to the power failure. Gave us his card for future fast and polite service. Brian really took care of us and made sure we were content with the process. I am very satisfied with this towing company and going to keep their number saved in my phone!!!

These guy are professional and that’s coming from someone that got their vehicle impounded, even though it was a tumultuous situation they treated me with respect and empathy. The staff is friendly and sociable and outside of business they are amicable and rational

Juan has twice provided AAA Roadside Assistance for me; I recommend him, to anybody - every time!

Driver picked me up at 4am without hesitation. Called over a dozen other companies who said call someone else. He told me 30 minutes but arrived in less than 15. Great service! Thank you!

One of their drivers in a fit of road rage purposely turned on their very bright white backlights while i was behind him going 65mph at night. Blinded me..very dangerous and childish. Please dont patronize this type of business.

My wife and I broke down in my piece of s#it Ford f350 yesterday. Were delivering a car to a customer and my truck just shut down in the middle of traffic. Were from southern California 250 miles from home so it was a bit of a stressful situation. These guys immediately came out and took care of us my truck and enclosed trailer. I especially want to thank Chad and David for going above and beyond. Thank you guys for everything.

After Simonian lied to AAA and refused to to tow my car two days in a row, they finally sent Herndon towing. Joel was there in under 30min and took care of everything in a quick professional manner.

Im sorry its been a few months since we called because we ran out of gas at Shaw and Cedar in Fresno, I just wanted to let you know that we had EXCELLENT service from Fernando S. Sunday night before work on Monday and I lock my keys in my car. David arrived within 40 minutes with a smile on his face and was gone within 5 minutes. I would definitely use Herndon Towing again. Great job!!!!

Called AAA and they said a driver would arrive in 30 minutes. The driver arrived, unlocked my car for me, had me verify id/sign, and was gone within 20 minutes of placing the call. I would gladly use Herndon Towing again for roadside assistance!

Wish I got the polite guy on the phone because the guy who answered was incredibly rude. Obviously I’m already having a bad night and that’s why I needed a tow truck and he was huffing and smacking his lips. I ended up paying $10 more for a different company because at least they were polite.

THANKS TO A COMPANY WHO HIRES A GOOD STAFF!!Ok I want to add another person Im horrible I dont remember the name of the gentleman who helped save my son, the night my son was given a car the day after his birthday he drove it to Fresno from Oakhurst went to a party in the River park area and when he got in his car to go home it wouldnt start, I drove over to him to help and we were both trippen didnt know what was happening everytime we tried to start the car it did some weird random thing and we didnt understand what the heck was going on so I called roadside service and they said our wait time would be 45 min. to an hour I was so tired and my little ones were falling asleep already in the car we all just wanted to ho home and boom literally 3 minutes later to the rescue our tow truck driver was there so happy we were he calmed us down of our worries and stress about the vehicle he said its probably just the battery he jumped it and yay it started thank god he gave us some really useful and very helpful advice we did just what he said and sure enough it was just the battery thank god, im writing this review because once again i looked for the survey im told every time that i will receive which I promise I never have and I really appreciate the service given to me from each and every tow driver who has ever come to Shondra Clarks rescue and i wanted so badly to do the surveys for each and every one of you but I cant seem to find them I dont know which email address is on my account but it must not be one I have on my phone now so I apologize for not getting thosr surveys done for all of you but heres my Thanks and gratitude in the only way I can find to reach out and say it Thanks once again

My wife needed help. The battery person name unknown was extremely helpful, called for a tow and then Jeff who arrived shortly thereafter was great. Stressful day ended up very un-stressful because of the prompt, kind, and great service. ( happened Mar. 10, 2017)

The service technician was being an a**. One of the rudest customer services ever provided in my whole life! Driver was driving reckless with the tow truck. Driving way over the speed limit in a parking lot! Didnt even help me and just left. Company needs to talk to their employees!

AAA sent Herndon Towing for a lock out I had this morning. Jason showed up. He was very courteous and professional. Had my car unlocked in 5 seconds!!!

AAA called them for me for a dead battery in the early am. Meng (Herndon Towing employee) was here with in the 1/2 hour. Charged up my battery and I could have been on my way to Sears to buy my battery. But wait, they offer batteries for purchase with him. What a convenience! What a great price! What great service! Had a flat on my car and the rep from Herndon towing was sent out by AAA. The rep named Junior was very proffesional and worked hard, fast and safely to get my flat changed. He insisted that i did not need to help him and he made sure that spare was on and at the right tire pressure. He also put my flat back in my trunk and marked the area were the nail in the tire was. He too care in making sure that the pieces of the interior of my trunk were not al scattered around. He took the time to do the job right and I have never had a issue with Herndon towing over the years I have used them (both under AAA and through myself). THEY ARE A FIVE STAR SERVICE AND A CLASS ACT!

I called this company for a handicapped couple that was being blocked in by a trailer. The man told me that its not his problem that its theirs and hung up on me. Not professional at all.

I used your service on February 21 through my AAA card. I was in need of new tires and was pleased with your prompt attention to my needs because I needed to go to work that morning.

I called AAA because our car would not start after eating lunch at the Elbow Room, 731 West San Jose Ave, Fresno CA 93704.They sent a van from Herndon Towing that showed up within 10 min. The driver (Forgot his name) was very friendly & couteous & he wrote Reece.ie on the bottom of the “Totally Satisfied” Herndon Towing card. He checked the battery & jump started us. The service was excellent & we even made the FSU vs Air Force basketball game that day 12/30/17 @ 4 PM at the Save Mart Center. Have only used our AAA membership approx. 4 times in 35+ years & this was the fastest anyone has shown up to help ever. VERY SATISFIED, Thanks, Courtny Nakayama.
