I recently moved into a new home and it definitely had some plumbing and AC repairs that needed to be done along with my mainline being backed up. I was referred over to Costless Plumbing Heating & Air and I’m so glad I made the right choice. The technician came out with his supervisor and provided me a couple recommendations with no pressure and throughly explained the work that had to be done. Their quote was so reasonable for all the repairs & installations that had to be done so my home can be just perfect to my liking. Costless came the same week with their crew to run water lines and install a drain for my new tub along with other miscellaneous plumbing repairs that I wanted done. I also thought I was going to need a new split system since my AC wasn’t turning on. Luckily all it needed was a new part and a cleaning for it to be back to cooling! Other companies I had prior for quotes were wanting to replace the split system for over $12,000!!!!! I’m super thrilled and happy with all the work that was done. I’ll definitely be using costless for all my plumbing and cooling needs

We had a cracked sewage line upstairs that was leaking through the ceiling. Nathaniel told us to call the office and they would take good care of us. Boy, was he right. The ladies in the office setting appointments and dispatching plumbers were great and really understood the urgency of our issues. The plumbers arrived on time and were extremely attentive to detail and great at communicating the issues at hand. All items were fixed properly and timely. Thank you Costless Plumbing for taking great care of us. We will certainly use your services and expertise in the future when needed!!!

We use Costless to maintain multiple rental properties. By far, Costless has the best service and best pricing in the area. One aspect of their work that shines is the fact that instead of throwing parts at something or just going the easy route with replacement they will look to try and fix the issue first which in turn normally saves money for the customer. I trust Costless with my personal properties and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would, they came out multiple times, charged me each time and were so incompetent they could not even snake a drain properly, then to cover up their own inadequacies, they said I needed to pay an additional 1500$ to install something that I have never needed in the past, this place is hot garbage and they will try to screw you over at every turn, and if you dont have their clean out system, be prepared for them to aggressively try to sell it to you, literally refusing to finish a job until you do, So if you like terrible work, and terrible business practices, this is the place for you, if you like actual good work, done for the price your paying, go with literally anywhere else. The lady that answers the phone, is so condescending, and patronizing its an absolute miracle this joke of a business is still open.

Had a leaky/outdated bathroom handle so I called a friendly dispatcher from their office who was able to send out a technician same day to identify the issue. They gave me a super cheap quote when compared to previous experience with other companies so I went ahead and authorized the repair. They were able to come back same day with the special handles and knocked it out within the hour!It’s been a few months of use and we’re overall super happy and would definitely call again!Thank you again, costless plumbing!

Not the best experience with their techs. They came in, no masks, left a mess after cutting through the wall. And didnt find the source of the leak. Not professional, no trust in their assessment

On a Sunday morning I was turning off a backyard spigot & it came off in my hand, turning into a giant fountain. I had to shut off water to house to stop it. My husband was working out of town until evening, so I called Costless. Gerardo arrived 45 min. later, problem was repaired in about 20 minutes! He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient! I was grateful & relieved!

Not sure I can say enough good things about Angel and George. They were very prompt explained everything to me and fixed what I thought was going to be a major issue within hours. This is the second time I used them but my first review. I can’t recommend them more then to say they have been the beat plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Thanks again guys your the best.

I called 4 places to get my air conditioner fixed this morning and a few last night none of those called me back. All of them didnt have a technician available today and they all mentioned $99. Diagnostic fee. Then I called Costless Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I asked the very polite woman if they had someone available and do you know what she said? She said of course. Music to my ears and it was only $85 to see what was wrong. She explained when they would be here and they would call before they arrived, which they did. So Angel wearing a mask (thank you ) and another man came out checked the thermostat and the unit outside told me what was wrong. I gave the go-ahead and now I am cool again. I am going to recommend this company to everyone. A

Costless is the Only company I call for all plumbing and HVAC needs. Ive had them do multiple inspections on home purchases and have used them to repair broken systems. They recently also installed a complete new HVAC at my primary house and a new hot water heater. Most companies would have taken 2 days to install everything, but the Costless crew and the owner Angel worked diligently until it was completed all in one day. It works great! I have rarely been impressed with any contractor in my life but this is no ordinary business. The whole crew is an exceptional team. I cant thank them enough for being so much help to me and my family.

Gino provided excellent and timely service today. I rent so I usually dont have to worry about paying for repairs but my landlord snuck some language into our lease that makes us responsible for plumbing repairs. This will be the only plumbing business I request from here on out. We had a main sewer clog and everything was backing up into the house all weekend, 2 toilets, 2 showers, very stressful. He came out same day and was very knowledgeable, honest and fixed the issue. He charged me less than half of what the guy I originally called quoted me (I made an appt and he never called or showed up either, thanks for nothing Plumber 911). Very happy with the service and cost, now I know why so many people on Facebook and Nextdoor recommended them. PS, I talked to 2 different females when I called, both very helpful and friendly. Thanks guys, saved my Christmas.

I was informed by my tenant his AC quit working in the middle of a heat wave!. I was referred by the HOA to Costless Plumbing. From my initial call to the completion of the job, service was excellent. The office was extremely patient and helpful. It is with the highest praise I commend the Service Reps working out in the field, in record breaking heat, showing up on time and being so thorough. The Furnace and HVAC systems throughout the complex have a set of challenges. Costless Plumbing has the knowledge and experience to analyze and make the repairs accurately and effieciently. As an out of the area Landlord, I am grateful for their expertise as is my tenant!! Thanks so much again

My window for their visit was noon to 3 pm. They didnt arrive until 4:30, but thats the only negative thing I can say. Michael is the gentleman who fixed my issue. Replaced the three leaking valves in my 100 year old shower/tub with a new system! Diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done (including cutting into the tile), and what the end results would look like. Cleaned up all the dust and mess after. Love the new faucets!!

Work not completed correctly, trash left in my attic near unit,lack of cleanness, I do not recommend there service.We had over flow pan replacement and the new was not installed like the original,. The required straps not done, condensation line not reconnect correctly, attic access cover left very dirty, drag Marks on wall near attic entrance, the service vehicle leaked oil on my driveway, attic insulation left on the floor around attic access on my laundry floor.

Call Costless if you want an 8 hour window from 9 to 5. If you leave the house, the technician will NOT call you 30 min before he arrives and you will have to sit by the door, because they are so busy they cant wait more than 5 minutes.I called the office after waiting for 3 hours for my appointment. I called to see if I could leave and come back before he arrived. They said, yes no problem. Until I got back to the card on the door!When I called they said they are too busy to call, or wait at the door. The office staff told me The technician can not wait longer than 5 minutes, we have too many customers CALL SOMEONE WHO CARES AND ISNT TOO BUSY! I called PR Plumbing and they gave me a 2 hour window, within 15 min of the time I called for less than the price Costless quoted for the service call. Funny huh, Costless was more expensive with poor customer service.

Fast and affordable, replaced my water heater for a good price. Highly recommend them to anyone for the price, however the lady on the phone could use a little more customer service skills.
