We had our wedding at Hume Lake in Kings Canyon last weekend. This is definitely not your typical venue. It is remote and difficult to say the least but the staff at Expo did an amazing job. We had to plan everything from San Diego which made it a bit of a challenge. Kendall was very helpful and worked with me over the last year to put everything together.Eric and the set up crew were so nice and helpful. Not everything goes smoothly when doing an event like this but any little snafu was handled quickly and professionally. That says a lot about a company. I know that this was an extraordinarily difficult location and everyone was so impressed that you actually pulled it off :) From our 80 foot tent with clear walls and ceiling to the dance floor, lighting, tables, chairs, heater etc. I really just cant say enough about how great your company is. Well done :) Thanks so much for making our day so beautiful.

The customer service was amazing! We made an order and it was the easiest transaction I have placed for rentals. Unfortunately, we got a call from family that chairs were already covered for our wedding. I called back and they issued me a full refund with no hassle because of the circumstances. Vivian and Margaret were an absolute delight to work with. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Best customer service around. Navi and Michael were so nice and very helpful. I rented tables, chairs and linens for my daughter in laws baby shower. I had planned on having to press the linens but they were already pressed perfectly. I was so happy! Weve rented chairs from another place before and they were so dirty we had to clean them before we could use them. Margaret was great to work with for our black-tie event and always very responsive! The people that helped with the delivery were great too. All around a great experience!

Good selection of products most of which are available in different colors or options. Staff is polite, newer and updated building, they confirmed my rental reservations which is nice. They are not the cheapest place in town, but ok for small venues.

My Mom and stepfather were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary and invited numerous friends and relatives to the party. Expo Party Rentals was extremely helpful in arranging delivery of extra folding chairs to accommodate any overflow of guests. The chairs were also picked up promptly.

Rented chairs, glasses and napkins for Thanksgiving Dinner. Pick up and drop off was easy and our guests loved the details! They had a great special going for Thanksgiving week. Will be doing the same for Easter!

I loved renting from this place...rented a 8 inch bar table and a outdoor heating lamp. Picking up the rental pieces took a while to do...and I never actually got the outdoor heater to work...and since it was a weekend and I called the venue place in order to have someone help me figure out how to turn on the heater, but nobody answered. I tried lighting it with a extended lighter...tried using the lighting mechanism that came with the heater...but nothing I did worked...i heard the gas and smelled it flowing through...but nothing...it was pointless to order the outdoor heater in the end.Update: 12/05/17I spoke to Michael who expressed how sorry he was for not being able to make someone available for me at my wedding in order to help me with the outdoor heater. He stated I wont be having to pay for it anymore since I never got a chance to use it...and as a inconvenience he threw in the bar table as well that I rented... Now thats what I call customer service...will update again once the refund goes through. Thank you Michael and thank you Expo Party Rentals....will definitely work with you guys again in the future for all my party needs.Update: 12/14/17Finally checked my card statement and yes...they processed a full refund even if they didnt have to...im definetly recommending this place to all my friends and family for all their party needs...and believe me...we love to party...thank you again Expo Party Rentals! 6 STARS! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
