Very unprofessional... the lady in the front ask you to go for highest paid service and promise that don’t get delivered by her men’s in the back who actually cleans the car... not a value for service .. after paying $46.99, still I have to go back and use their vacuum to clean the hair and dust on my seat.., not advisable and not recommended

Been going here for years. Have a senior wash price ...I appreciate that greatly. Very competitive price wise. Never had a problem with their cleaning either. Once my wastebasket didnt get emptied. Pointed it out and np. Theres another car wash closer to me.I go to this one. Its competitive and thorough. Recommended.

It is just ok. There are many easily visible portions in the interior of the car such the door edges where the dirt is just left as it is. The cleaning is fast enough, and they offer a variety of fresheners for the car. They can certainly improve.

Not recommended. They took a premium price for cleaning my Buick Enclave and handed me a still dirty car. Worst part was I had to run after them and search for someone who can give me time for the leftup cleanup which I pointed. They were acting very rude when I requested them to clean up the left over parts withjn car. They sent me over and over to different sections of the shop for that. All that hasle, just to get the basic cleaning which I came for in the first place.

Got a discount on car wash as I also filled gas. Car wash opened at 9 AM on Sunday. Everyone wore masks. Nice and clean and fully stocked store

My cars are acceptably clean after a service here. However, more often I have to ask the attendants to double wipe certain areas of the car because they missed it. Same goes with vacuum services. Sometimes, a second pass is necessary. Ive used their interior shampoo services as well as complete detail. Their location is perfect for me. They also give out discounts on return service within a week. I believe their water is recycled so I dont worry about it flowing into the bay unlike when people wash their cars at home on their driveways. Ive never had any damages due to their service so trust that your car will be ok when washed by them. There are several options available, but I always go for the The Works for $27.99 because its middle of the ground option for my used cars. BTW, they stopped spraying scent in cars due to ozone restrictions. They now issue scented swatches instead. Good move, I concur. The scent probably lasts longer.

They took 20 minutes to figure out what kind of engine was in my not uncommon car, then they drained the oil from it and removed the oil filter only to discover that they did not have the proper oil filter, so they sent me walking to the auto parts store so I could pay $12 for an oil filter that they then only gave me a $3 bill credit for. Then they didnt even reset my oil change light. Definitely would not recommend.Update: I drove home, and on a whim decided to pop the hood because I had a bad feeling about the quality of work that was done to find that the engine shroud was missing. Get your oil changed here at your own risk.

Today I went for car wash at this place. They did my car in less than 10 minutes and everything is as is. If you are expecting a good service, I dont refer this.Last time I went to Pacific Car Wash and I thought they did OK but not great. After visiting Super Station, I could say that Pacific is far better than this.

Since covid its slow so no wait time, service is good but compared to a place in Vallejo California off Tennessee street I rate them at a 3, the employees are nice, the process is fast so I think a little more time on ones vehicle would increase my score.

When I pulled in with my new car I pointed out the bugs on the front area from a recent trip and was told, no problem. When the car came out there were still a lot of bug remains still there. I pointed them out and the worker sprayed something and wiped. There were still quite a few remaining. I had him hand me the damp towel and I removed them. I always like to tip workers but I couldn’t this time.When I pulled into my garage I saw the car was covered with water spots. I’m polishing the car now.Never there again!

Good carwash. Only expect your seat settings, radio and steering wheel to be out of place once you get back into your car. And leave nothing like a laptop or purse in the trunk & back seat. The carwash attendants will move personal items around to clean. So leave important items at home.

