We booked with short notice, only two days before. Got timely confirmation, set up was quick and with plenty of time before the party, and prompt and discreet take-down at the end of the day while we were still entertaining company inside. The kids had a blast!! Highly recommend the slip n slide! Just beware the lawn will take a beating where the water flows off the end.

We rented the Foam Pit and the staff at California Jumping provided memories to last a lifetime for our family and friends. Communication is top notch, staff is friendly and professional, inflatables are in great condition and this company provides great family fun for the community. 5 stars! Wonderful business!

Kids loved the bounce house. The owner accommodated a change of date to a week earlier which was less than two weeks before the event. I appreciated that. My regret is that I didnt schedule the bounce house for a longer period time.

We had a great experience renting a waterslide for our kids birthday party. The waterslide was dropped off early which was great because of less stress and the employees are really nice and keep in contact with you about delivery and pick up. We will be sticking with them from here on out. No more Fresno Fun Jump for us!

Well first time using them was great they were clean and professional after a questionable cancellation of my order over a deposit issue they were great. Well I decided to use them again within a couple weeks this time it didn’t go so well. I gave them my credit card info to hold my reservation but didn’t pay for full rental. They decided to show up whenever they wanted apparently there is no reason to schedule a drop off time because in the “contract” somewhere it says they can come when they want even if your not home and then charge you for services not rendered when you can’t get home because you scheduled it to come 2 hours later. Then when calling to try and figure it out they are so “concerned” with customer service they tell you it’s your fault your not home to receive said bounce house 2 hours early they leave, no bounce house delivered but you bet they will charge you full price because your card is on file now. What a joke. If they were going to change the scheduled time they could have called the night before at least to confirm the delivery time was ok. I was going to just let it go until they had the nerve to charge me the whole rental fee. So disappointed.**edited because they responded, no early is not good without a heads up. People aren’t just waiting around all day for a bounce house to show up then get charged full price when nothing was ever delivered.

We had a scheduling problem in Fresno California with our 4-year-olds birthday party. The company was so gracious in helping us find a solution to the problem. We wanted a particular bounce house but it was rented on the day that we needed so the owner of the company was able to help us with our theme.We had such a wonderful time well use them again highly recommend them. They went above and beyond!!

20’ Water Slide for my nephews birthday was PERFECT! Daniel and his crew that came to deliver and setup did an amazing job! Very friendly, helpful and offered pointers so that kids can have more fun! I absolutely loved how they kept in communication with me from the time of delivery to the time of pickup!!! Thank you Nick and Company! Memories to last a life time! The customer service is great. Quality of the water slide was great, it was set up safely and in a convenient place for the family. Only improvement would have been to have a better hose for the water slide. The one provided had a lot of holes- I know its to have the right amount of water flowing and to distribute water over the slide in multiple areas. But that hose had a few holes too big that made it hard for the water to make it to the slide without having so much flood the yard. We managed to find a happy medium. Overall were happy with the service and will be using them again.

I called CA Jumping of Fresno at the last minute, the day before a major holiday. Yes they wanted A arm A leg & A head 😂 but let me “say”if it’s not perfect, it’s not worth it AND IT WAS PERFECT so it was ALL WORTH IT.WE HAD A BALL it was worth every bit of $450.00 Quick respond time, Professional down to earth & Reliable!

Fantastic service! We had some weather issues and the constant rain was going to make our bounce house rental a little risky. Nick answered any questions I had in that regard and everything ended up working out perfectly. The professional and courteous crew set up early before our party and asked us when would be a good time to come back. We also rented a popcorn machine which was a huge hit! The equipment was clean and everything went smoothly. I’m happy with the service I received and will continue to do business with California Jumping!

I would like to say that this company is very professional. They showed up with what I order, it was clean and everything I expected. They took the time to ask me questions to make sure what I was wanting was going to work. My yard is on the smaller side and what I originally wanted would have not fit. I called the business to rent a water slide for my sons graduation and the owner ended up being busy so he sent me a text and told me to fill out the form online and he would make it happen. So I filled out the form and sent it to him and asked if he was flexible with the price, which he was not. I emailed back saying no problem we would still go ahead and take the slide. However when I called the next day to pay for it, he said he rented it out to someone else. You could imagine my surprise! When I called to express my confusion he didnt apologize and in fact hung up on me. Would not recommend this business to anyone...there are plenty of other nice and friendly and most importantly dependable companies to rent from in Fresno, dont take the chance with this one.
