Good place if you find a good technician. Sometimes the wax is too hot and must tell them that. Otherwise, youll get burns. I recommend Johanna. She does a very good job.

Very friendly staff, extremely professional. Ive always left feeling happy and satisfied from their services. Ive been going there for the past couple of years and cant even think of changing to someone else. Ive never had a rash or a burn for any type of waxing. Ive come here to get all types of waxing and never had any negative experience. Highly recommend this place!

First time to do waxing and Sonia was really great! She made it easy for me and she was fast. It was finished in no time.

Love the place but this is my first time being waxed and not all of my hair was removed had to go back for touch-ups but still didnt work some hair is just different than others so my expectation was crushed but at least I experienced it and it was 90% removed.. but its a lot of money to not get complete hair removal they said after a couple of times coming in that it should all be removed but I think I will just invest in laser hair removal instead.

I usually go in for upper lip and eyebrows wax. My brows have always been fine, but two times now I’ve had my upper lip burned from the wax, which causes dark patches of skin to form, and eventually dark marks on my upper lip. I have had my upper lip waxed at other places before, but have only gotten burnt here.

Vilma did an amazing job with my brows and lip wax. I just moved to California and was nervous about having someone wax my brows because I don’t like them super thin and I tend to be picky but she did a wonderful job.

I just moved to California so I decided to have my face waxed along with bikini zone and top lip. The staff were super kind and still are, however, my cheeks are a complete disaster after my service. one hour after I started noticing tiny bumps with swelling of the face. I have never had this happen to my face my entire life so after five days, no progress of bumps reduction. Swelling had completely gone away. I called the center back to describe to them about my face and I went in so they could see my face. They could not specify what happened or what was on my face. I find it disappointing for them to be licensed and certified for cosmetology and skin care but could not determine the cause and effect of my bumps. I am currently still dealing with the bumps and I have seen two doctors. The second doctor determined that mybe the specialist clogged my pores with the lotion she used after waxing my face causing acne which is not severe but it does cover my entire cheek. I am going to the dermatologist today to get diagnosis. I have sensitive skin and they were forewarned of my skin type, they should definitely consider waivers. Im leaving feedback in replacement of not getting a refund and leaving 10 dollar gratuity the day of.

Sonja is amazing. I prefer to schedule with her even with a limited schedule. She talked me through my first appt and made sure I was comfortable.

Came here last week. Was really a positive experience. The staff was incredibly nice and professional. Was a bit nervous since it was my first time at a wax center but the person attending me (Sonia) made small talk to distract me from the wax being pulled . It was less painful than anticipated .Will be coming back as a regular.

Terrible wax, very painful. Got home to realize they hadnt even done a good job and that there were stray hairs remaining.

The person din know what she was doing ... she told me up straight, you have some small hairs and so can’t get them .. din even bother tweezing... there are so many areas on my body where I still have good amount of hair even though I got them waxed right now .. she was treating my skin like a rock .. the wax temperature was hottttttttt and she din know which direction to pull the wax from .. I have been waxing for 16 years now and never have I had to actually scream coz of pain .. she could see that she din wax properly and would ignore and I would have to tell her there’s a lotta hair.. absolutely worst experience ever

6/06/18 8:46AM I was trying to move my appointment and the receptionist was unprofessional and rude. She was not friendly, I was asking her a question, she didnt answer my question. She rushed when speaking with me, and she had no clue what she was doing. That experience from the receptionist was so appalling I would not go back there.
