I shopped around and came across Double Take Auto Spa on Instagram. Like anyone looking to protect their investment I had tons of question.. and proceeded to ask them all, on a Saturday night 😂. Sunday morning, they were all answered by Sandra. Made my appointment, and before you knew it, I was dropping my baby off. The results were breathtaking, and one month later my car still looks dripping wet. Sandra took the time to show me how to care for my car, and even gave me a carwash lesson on her own personal car! Yes she hustled me into washing her car to make sure I did it right 😂. But honestly, you don’t know you are doing things the improper way, until a professional shows you how it should be done! Check my pictures if you don’t believe me. One regret!!! Wish I didn’t wait 2 months after the purchase of my 2021 Tesla Model 3, to get it wrapped and ceramic coated. I was so impressed by the work done by DoubleTake and the way Sandra explained everything in great detail. I was planning on getting another estimate, but I didn’t think anyone else could match the quality and attention to detail at DoubleTake. Their attention to detail included wrapping the film around the edges of the body panels so you wouldn’t know it was there. And Sandra gave me a great deal as well! I had the Xpel protective film applied on the front half of my 2020 C8 Corvette and Sandra added a 6 month ceramic coating for the entire car. The protective film was especially important to me because I take my Corvette to the track (Laguna Seca, Sonoma, Thunderhill) and it can take a beating. I’m happy to say that after 5 months and 3 track days, the paint still looks great and there are just a few minor spots where the Xpel film has marks. The ceramic coating has also held up, which is important because I need to go over most of the car with bug and tar remover after a day at the track. You can see from my pics that my C8 still looks great after 5 months! I’m showing it this month with the Santa Clara Corvettes on Main Street in Los Altos. I highly recommend DoubleTake and you can be sure that Sandra will treat you right!

Sandra and her team did a incredible job and their services is absolute. I had to come back to them multiple times to get my car done exactly how I wanted to be. They did 50% ceramic tint on my windows all round and front. Plus, Sandra gave me a really great deal you can’t even believe. Paint protection film covering the whole front which is the bumper, hood, side fenders, side mirrors (if it is painted), headlights, and she also added 6 months ceramic coating protection throughout the whole car. When I came back to see my car again when the services is complete. My mind was blown away! I was speechless for a bit because the paint protection film was like invisible, you don’t even know if it is installed or not. And when I inspect very closely to my vehicle, they also detail my wheels and tires! I was what?! I was so surprised, I didn’t expect that at all. Sandra and her team went above and beyond my expectations. I really went to thanked the team personally for taking good care of my car. Sandra, thank you so much for everything! Not too happy with my experience at this location. I called in for window tinting the previous week and got an appointment set up for the following week. Took my car in just for it to sit there for a few hours and to receive a call to tell me that they couldnt do the work that day. Its just really really frustrating because I dont live in the bay area and to come all the way here just to come to this place where iv seen plenty of great reviews and quality work for them to tell me that. Very unfortunate. And I lost $100 deposit just for my car to sit there. I will not be returning to double take auto spa for any of services. I did not feel valued as a customer 😕

Sandra and her team are fantastic. We felt like they took care of us every time we went (we had both our cars tinted with SunTek ceramic and Xpel Ultimate ppf installed). Sandra walked us through the entire process on how they do their ppf install and she had a range of options if you dont want to do the full car. You should expect to spend a good amount of money for a professional ppf install especially in the Bay Area. Sandra and her team did a fantastic job on both of our cars. Whenever we had a question or a concern, she took care of us. One of the ppf on the trunk started to peel off and the team replaced the whole sheet without question. We love how our cars are protected from the horrible road conditions and the tints have lowered the temps inside the cabins. I highly recommend Double Take Autospa and will continue to be a repeat customer in the future.

Called today wanting to book a service. I mainly wanted exterior service, including a car wash, but was open to other types of services. Right after hearing the words car wash, the owner chuckled and told me they are a high end shop and there are no opening for another two months. She never even asked what type of car I drove or if I was open to other types of service. Unbelievably rude.

This is my second time coming back here to do ceramic coating on my 18 Subaru wrx. I was introduced by one of my friend before. The first time was two years ago which I did the PPF and 2 yr ceramic coating. I been into a lot of different detail shops, but double take auto spa really do a good job on the cars they take in. One of the best quality detail shop I ever been too. Not just quality of the job is good, also the customer service was also one of the best, especially sandra! We brought my brand new BMW X7 in to get paint protection film and clear ceramic coating to protect the finish and make it easier to keep the car clean. Sandra and Paul were so easy to work with and their staff did an amazing job with my car! It was literally sparkling when we picked it up. It looked better than the day we picked it up from the dealership. We are so happy with the job they did! We feel relieved knowing the car is protected and my husband is ecstatic that he will not have to wash the car that often. Just a quick dusting and he’s done. Totally worth every penny!

