They did a great job with my manicure. I completely recommend them. They were professional and took me as a walk in. I will definitely be back.I went back again and I loved my mani pedi. They do such a great job and take their time. It’s also clean and I felt completely safe. I definitely recommend them for a great mani pedi. The prices are also super reasonable.

Nail Glamour is a very relaxing and professional nail salon. The owner, Kim, and the entire staff are personable and grateful to have you there. They take their time, they’re skillful and creative. I’ve been coming to the salon for 9 yes and it has not changed. I’ve watched their business grow and I wish them the very best!

I absolutely love Nail Glamour! I have been coming here for over 10 years. I am always greeted by the nice ladies who work there and most of them know me by name. They always make sure to offer water upon arrival! The shop is beautiful, and I always feel relaxed. The recent remodel model really added a spa feeling to their vibe! Every time I get my nails done, they always go over and above to make sure I like what they did! I recommend this place to everyone. Even when I moved to Livermore, I never go anywhere else. Lany is my go to for nails, and Holly always hooks me up with an awesome pedicure. I also have gotten my nails done by Kim (the owner) who always makes sure I’m taken care of! All the ladies who work here are awesome!

Kim the owner is excellent! Very professional and does what you need!! I also like pedicures there are two that are way above the rest. Bonnie does an excellent foot massage with close attention to detail. Holly is good with massage.

I had a pedicure. There is still social distanced. However I was able to get out and enjoy the pedicure. Good services

Everyone here is so good and so professional. Kim always does my nails and I always get so many compliments. Everytime I pull up an idea from google images she always does them exactly the same. I highly recommentd nail glamour. I love the pedicures too. I get the delux pedicure because you get more for a good price. I love the scrub and parrafin wax on my feet.

They made my nails thick af!

I made an appointment to get a mani-pedi, haven’t had one since before the pandemic. I walked in, told them I had called to make an appointment and they told me to sit and wait. Within 5 minutes of waiting, 2 women walked in and they greeted them and started serving them right away. If they didn’t have time for me they could’ve said so, but that was extremely rude, so I left. One of the workers attempted to walk out after me and I told her she was rude to her face. I was the only guy in the shop.

My girldriend and I went for nails and pedi. They took us both in right away. They were quick, and did a good job! They are a very modern place and clean. They were able to duplicate nails from pics on Pintrist. Friendly and good service!

They don’t understand English and they will skip few things while doing manicure and pedicure and they try to grab all the money from you I came with disappointment paying $75 for nothing I liked

Meh. Its not fabulous or horrible. I felt like the nail tech forgot there is a human attached to the toes. She seemed very bored and disengaged and completely uninterested in doing my pedicure. It was over almost as fast as it started. She did a pretty good job and I always tip out of guilt

I usually go here. Mostly do good work. Will always cut up at least one finger, at most three. Good color choices. Always talking in their native language, so if that bugs you dont go. Nice ladies, they always try.

We went with my sister for the first time to this place yesterday, nothing friendly, very bad customer service. the person who took care of me sits in the first station, nothing friendly and looks like she wanted to do the job quickly. My sister was seated at the last station, she showed them the photo of the design she wanted, the person who attended her gave her a french one???, some bigger than others, and the white one almost put it in the middle of the nails, we can not tell them at the same time that she dont like her nails because they were about to close, we went back today to explain to the owner about the bad work and if the problem can be solved and they told us that the nails were fine that way, finally they tried to fix them, and they asked us if we speak English in front of other customers, because it should be a bad communication ??? Of course we speak English, and by the way we showed you a picture of how we wanted the design! In the same way they know perfectly English and they are not understood perfectly, so if there was bad communication it was on their part, very bad experience! We never go back to that place! I have to put 1 star to be able to comment, otherwise will be nothing.!!!

Horrible place very prejudice place out loud there is a whole BIGG OLE ATM machine for African Americans, you can not use there credit machine they will make you use the ATM machine she say you need to get cash I watch every one not my skin color pay with there credit cards, there were 3 total African Americans they had to pay cash are go to there BIGG OLE ATM machine. Never ever go again I will give no star. And she says I love you my friend. I told her I don’t carry cash asked to use the credit machine, no get cash, I ask why, she never replied to me.

Made a reservation for 8 girls to have manicures for a birthday party. Kind of important! Walked into stunned faces as they scrambled to fit us in. Turns out that they put the reservation for the following week! It was a fiasco. They seemed to give a low priority to our tween team managed to get 5 manicures done. No apologies, no discount. We learned a lesson to confirm. Will not return.

I have been going to Nail Glamour for several years now. I love Kim and Holly they always fit me into their schedules and do a lovely job on my nails and pedicure.

Been here many times. They always do a great job and are very friendly. :)

Really good nails if you go to the right person

I was in the area visiting family and broke my nail. They got me right in and did a fantastic job. Very reasonably priced.

Horrible place, never going back! I went there to do my wedding full set gel nails and pedicure. The shape was uneven, nails on one hand were smaller than on the other. They didnt bother to even cut my cuticular!!!?! One end of my nails was higher than the other. After she finished them, they looked like I have had them for a week or two as there was space between my cuticular and where the gel nail started! Never going back there again and dont recommend you do!

Horrible experience and horrible prices. You will also need to pay extra for them to put in a liner for a pedicure. They have VERY limited colors as well and ended up changing the color I wanted last minute without telling me. My friends and I will NEVER be going back which sucks because we get out nails done every month. If you want to get overcharged, treated like garbage (I have bruises on my legs from the massage she gave me with her diamond ring facing down), and probably get some fungus from the unsanitary pedicure tubs then go here.
