They live off of FPD impound. Dont DO private tows. They DID make an exception for my truck. Cause FPD suggested them. Huh?? That was 7 months ago... Monte still doesnt have a front license plate...She still has my truck, tho...? Not for long?!?! We go back to court this week. Stay tuned!

They extort you with the help of FPD.

I purchased a used car from the woman here, she assured me that the reason the cost of the car was so expensive was because the car was well worth it. After I purchased the car I was charged an additional $500 from the dmv to have the car registered and tagged (which she assured wouldnt be too much) then come to find out there are a ton of other issues with this car that I was not aware of.. be careful going to this place they are crooked and shady.. if she says shes not sure, she is lying! The d.m.v told me that they are aware of the date on tags and registration and always have a paperwork on whats going on with the cars they have..

I called for roadside assistance in town. Rays Towing responded in great time. Their rates are reasonable. Their staff were courteous, honest and knowledgeable. If in a jam, I will call them first. Thank you Rays Towing.

It took 6 days to find my friends 96 toyota truck. Now they want $800 to get it back. She cant afford to pay all at once. But they have a no billing policy. She wants to work it out. Pay half and then make payments. She owns a house so they could put a lien on her house if she did not honor payment agreement. She has a disabled placard is on a fixed income and was parked at a thrift store.

Unethical. Beware. Check out Yelp reviews. They dont take insurance. They dont bill. Lead me to believe they took insurance. Good thing my insurance company is going to reimburse me.
