I had a great experience at this location, I believe Hunter was the person who helped me. The entire crew were wearing masks and gloves. The location looked very clean and sanitized... very impressive for a mechanic shop.They also made some really good suggestions about my tires. I will probably be coming back here with my other car very soon.It’s nice to see a business going above and beyond with service.

I had to replace my tires on my truck. Discount tires did the job quickly and at a great price. They were friendly and courteous too.

I was concerned there was something seriously wrong with my car, but others were saying it was just my brakes. I have an extended warranty on my car, so I was about to take it into the dealership. But if it was just the brakes I would be out of pocket. It was super short notice but they were able to get me into the shop for a free diagnostic (something that would have been $168 taking it into the dealership). It ended up being absolutely nothing, something I would have kicked myself for for taking it to the dealership. The man that helped me was so nice about it (I cant remember his name). At first he said he didnt have any techs to take care of me that day since they were full, but he was concerned for my safety and said to bring it in anyways and he would look at it. I am truly grateful for them and I will be coming back to get my tires done! He even quoted me for the tires too! I highly recommend.

My friend discovered one of her tires flat and could not be fixed. Frantic in trying to get her to a place close to where she was and who has spare new tore $ just hanging around the house and its almost closing time. The staff was so great, their customer service and mechanical service was just awesome and their pricing was so unbeatable that we replaced her other front tire. Now shes safe w all the driving she does and were both happy with everything the staff at Discount Tire Center did at the end of a very hot and what seemed to be a really bad day. Thank You Guys!! I was the first person to the shop, 2 others came behind me, my tag was worked 3rd as apposed to 1st, I purposely went early to avoid this & also tried to make an appointment on Friday for Monday, time is important to me. Need to number tags as they go out, so they are worked in order, that is really important to me.

Very professional, could have done a little bit better on checking windshield wiper blades. Other than that I would recommend this store for all of your car needs.

I really would have given this a 2* review but the employee’s here were the saving grace. I purchased 4 new tires with a lifetime alignment plan from the Visalia location but unfortunately their alignment rack was down for two weeks so they sent me to this location to get the alignment done. Was told to expect about a 45 min wait - when I got there and asked how long I’d be waiting I was told 2-2.5 hours. I was not happy but went for a walk around the area for about 2 hours since the waiting area is 3 chairs in a 10x10ish area. Was nice the employee actually offered water. My car finally finished - I drove away and as soon as I hit the road I noticed a HUGE pull the opposite direction the car was pulling before the alignment. Took it back and in about another 20 mins had my car aligned correctly and good to go. I was pretty upset no food or sleep all day and employee handled me well. Just like the Visalia location they were understaffed. Only two guys working on a Friday afternoon. Long story short - employees they have here seem great, they just need to find more.

The guy at the front desk went above and beyond my expectations. I needed four tires and an alignment. Great service and affordable prices. They were professional, informative, friendly, kind, and made time for us as a walk in. Thank you so much for helping out a girl on a budget!

The gentleman who helped me, Brandon I believe his name is was great and the service didn’t take too long and price was fine but they didn’t begin my service for about 20 minutes after the appointment time.

I went in to have a tire repaired after it had been punctured by a screw. I was helped by a really nice gentleman named Dallas who seemed eager to help and was very friendly. He let me know step by step what they were going to be doing and kept me updated on the progress and was very personable. The visit was quick and easy! I enjoyed the small talk with Dallas and overall my experience was great. Thanks again!

This is the only Tire center in town to go to! (Or they even the one on Herndon and Blackstone) we fell in love with the place when we met John two years ago and when my husband went there today for new tires and found out John wasn’t there we were really disappointed but were amazed at how great Chris took care of us! They only have the best working there! They’re never in a rush to get you in and out and they really listen to your needs and your budget. They’re friendly, informative, and just do the best job ever! Today it was tires and in the next couple of months we’re going to go back and do our shocks and our bushings as well and anything that they can take care of for us there we let them otherwise it’s off to the dealership, but we try to do everything we can with them.

Disappointed as I went for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They could not complete the alignment as employees called in sick. I have life time tire rotation and alignment. Disappointed that I have to return to complete the alignment.

Was so glad they are open on Sunday. Was told wait time would be 1 1/2 hour but it was much shorter so I was pleasantly surprised. A little pricey. Oil change cost more than the dealership.

Got there for a new set of tires it took them 3hrs to complete job ive had other tire shop do it before in less than a hr specially when they wore not busy at all so they need to step it up not happy with waiting time they also left my inside of car dirty with grease on my steering wheel an door very unprerfecional i would not go back there .

Had a caliper lock up during the process of getting 4 tires and an alignment, the mechanic Diagnosed the problem right there and showed me the problem at no extra charge. Mechanics are mindful of peoples vechicles i see them use interior covers in cars. The front desk is just as on point as the shop is. As i said i got 4 tires the desk worker rolled a tire in for me to see before i bought it just to make sure i was satisfied.

Considering we are in a pandemic, this tire shop cared about social distancing and mask wearing to keep ALL safe, plus offered special savings promotions that were to my best interest and the staff was helpful and professional. Keep up the great service yall.

I have never had a shop try to rip me off like this tire shop. Memorial day sale!! Buy 2 tires and get 2 tires for free! My tires are $52-$102 depending on what warranty you want. Great customer service and did A good job rotating my tires and balancing them. Only issue is that they need to take it easy and be more careful when putting everything back together cause they broke a stud and i lost the lug nut driving. So i have to come in a second time to fix that.

I bought my tires her a year ago. I bought alignment for the life of the tire. They have worked on it before, but now they told me that they cannot find any records of the tires and they dont want to service my car anymore. They told me to go look for my receipt from year and a half ago. Terrible place to do business

By far the cheapest tires youll find and they are always running specials such as buy one get free or buy two get two free unlike any other tire shop. I called and spoke with brian, he was a chatter bug making un-nessary comments as he looked for tires on line.. (junk, junk, junk, this looks a really nice tire, etc)He gave me aquote on 5 tires, and I told him I was an hour away, and would be there in an hour... I drove to the location with 2 separated tires.When I got there I was told that they did not have them and brian was supposed to call me back and let me know.The employee was very nice and apologized. So I went down the street to LesSchwabs tire and got it taken care of.... Discount tire just lost my business. I have 4 trucks and 5 trailers and had been doing business withem for years...

Tires are tires. Customer service is customer service. While this location has tires it does not have even moderate customer service. Art who has been at the front desk for the 4 times I’ve been here over the past month (yes 4 times!!) has been helpful and friendly to myself and other customers. The manager, Joe, however, has been dismissive, hostile and rude. Honestly, I can’t say it’s directed at me, as I’ve witnessed him that way with other customers and employees; but either way it is not acceptable. There are 2 other tires places within a block of this place (Firestone and Fresno Tire Pros) that I’d recommend taking your business to.

I was worried about my brakes, and figured Id take my car here to have checked out. I saw a coupon online and that they did take inspections. John called after the inspection, provided the info I needed, thorough with his explanation of why the pricing was what it was, and was able to get my brakes done for a GREAT price, both front and back! He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need, was just honest of what should be done and what services I should come back for and the time frame. Ill be going here from now on for my car. The prices are good here always but the worker at the counter Joe is always grumpy and never seems to enjoy his job and his tone and expressions show it. Great place as long as you dont talk to Joe.
