My parents took my truck to get aligned after I completely replaced the suspension. They told me the owners went above and beyond and I believe it. Even after changing everything from the struts, upper and lower control arms, tie rods, bushings and sway bar links, I was expecting the alignment to be troublesome but they did a great job and the price was probably the best price in Fresno, honestly. I would definitely recommend

Before coming to Blackstone Tire, I had my truck lowered by a popular and known business (I wont name names out of respect). They screwed everything up... didnt lower it how I wanted after showing them a photo of what I wanted and there was even knocking noises... to say I was frustrated is an understatement. Well I found this place and Rob was able to fix it. He found that a safety pin was missing and fixed that, and set my truck how I wanted it... all in the same day I walked in.This is my new favorite place. Rob and his employees are great!

This was an excellent experience; the man who was in charge bent over backward trying to resolve my issue, involving multiple staff members for the better part of an hour and discounting the price to something I could afford. How often does that happen? In the final analysis, despite their best and concerted efforts, it was simply not possible to correct some mistakes by the previous owners do-it-yourself repairs. Then he tells me the bill is ZERO because we couldnt fix it. You could have pushed me over with a feather. Know what? From now on, this place will be my go-to car care place. They have earned my respect and my business in the future. My dad (passed in April 2017 at age 97) was a retired mechanic and he treated every customer the same way: honest, transparent, respectful and courteous. My hat is off to these folks who have restored the sense of trust my dad always instilled.

I pay $100 for an alignment since my car was recently lowered, I got an alignment a couple of weeks back and it threw off my whole alignment, it worsened than before. I didnt want to make it a big deal so I took it somewhere else the next week. They made it happen just to climb the ramp & align my car. Now my car feels great and the alignment is perfect for driving conditions. I am sorry but I will not be coming back and do business here for an alignment. Probably a lift kit for a truck or 4 Runner but I will not get alignment here, as it has worsened.

Amazing, fast service! Spent 15 mins total there, including driving up, getting a new tire put on, and paying. $130 for a new tire with 6 month warranty and old tire disposal. He was honest that there are cheaper options but I wanted better quality, so hopefully this tire lasts! Im very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I went to them and was quoted 100$ for an alignment. Once I was on the alignment rack I was told it would be an extra 20$ because of how low I am. I told them thats fine so they hooked up my car and I was told my alignment was good and did not need adjustment. so basically I paid 120$ for them to tell me I dont need an alignment haha. I mean I guess they did do their job technically but they could have atleast just charged me what I was quoted since they didnt even touch my car. I have had multiple friends have bad experiences here and definitely would not reccomend.

STAY far away from this place. My husband took his vechicle for service at opening at 8:30am describe issue his vechicle was having. Was contacted at 10:00am with a verbal quote via phone call and checked in for pick up time, Was assured it would be completed at that time . Arrived at 1:30 then quoted a new pick up time of 6:30 pm due to circumstances out of their control as the manager stated. During the time of 8:30 and 1:30 there was no follow up regarding a need for extended repair time . When I attempted to follow up about the issue the next day manger was very unprofessional often interpreting me during the conversation. Also proceeding to tell me he was a attorney and was planning to contact law enforcement as it is against the law to receive a quote via verbal call that HIS employee had done.

I 100% recommend Blackstone Tire! My car has Air Ride Suspension aka Bags and they were the only place that I called out of maybe 5 other stores that were 100% positive that they could fix my alignment because it was horribly off and the ride was so bad my wife wouldnt even want to be in it! But now rides like a dream like it was back to stock suspension!!! Thank you guys! Definitely going to go back for some wheels now!

Came to Blackstone tire to replace shocks. At first everything was settled and going great. Waited two hours going on three hours. Manager named Bob came in the lobby to tell me that the left rear bolt has been stripped and damaged. They recommended me to buy a new lower control arm because the thread for the bold is damaged and they cant do nothing about it. I believed them at first. I then inspected the shocks installed by them and noticed the right rear shock was installed on the left rear side. I confronted them about it and they denied everything, that I brought in the car like that. I had checked the car ahead of time knowing that the shocks were all in the right place. After a few minutes of disagreement, Bob was willing to give me a discount and reinstall the correct shock back on, but I was already upset the fact that they had already lied to my face and messed up the threads and bolt. I still paid for the three shocks they installed even though I couldve not paid due to them damaging the left side. Good at first, worst experience at last . Suggest you guys try another place to replace shocks .

Extremely professional and did not try to sell me something I didnt want or need. Danny was my sales person who also installed my tires. I appreciated him showing me that I had a bent rim (which I already knew). Some wouldnt bother but would notate it and if you had any problems later, would immediately blame the rim that they didnt inform you about. Dannys a top notch guy in my book. They are very down to earth the technicians there are very knowledgeable. I took my mustang there for alignment after west coast tires screwed me on alignment and money and another tire place in madera who couldnt align it right either. I went to blackstone tire and right away they got my car on the machine and aligned my car beautifully. Definatly recommend blackstone tires for good prices and good quality work. They also did my lowered lexus which 5 other shops wouldnt do my car because there rack was to high for my car. 5 stars for sure.

Took my car in for an alignment and although they werent able to get the numbers I was hoping for, they were able to get them close enough considering the state of my bushings and the fact my car is most likely too low to achieve the camber setting I was looking for. They also had it done a lot quicker than I was expecting. However, I will not be returning due to the fact they said it would cost about $180 and take around an hour and a half to replace the alignment bolts with the ones I had purchased. Replacing them would take me at most half an hour in my driveway with hand tools, and up on the lift while already loosening them to adjust should only add a few minutes. Its as simple as removing and replacing a bolt x8. The price for the alignment itself was reasonable but I would stay away if you need anything else done.(Edit: Turns out the most likely original 30 year old alignment bolts they said didnt need to be replaced and that would cost $180 to swap out were in such bad shape that they werent able to hold my alignment. Driving to work today (the day after the alignment) something at the rear end of my car felt loose. Went out on lunch and found that one of the bolts was able to be spun with a ratchet. There goes $120 down the drain.)

Outstanding customer service. I got four Cooper tires for my suburban and an alignment. Total: $500. Madera tire and auto centers quote for four Federal tires and an alignment: $681! Also, Blackstone Tire offers a guarantee, and Madera tire and auto center doesnt. Never going there ever again. I will always go to Blackstone tire.

Let me tell you a story about Blackstone Tire. Ray and Danny are the best. I had 2 tires installed by another shop. It wasnt until about 2 days after that I happened to be driving on the freeway, going 65-70 MPH. I literally felt like my wheels was going to fall off or something. It was scary. I had to get off the freeway and drive on the streets. I talked to a few guys and they told me it could be the brand of tires, it could be the road or it could just needs to be rebalanced. I was going to take it to Walmart to balance it but they want me to wait about 2 hours. TWO HOURS!! To balance 2 tires? My dinner will be cold by then. I called Blackstone Tire and Ray said come on it. Well take care of you. I got there about 5:45 PM. By 6:03 PM, I was done and driving home. Whether you just need a balance like me or you need something totally different, dont go anywhere else before you see Ray. His price is fair and just. If ALL businesses do business like Blackstone Tire does, there wouldnt be any problems in the world. So, if you want, you can even say TOU sent you. Hell treat you like you are his brother from another mother.