I can say a lot, but its enough to say; these guys exceeded my expectations in every way. As a matter of fact my Maserati looked much better after Double Take Spa did Detailing on it rather than when it was in Showroom at LA when I bought it.

The staff here are friendly. She explains everything in details to me patiently. The hand car wash is nicely done. My car is shinning after the exterior car cleaning! The price is reasonable. This 5 star review is long overdue. We have been taking our luxury vehicles to DoubleTake Auto Spa for well over a year and we are always impressed with the results. Our Hummer and Porsche SUV has their ceramic coating. Once we purchase our brand new Porsche 911 we brought it straight to them for the paint protection film on the hood, front bumper, side fenders and headlights with the rest is protected with their lifetime ceramic coating on the body, rims, windshield we also selected the ceramic heat reduction window tint. Once they were done our Porsche looked better than when we purchased it from the dealership. Wow! This is one of the most professional detailing companies I have ever encountered. I just purchased my new car and wanted to protect it. I follow this company on Instagram and knew this was the place to bring it for protection. I talked with Sandra, she explained the best protection was a paint protection film for the hood, side fenders and front bumper then protect the rest with a 10 year ceramic coating. I just want to start off by saying wow! I brought in my 2020 Camry XSE for the new car detail, 5 year ceramic and window tint. I was shocked to know that the shop found paint imperfections on the trunk, and some rock chips on the front bumper and hood. I’ve had the car for only 3 weeks! They did a great job fixing these imperfections and making it look way better than it did when I pulled it out the lot! I highly recommend!!! 10/10 for sure!! The paint looks like glass, it’s just unbelievable! Right on time for 4th of July weekend!

Where do I start. True professionals, very accommodating, and most importantly good people. From the time I made my appointment till the time I picked up my sparkling car everything was done with professionalism. Sandra went way out of her way to give me a ride back home. She is an extremely nice lady. On pointing out one missed spot during pick up she took great deal of care and focus to clean up that one spot as well. Exceptional service and quality detail job! My car had numerous scratches and paint from a minor accident that they removed beautifully. The surface of my car went from rough to smooth and shiny. They do a thorough inspection after the detail job and didnt leave until the car looked absolutely perfect AND they come to your own driveway. Their prices are very reasonable too! I knew my 11 year old SUV would look good.... but from years of neglect...a lot of car washes with twirly brushes and a fair wax job every 5 years or so.....my Denali looks better than the day I bought it! And the guys were so detail oriented... that I found clean areas that I thought would never ever be clean again. From top to bottom... inside and out... an absolute stellar job! Don’t let the price scare ya off... at DOUBLE TAKE.... you truly get MORE than you pay for! I’ll be back with my other cars!!

I took my 14 year old car there to give it a nice clean up. I got some great advice on maintaining the vehicle exteriors and interiors. The car looks all shiny and new! Would definitely recommend. In fact, Im bringing in my other vehicle to get done too 😉

Took my RDX for a deep interior detailing. Comes out like new after several hours. Sandra is very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything upfront and in detail. Her team is really focused on details and let me examine the car carefully after the service. Definitely a five star company!

Horrid service with a take it or leave it attitude:I purchased a Google Offer so one would think the company would want to impress a new customer. However..1. Created an appointment request on the website for the next day2, Received zero response.. neither email nor phone3. No one showed up at the scheduled appointment4. Called a few days later and was told that someone would look into it.5. Did not get a call back that day6. Called the next day and scheduled an appointment after the operator gave me the excuse that they are short staffed and that is why my appointment and follow up fell through the cracks.7. Asked to speak to a manager. Manager would have to call me back8. Manager called and I calmly explained my experience and that it had not met my expectations.He told me Heres the deal, either you want to use our service or you dontIt is insane that one can manage a business with this attitude. Clearly I will be getting a refund for my Google Offer and going elsewhere for service

DoubleTake did the most amazing service for my car. I tried to take off some tree sap on my car and it left bad, and ugly scratches on my hood and the sides. I went to DoubleTake and Sandra gave the exceptional care for my car for a cheap price and explained what products to use and how to use them to avoid mistakes like this in the future. They even gave me a ride to my college while they worked on my car. They were working on my car till I come back at 9pm making my baby extra shiny. Thats how much effort they put. I got my car back the same day as good as new. They are the nicest people Ive met. You should go to DoubleTake. I highly recommend it.

We took our 2013 Nissan Altima to Double Take Auto Spa today. First of all Sandra one of the owners was a delight to work with. Very professional. Knowledgeable and accommodating. We had The Works Detailing Service. Wow, our car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The exterior finish is like satin, the tires & wheels look brand new. The interior is immaculate and smells divine. Our leather seats are beautifully clean & soft and treated to protect them. Needless to say we will be back
