Showed up at 3 or so on FridayApril 2. Manager was awesome to deal with, but wheni got in to exterior wash bay, they rushed through the wash and completely ignored the spots they missed. When asked to correct it, I just got attitude. Will post a picture of trailer when I find out how. Truck looks good though

You can’t find anyone here outside of office hours to talk to. Been trying to find someone to do a reefer washout for 45 minutes. Doesn’t answer the phone either. Thanks for messing up my day!!!

Pretty quick in and out for a trailer washout. Costs more than any other washout Ive had done. The getting in and out of property is a bit of a pain when they are busy especially when they allow people to do trailers or park on the dead end street to their location.

One of the better Mid America washouts. The one in Sioux City is the worst.

The guys got me washed up! Was very frozen! 90 mins and they were done! $ 176 and 5 bags of chips. I think is very fair.

Check your trailer before you leave. Still had dirt on the floor and walls.

This location mostly services cattle truck washouts. Cant complain about the job that they did on my reefer.

$45 for a reefer washout. Floors were missed in spots, didnt wash the area below doors where the drain tubes left a mess on DOT bumper.I will not be back.Less time, cheaper, and better quality at Blue Beacon.

I pulled in and spent 20 minutes trying to find someone who could help me. I ended up having to walk in between bull haulers as they were being sprayed out in back bays to try and get someones attention to let them know I was at the regular bay. The guy whos attention I finally got told me in Spanish, what I believed to be wAit a minute. I walked back to my truck and about five minutes later a man came around to help me, but he spoke ZERO English. I wanted my tractor washed and my reefer washed out. It literally took me five minutes to get him to understand wash out and I decided against a tractor wash. Then he was trying to tell me to go somewhere else, but he kept holding up his thumb and forefinger an inch apart and nodding his head. Like I was supposed to know what that meant. What a joke!! If you ar going to employ folks to wash that cannot speak any English, then the least you could do is have an office employee who does. The credit card machine wasnt working and they only accept exact change with cash, which I had no cash on me so they had me go and told me the owner would call me Monday for cc infoAfter I left I called the owner who was SUPER NICE AND APOLOGETIC. he said they recently hired new staff because of those problems but they were still in training. He said the money wasnt his big concern, he just wanted to make sure my trailer was cleaned well, which it definitely was.After all was said and done, I believe I will give this place another chance if Im in need and in that area. Even though they couldnt speak or understand English, the staff were all smiles and the owner was kind as well. Sometimes that matters more!

They hire illegal immigrants. The guy i interacted with couldnt read or speak english and didnt know how to use a debit or credit card reader

Way over priced and facility is going down hill fast. They dont even do exterior washes anymore. I dont go there unless I really want to waste money!!!

Great place to get a wash out pretty quick and cheap there is a sap Bros and Mels dinner real close.

It was hard to deal with them because of a language barrier almost nobody speaks English almost everybody speaks Spanish the facility is run-down but functional however it is a back in wash and do a dark dark building I dont know about everybody there but the person who is directing me in did not have proper hand signals however you are limited in choices for truck washes in that area and it is right around the corner from the Sapp Brothers truck wash however it is on the opposite end of town somewhere all the cold storage and meat processors are
