First time getting my nails done since covid. Hit this place coming out of the grocery store. Mai did a great job. My nails look great!

This is the first i came to this place but i don’t think i will ever come back! The lady who did my manicure acrylic did it so quick and painful. The job isn’t clean and it looked like it was done by a newbie. (As you can see in the picture). After it was done i checked and some of the nails are stained and she did it again. The edges also are rough and i told her i hot kids so she needed to make sure it’s all smooth because i dont wanna scratch my kids. The way she also shaped it isn’t that good. I recommended 3 more of my friends to come here tho i haven’t tried it yet but i guess i am now regretting it. The lady also put her mask down and scratched her nose infront of me and continued touching me! Oh and btw, she didn’t clean the nails before she did the acrylic, she just filed it. The pedi is the same, she just basically trimmed it and painted it. (Pictures are posted as well)

I got a pedicure and acrylics. I really enjoyed my pedicure. I liked my acrylics, however the prices were different from the prices when you book an appointment online. The acrylics I got cost more than $50 and I didn’t think it was that personalized for that price. I do recommend them but I definitely hope they update their price chart so you are not surprised by the final price.

Had a great experience here today. Gentle, quick and lots of nail art to choose from. I will definitely be going back.

Teena did my nails, she is very patient and she did what all I asked for. Very well maintained. I got acrylic new set done, the price are very good. I really really loved my nails. For sure if I’m going to her my nails done I’ll be here only.!! I highly recommend them.

They charge so much for a terrible quality. Try adding a design on only one finger, you’ll definitely empty your bank account for that 😑. They also rushed my nails just so they can attend to more customers so it wasn’t as neat as it should be. Definitely would not recommend.

Very poor experience. The customer service is very low, I came in on time but had to wait about 15min, and also received a very “in rush” service. Nail master hurt me a couple times and when I asked her to fix something - she got really mad at me. I do not recommend this salon, even if it is your only choice. Trust me - you better do it yourself at this point: save your nerves, money and good mood.

Do not bother with this place! They have a booking option online which can be super convenient. However, appointments are rarely honored, its usually first come first serve and if you had an appointment then too bad! I went and I was told I could wait an hour, Im done. Im never coming back here, they have done this to me almost every time I book. The sad thing is that they actually do quality work but they are not good at keeping their commitments.

I was really happy that there was an open availability last minute. I noticed that one nail tech dropped gloves and towels on the floor, but did not put them in the trash or a dirty bin. The person that did my pedicure was completely distracted and rushed. After I got to my car, I noticed that I had scratches all over my feet and blood around my big toe.Instead of enjoying my day off, I rushed to CVS to get tea tree and rubbing alcohol to slow any chance of infection. I walk a lot at work, the next two days were incredibly uncomfortable and stressful.Please make sure your technicians are present and take their time. I won’t be back.

I had a appointment @ 4pm. Upon arrival the lady told me to wash hands and take a seat. After that I was seating there for 30 mins then someone came to start my manicure, soaked my hands in the alcohol and went back to finish another customer, so I ended up waiting another 30ins. Befor they started my service I asked how much? They said $45.00, after completion of my full set they said $55 despite I was waiting for freaking 1 and half hours for someone to start my manicure even thou I had a appointment. It took me 2.5 hours, plus shaping is extra. $5, PATHETIC SERVICE, UNREASONABLE PRICE.

The best nail place in town even in Bay Area. This place is staple for my family. I love doing pedicure regularly and now back waxed. People working there so friendly and knowledgeable. I never disappointed anytime. Much reasonable price than else where.

They have nice ladys working always go there for a pedicure. And if you have a ingrown toenail thats the place to be ask for Tina she will let you walk out smiling again. So 5 star from me to them

Worst experience my right hand got swell up and hurting bad.

Ambiance was decent. Place has really bad ventilation compared to other shops. Got their $45 signature Nail Garden Deluxe pedicure. Not really worth it for the service should got the basic. The girl next to me was getting a Gel pedicure too & got there before me but I finished first so I was definitelyrushed. Menu said includes a10 min hotstone massage but got a 3-5 min massage. The polish job was not great. My toe nail length uneven I need to fix it when I get home. Maybe I just got a new tech or bc they were all rushing to get home, regardless service should be consistent especially for their signature pedi. Maybe lack of training? Hope the owner handles & trains her techs to be consistent on quality of service for the amount they charge.

The only bad thing is the wait for walk-ins can be up to an hour. Highly advise you to call and make an appointment. They arent good with nail designs. Theyre pretty good with eyebrows. Good place overall been coming for about 2 years now.

Service is horrible. Ann was once nice but came in few months ago and she was irritated. Water was as hot as can get for my pedi and she wouldnt turn it down. I actually cringed through entire pedicure. Went back again like a dummy...Ann was gone they said ( not that I was going to work with her agan anyway). I was placed in a chair with massager broken killed the entire experience. I was moved to another chair maybe 30 minutes after I requested. Tech worked on me then abruptly stop when a regular came in to get nails done. I didnt complain and allowed it to unfold so that I could observe and I was just totally disregarded. I had to pick up someone from Amtrak but was very late after it took 3hours to finish due to constantly stopping and working with others. I left disappointed at service but my nails looked good. I chose tips from cabinet but they were stale and some missing so I ended up with tips that were like my 8th choice. Over priced in the end for overall total. I felt mostly played/used/disregarded by the time I left. Just being honest. No pun intended.

This place is terrible. today i went in to get a broken nail fixed, the wait was to long so i made an appointment for tomorrow and left. About 15 minutes later the employes of lamour approached my dad and i. they began accusing us of stealing a cell phone. they were extremely rude. my mother and i use this establishment all the time. this behavior towards me was extremely rude and unprofessional not mention this place is always a complete wreck and they are very disorganized.i would not recommend this establishment.
