Ordered a bounce house 4 weeks in advance, even called to tell them my location. Just got a call today that my order has been canceled since I am out of their service area. My daughters birthday party is tomorrow. Our local bounce house guy informed us that this is their norm. Make them triple check if your within their service area, just because you give them your address over the phone doesnt mean that they are checking it.

I have ordered bounce houses from here since last year and their service is AMAZING!! I ordered two bounce houses and the customer service was so friendly and prompt and they even sanitized the houses!Now I made an unexpected order of a tent and some tables and chairs and needed them the next day for a funeral. I couldn’t find anyone opened nor at a decent price.Fresno fun jump was the only one opened on a Sunday and pricing was very affordable, and again their customer service was flawless, you can hardy find good service now a days. The friendly woman was able to even deliver my rentals that same day on a SUNDAY!! I cannot express my happiness with this company and I have now saved them in my contacts and will only order from this company. And will recommend to anyone looking.If you want reliable, professional, sweet, and great priced rentals for any occasion. FRESNO FUN JUMP IS THE PLACE! I will be seeing them again in June for my sons birthday!

We got one for a birthday and it was the most awesome experience. Its great for kids and adults. Customer service was also great. Being in a panademic they actually santizined the whole water slide after setting up. Well definitely be renting again.

Had reservations for a delivery for the morning. 2:00 came and went and still no delivery. Called them, said they decided to do out of town deliveries first, running a little late be there shortly. 3:00 came, then 5 then 7:00. Called them again said they were like 10 minutes away, 8:00 came still nothing. Called them told them forget it, whole day wasted waiting with no contact from them to explain, just excuses. Again they said were 10 minutes away. Told them forget it just refund my deposit. Will never recommend or call them ever again. Horrible planning, unprofessional, zero customer service!!

I had my daughter booked a water slide one and a half weeks in advance and they called the day before the party and said they cant deliver due to a tear in the slide. They did not have any other slides available. Such a disappointment. Will never recommend Fresno Fun Jump to anyone.

They arrived super early so my boys and I got 4 hours extra of jump time. The young men were both super friendly and polite. We will rent from them again. Our party was a hit because of the jump house. The equipment was big enough for our party and it was clean.

These guys completely discriminated against my kids who have autism. Refused to allow me to help my kids on the ride they had available to the public (the same ride I assisted them on in April!) Very disappointed in their service and the way they treated us!!EDITED for response:The arms never made it around once. In the incredible chaos of this event, I was trying to explain to the operator that because of the over stimulation of the environment my twins would not be able to hear them or the instructions; BUT in the past (with that SAME structure) the operator had allowed me to assist my children by helping them jump OVER and bend UNDER the swinging arms. Your operator on this day, in sheer frustration and a lack of patience with our situation, told me, Well, not THIS time. They need to get OUT! How in the world is that inclusion and understanding and NOT discrimination?

They were 45 minutes delivering the bounce house for my kids birthday and then were 1hour and 45 minutes late to pick it up. Instead of an apology for any inconvenience, I was given an attitude for being upset.

WARNING! I rented a water slide for a family party, the customer service was great to begin with and the slide showed up on time. When a breaker blew I went out to evaluate when I realized one of the hoses that they used was literally sliced right down the center part of the hose. My yard was not wet, it was flooded to the point that I was ankle deep. After fully assessing the situation it took 2 people to fix this situation. I had purchased a 100 foot hose but was never asked for one, the guy that came out put the whole slide up and turned the water on and simply walked away. I ended up engulfed in mud and having to change in the middle of the party. It is difficult to express the amount of water that was wasted by the use of this ripped hose. The owner called me today and this is what I was told. “I will give you a $20 credit and you should have provided the water hose”. I told him the whole situation and told him that I can guarantee him that my water bill will far surpass $20 and I tried for 15 minutes to explain to him the severity of the wasted water. The owner stated to me and I quote…”… Yes, he used one of our mister hoses to extend the reach to your water source”… I tried and tried to explain that I was not angry at the situation more concerned that this happened and that the cost of my water bill, there was no concern for me as a client or for the environmental waste in the middle of a drought.

We use Fresno Fun Jump 2 times a year for our school rewards. They are always polite, helpful and the equipment is VERY CLEAN!! We will continue to use them in the future!!

They were an hour late to set up 3 hours late to take it down and I had to help The driver get the water slide out of my backyard and we didnt finish that and tell almost 1:00 a.m. talk to owners ask them for some have a discount they said they would but never did would not recommend this company.

I must share my experience that i had with fresno fun jump.I order the deluxe justice league for my sons birthday all the kids loved it.the deluxe does not compare to any other jump house i have rented before.i love that it is so big and entertaining it offers so much more than just jumping.I also order the snow cone machine.both of my rentals were clean and safe.iam so happy the party turned out great thanks to james and his staff for making my sons birthday extra special.i will definitely recommend fresno fun jump to friends and family and i will be ordering from them from now on.
