Ive never been to a nail salon that was so rude and extremely aggressive. After asking her the prices for a new set she was giving rude remarks if I want to go check the prices at other salons (mind you money wasnt the issue). She started shaping my nails so aggressively that she cut me two of fingers to the point there was blood dripping from my finger and never apologizes instead tells me Im making her nervous. I didnt say anything to be polite. She sprays alcohol and oil on my fingers and it starts burning and she has the audacity to be upset at me for saying my finger burns. She did a fresh new set in 20 mins and rushed the entire process. Im definitely never going to go here again. I dont recommend this place anyone. Getting your nails done is suppose to be a spa like experience and this was nothing close to that. The technicians name was Bella. Instead of apologizing they’re denying it completely. I’m very disappointed in their customer service.

Today was the first male technician to see. He seemed to be out of control. It hurt a bit when you cut the cuticles, but thats fine. He asked me to cut my nails short and cut them too tightly and cut the shape strangely. Why go to a nail salon Isnt it to make nails pretty? Finally, after finishing, I saw my nails and was so surprised. Look at this hand. He still lacks much experience. Nobody wants to get this nail service for $ 60.

Clean, friendly staff. Able to accommodate a walk in for gel nails. Sounds like they have quite a few regular clients as they knew them by name and what they liked. Will be back.

Grand Opening 5 months ago.....this place is amazing!!! Sam is excellent!
