I love coming to RenewMD! I visit the Fremont location and the nurses, front desk, consultant, and doctor are all so nice. Everyone is professional, personable, and listened to everything I was looking for in a service.I went in with a thought for a particular treatment, and they recommended AGAINST it, but told me what I should do instead. I really feel like I trust them since they didn’t try and up sell me and were honest about what they recommended.The quality of treatments are great. All good things take time, but I feel comfortable going, getting my treatments, and chatting with everyone. It’s a very friendly atmosphere with products that are working great for me!I would recommend them, 100%. In fact, I’m moving 45 minutes away and I’m still going to come back to Fremont to continue my services once a month!

For me, everything about RenewMD was professional, knowledge based, team inspired and comforting. I’d been researching body sculpting for weeks and RenewMD stood out above the rest. The customizable treatment options and concerns that I get services that match my needs and body type showed that this wasn’t just a transactional relationship but a partnership of sorts.My first treatment was of the lower, mid and upper abs and lasted 75 minutes; 25 min for each section. The lower and mid abs were virtually free of pain and discomfort. I felt the heat from the sculpting apparatus, however my skin was much cooler to the touch. The last treatment section, my upper abs, was the exception. About 10 minutes into the treatment I was very uncomfortable and intense. I have a pretty good tolerance for physical pain it was definitely tested. The technician and I talked in order to distract from the discomfort but by the time the 25 minutes was up I was DONE and wanted off of the table. In fairness, I also have a bad back and was laying down for over and hour in the same position, so I’m sure a good percentage of my discomfort was influenced by that. In my case, the areas with the least amount of fat were more sensitive to the procedure.Afterward, my mid and upper abs were sore as if I’d done a crazy amount of core work. In the last week the soreness has dissipated some and I continue to massage my abdomen throughout the day to help process the treated fat cells. While the waist band of my pants seem a little roomier the greatest difference I’ve noticed is my mindset. I’m paying better attention to my physical activity and eating habits. This is a big investment and I want to be successful!My second round of ab treatment is about 6 weeks out and then I’ll schedule my thigh treatments followed by my arms. This isn’t an overnight miracle but a commitment and responsibility that should be taken seriously. I’m looking forward to seeing the best possible results and am glad to have RenewMD escort me there!

Excellent service. You cant ask for anything more. The doctor and staff really listen and truly want to help. They work around your needs and make recommendations but never push which is what I love about this place. I feel comfortable expressing my feelings and thoughts about I want to do. I came in asking for a certain procedure and we talked about what was best for what I had in mind, doctor gave me some suggestions and ultimately I had the last say. Of course I went with the doctors recommendation and I am so happy with the results so far. Office super clean. Staff always attentive and courteous and very knowledgeable. Micro needling is great . I got one package of 3 sessions, With my second session saw lot of improvements. I use to wear foundation to cover my dark spots but now just after 2nd session don’t have to wear foundation . I highly recommend micro needling if have dark patches you like to get rid of them .

I hardly ever feel the need to write a review for any business (good or bad), but the Renew MD team definitely deserve every word of praise! From the moment I contacted them with my inquiry and every interaction since, their entire team has been welcoming, friendly and professional. I had previously gone to another clinic to receive hair removal treatments, and that experience was far from pleasant. From then on, I was nervous to pursue further treatment anywhere else, but I took a chance and going to Renew MD was a complete 180 from what I had experienced before. Certain procedures (depending on what and where) can be very intimate and at times embarrassing. Not only was Maria, my nurse, knowledgeable in the laser hair removal process and the lasers being used, but she is so very very personable! Treatment can be uncomfortable at times, depending on the hair thickness and area. She made sure to check that I was okay throughout, while also making sure to keep the integrity of the procedure in order for us to achieve the wanted results. She definitely goes the extra mile to gain your trust and to make you feel comfortable. It’s like visiting a good friend, who just happens to be lasering you. What more can you ask for when getting your armpit hairs removed permanently??
