Wow, talk about saving me in pinch! I called several places, many of whom were closed on a Sunday, and could not get an appointment for several days. I have a child with XLHED who does not sweat and thus high temperatures are dangerous, and we were very concerned when our A/C went out. Steve responded quickly (while standing on a roof for another job!) and had Martin out to our house within a very short period of time. Martin was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and although he did not have the necessary part on hand, obtained it quickly and finished the repair the same day. Very satisfied with the service.

It took him awhile to get to me but I’m sure I wasn’t the only client that day. They responded the same day the call was made. My landlord used this company. It helps to have a landlord that is quick to call in and approve repairs too. The guy was quick to diagnose and fix problem. Only took a couple hours from start to finish. I don’t know the cost as I am a renter. My blower motor went out and it was 99 that day here in Fresno. Poor guy was on my roof in that heat at the peak of the afternoon! He was a lifesaver!! Very nice and sympathetic to my whining with no complaints. Kudos to him for sweating out the heat just so we can stay cool :)) we offered iced cold water to him while he was working. That was the hottest day of the week.

Steve Patrick Air Condition is AMAZING!!!! We had an a/c issue & Steve Patrick came to our rescue!!! I have an elderly mother & my a/c stopped working in 115 degree weather. My ac went out in my apartment on a Saturday, they said no one was free to come until Monday but if I found someone they would pay me back.I called 9 total companies and Steve is the only person to answer and send someone out.He had someone at my door 36 min after our call ended! ON a weekend!Martin the tech, found a few loose wires and a bad wire to the thermostat as well as my motor blower going out. After getting the okay from the owners to replace the motor our apartment is cold once again!And the new blower is really pushing the air, I didnt even notice how weak the old one was blowing compared to this!I also talked to the owners of the apartment complex and they were to so pleased with Steve Patrick Air, they have added him to the complex vendor list! I hope that helps them a ton, they seem deserving !

I called three different companies none of them could help until later this week. When i called Steve Patrick the owner answered while he was still working on a sunday afternoon and told me not a problem i will call my tech and send him to you. And thats what happened my ac is fixed and i am greatfull he answered. If anyone ask me if i know an AC guy i will say call steve patrick

Crazy experience with phone lady. Answered then put me hold where i got to send a msg. Then 1/2 later she left msg on my answering machine did i still want guy to come. When I called back rang forever and left msg. Later they called back - when I answered there was no one there. Belive this person has issues because I told her why did you put on hold so I had to leave a msg, and she didnt like it. Shes so disorganized and rude. Well been a customer for 15 years, and now Steve has seen the last of a great customer.

So we had issues with our A/C Sept 2018. So we had home warranty coverage but they kept beating around trying to fix a 32 year old A/C unit. My utility bill was like $550 to $650 a month. So we had a brand new Carrier A/C installed at our house in 2018 by Mike and his crew. They even did all the wiring so I could put in a NEST thermostat to be more energy efficient. The install was smooth and they even put on all my new covers for the returns I had bought and sealed them. Great work and best of all no mess to clean after they left. I did over 16 bids from companies here in Fresno and Clovis over a 2 week span. Steve Patrick wasnt the lowest but compared to 10 others they were like 5k cheaper. They didnt try to sell me additional stuff like the other companies. One company wanted to cut a whole in my ceiling for the return, when I already had 2 returns. I have recommended them to my co-workers and since then 3-4 have used them. I would go back in a heart beat especially now that my utility bills are like $260 in summer 2000 sq ft house A/C at 75 when we are home 78 at night and I run my pool pump 6 hrs a day 7 days a week. Cancelled the home warranty protection I was paying $89 a month. For the savings on utility and not paying warranty investment return in under 3 yrs. Hands down a great and HONEST company about what you really need.

I wanted a second quote. They rechecked every, said they found two issues, one being the same as what the other company found, yet they were able to fix both at almost half the cost. The even had the part available unlike the other company. Air works so much better, hoping my electric bill goes down some too.

We had been told by a different company that the compressor on our A/C unit was out and there were potentially other issues that warranted the replacement of the unit to the tune of $12,000.00. We felt a second opinion was needed and used Steve Patrick Air after a friend was bacially told the same thing and had their A/C repaired for a modest charge. Danial from Steve Patrick was at our home within the hour and quickly found a faulty breaker, a $9.52 repair. It was clear Danial was knowledgeable and thorough. This will be the first company I call for repairs and services going forward.

Had Steve Patrick out to install new unit on our house. Great bunch of guys that did the job. After getting a few estimates we went with him being the best price. I highly recommend this company.

We came home from a 3 week vacation to a house with no AC because the compressor was out! This company came out on a Sunday afternoon. They had a new unit (our AC unit was 25+ years old) up and running by Monday afternoon! I felt their analysis of the problem as well as recommendation for the new unit were trustworthy. I will call them for annual checks.

I needed someone fast to come to my elderly parents home to. Look at there heater because it want working. Steve patrick sent out a technician named Andrew that was so nice and patient. With all my dads questions. He got them air the same day. I am so pleased with this business.

Steve has assisted me with the air conditioning and heater system in my homes several times. He has always given me a fair price and been able to get out to my house quickly. Id recommend anyone give him a call and dont worry about the service call fee as they waived it once I paid for the repairs. Best part was he didnt try & sell me a new unit with my existing one being 25 years old...just installed the new part he had on his truck and I was up and running, and he didnt charge me extra to seal off a leaking duct. Call their office today spoke with a office person. I told her we already had our unit diagnosed by another company for $89.00 so we knew exactly what was wrong with the unit. She told me they would have to charge us $75.00 to diagnose the unit. I told her we knew exactly what had to be done and I had the part numbers to be replaced. She stated they would still have to diagnose it and charge us $75.00. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they do business. Its all about the almighty buck to this company

Great Service- Our Air Conditioner went out on the 4th of July. Steve sent a repairman to our house within two hours. He repaired our unit and we had cool air again. We appreciate Steve Patrick Air Conditioning.

SO not impressed. I think this business used to be more professional but as of right now, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone I know. The tech came out and wrote on the invoice that he basically plugged in a couple of things and replaced the air filter (that we provided) and then billed us for 90 minutes. The guy was only there for maybe 10-15 minutes.My dad is a licensed general contractor and has recommended this business for a long time but the new receptionist tried telling my dad that they dont have an account with them. It took quite awhile to figure that mess out. I dont know if they need to find a new receptionist or if theyre just that incompetent. I know they used to be a good business but we were billed $127.50 for the tech to basically plug in a couple of things and install an air filter (which I could have done myself in 5 second.)I would love to revise my review once Steve Patrick gets things straightened out but at this point, I would definitely recommend that you find another HVAC business to work with.

Called 30 different places but they were either closed today (Sunday) or booked but this place answered my call and showed up within 15 minutes! Fixed my issue quickly and my AC is running great!

Rude guy on the phone and selling way over priced parts. Asking $150 for a $20 part. Dont deal with these scam artists.
