This company is amazing. Always prompt and through. Very pleasant whenever they come. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Whenever I call for service at our properties I speak with Michelle. She is wonderful and if I have to leave a message she always gets back to me right away.

Excellent company for Heating and AC work! They are honest, reliable and reasonably priced. There are a lot of companies to choose from but you can know that Jeff and Anthony at Maximum Air will take care of you.

If I could give no stars, I would! Owner Jeff promised to come view our project (part of a solar project). He no showed, no call, 3 times and then failed to return many calls. They missed out on a guaranteed project valued at about $8000.Their loss. Very poor customer service!

Jeff and his team just installed a new Carrier Infinity HVAC system and I am very happy with the unit and the install. Looks great outside and sound is very quiet, so happy we used Maximum Air to install. The new Infinity Thermostat is a dream to set up. Cant go wrong with these guys!I moved the unit from the back of the house by the pool to the side of the house, mainly because of noise of the old unit and really did not need to do this because this unit is super quiet. So Happy with the way the job turned out!

Jeff, Santos and Ernesto installed a new 5-ton Carrier Infinity HVAC system for us a couple of weeks ago with separate zones for upstairs and downstairs. Before deciding to have Maximum Air do the job I got bids and recommendations from 8 different local contractors, studied HVAC labor and materials cost comparisons, and read online reviews of local companies and various manufacturers. While I was open to other manufacturers, Carrier is the brand Im most familiar with, however most local companies cant recommend it because they cant get good pricing. The price Jeff got me on a high-end Carrier system plus zoning was as good or better than the more obscure preferred brands of other companies in the area. In addition, the great communication, flexibility, laid back but professional interactions, and willingness to patiently explain things to a customer who just thinks he knows something about HVAC were really appreciated. Little things like installing an extra register for no additional charge, leaving me with a box of new filters, and letting me help run the thermostat wire to ensure ideal placement really made all the difference. They over-delivered, and I couldnt be happier.

I called the front desk and was able to get scheduled in the next day. Victor and his partner came out and immediately went to work on my issue. They were prompt, efficient, and extremely professional. Victor explained every step of the process and gave me helpful efficiency tips. The name was given to me by a friend two years ago and I was very pleased with their service. A few days ago the motor went out on my A/c and they were able to come the next day and replace it. The two young men that came were extremely nice and got the job done in no time. I will gladly give my friends your name when they need help.

Helped me with a rental. Tennant was gone and tech needed to get inside. Called me a 4:30pm. Waited 20 minutes for me to get there. Super friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. Highest reccomendation.

These guys are absolutely top notch and very reasonable. Im bummed I didnt know them when we had our unit installed on the last house, I didnt much care for the folks who did it, but Jeff has always been great with any service issues. They did a fantastic job on my neighbors house and Im looking forward to upgrading our whole system on our new house in the coming weeks.

Great service. They installed an AC unit at our home several years back. At another house I have, I phoned them two different occasions and they have sent someone out the same day and fixed the problems with the water cooler. Anthony is great too. We have also recommended them to friends.

Jeff saved our bacon on short notice. The wife smelled smoke in the vents and it ended up being some shoddy work from the original build. They used the wrong sized wire nuts and it left us with weak connections that ended up burning out the connectors. Jeff fixed it up better than new and even had some recommendations for us to implement so our AC would work more efficiently. You guys rock

I just want say thanks to Jeff at Maximum Air of Fresno. Our 28 year old system failed last week. We talked to 5 different service companies and picked them. Once we figured out what we wanted, they were installing it the next day and it took only two days to install the all new heater + ac system and fix out ducting. Jeff added an extra outlet near my computer station too! The system works great and uses less energy to get the job done.

Called in the morning and Maximum Air was at out offices in Fresno by early afternoon to fix our heating system and now the ladies in the office are very happy and so am I, quick service and much less than any other HVAC company I called.

I called Maximum Air when my A/C went out in the middle of Summer and if you live in Fresno, you know how detrimental that is to a business. Jeff sent someone right away and we were up and running within a few hours of the outage.
