I made an appointment a week in advance to get my hair colored and trimmed. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30, I showed up at 10:20 and wasn’t helped until 10:35. She was with another costumer who was getting a wax so I wasn’t to upset, until she came and talked to me and she hadn’t even opened the appointment book yet to see who had an appointment for that day. Then she got angry when she saw I was getting my hair colored and told me about a 10-15 minute wait. 15 minutes go by and she’s just getting done with the wax, then starts cutting her hair! My mom walked over to check on me and she realized I was still waiting 40 minutes later. She went over to the lady and told her we where leaving because our appointment was scheduled almost an hour ago and she yelled at my mother that she didn’t know that I had an appointment. THEN CHECK THE APPOINTMENT BOOK!

Great service. At least 10 minute wait. But its worth it

The stylist there are very nice and they treat people as if they are family. They all cut hair very nicely as well. Denise is the one that cut my hair and does my eyebrows very nice she always makes sure I look my best.