Very fast and courteous, but interior cleaning wasnt that good

I took my truck here and paid $160 and they couldnt even throw in some scent. Whatever not the end of the world. So I go to pick it up and the headlights where on and the battery was to dead to start it. So I tell them and they get a jump pack and start it as Im looking around there was foot prints all over the bumper.... they didnt even clean the bed! You would think that for $160 they would clean the bed. Then when I get home I look around some more and there is still dirt on the quarter panel by the tire. And its not new because its dry. For $160 you would think at the very least they would give the car a good wash. I will give it to them that my interior is pretty clean and that is the reason I am giving them 2 stars

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I’d give ZERO stars if I could. This place always gives bad car washes, but my last visit was by far the worst! They didn’t wipe down the inside. The windows had streaks all over them, and there was still tons of dirt on the outside- Will post pictures.I was in a hurry, so I didn’t notice how bad it was until I pulled away. I had left a tip too....I’d like that back please smh

Went there to get my car detailed. They did a really bad job at it. The wind sheild had dirt from the inside and out. My mirrors were not clean and neither was my dashboard. The car wasnt shapooed as I could see dirt on that too. And to top it off, they lost our car keys!!! Wouldnt recommend

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the third time Ive gone to this place and the first two times werent amazing, but out of convenience, I went today. After looking over my truck, I noticed black marks on my back cloth seats. I took it back, knowing they were not there before the carwash. I showed them the marks and I was told it was nothing of theirs. I offered different things it may have been and was told no and then asked if I was sure they werent there. My truck is 6 months old and I do my best to keep it looking new, I KNOW those marks werent there. I left without any sorry from them or a solution. Once I arrived home I tried calling to speak to someone higher up and the phone rang and rang until it hung up on me, three times. I will NEVER go back and hopefully I can save someone else the headache.

Dont take your car here. One of their associate thought it was be a good idea to sit and rev my motor just to hear my exhaust. Zero respect to their customers. Told the manager and he didnt really have a care in the world.

Costco coupon costs 50 Usd for 4 washes (the works) a $27 value per wash. They noticed dirt on the front despite washing the car once and washed it a second time on their own.

Oil change amazing!! Car wash was horrible! Dirt still all over dash floor seats doors shifter ect.. Had to re do it myself and im talking dirt they did nothing and I paid to upgrade for nothing just horrible. Dont go to this one!!

Paid $11 for just a basic car wash about 1 month ago and I asked for not taking care about the interior as I am doing it myself. Was a super great value for the money and very fast so I came back again one week ago and I was very pleased again.

Got the Rain X Car wash came out to 29 and was pleased with the exterior not including the rims. Rims came out looking just as bad as they were when they came in with brake dust on them. Interior was very quickly vacuumed and they didnt even take the time to lift up the mats and clean under them.

Tried first time here, they did not clean well, i saw them not doing vacuum for back side of suv, only after asking they did it, I will have to do vacuum again as they did not do it completely, I paid for rim clean as well, but saw associate did not do it, on asking they just said it’s done . inside cloth wipe was done very poorly, mostly I will have to take it some other place again or do it myself.

They provide discount coupons that are valid for two days after getting your car washed and have great customer service but it really depends on how busy they are. The problem is they are fairly busy most of the time. As a result the arent as thorough and forget the extras that you may pay for like waxing the wheels and scenting your car. Dont get me wrong they are extremely hardworking but they frequently forget the minor details

The oil change is pretty handy and they give you a free wash... but the car wash is ridiculous... at least get the bugs off my windshield and dont leave stuff on my carpet on the drivers side... worst car wash...

Busy at times. These people work hard to meet your expectations. I love my clean car.

They do an OK job with exterior and interior cleaning. Even after the cleaning you can see it is not done well underneath the doors when you open the doors and also in the hard to reach areas. In general they leave out cleaning the trunk if you do no keep your trunk open. If you want your trunk to be vacuumed, leave it open.

They did not rollup the windows and all my seats are wet now. i leave all windows open when i leave my car with them. they guy told me why you leave your window down so we are not responsible. i have mini van and i have to take all family somewhere which i can not do it with wet seats.

Got The Works option @ $24.99, and was disappointed. I was able to get a better car wash at Lozanos for 1/3rd the price. Stay away from here if you expect your car to be spotless after a wash. Expect bad interior cleaning - vacuuming, dash etc.! Not worth the price!!

I took my car to Superstation all the time, they have taken care of my cars detailing for years. I almost had everything done to my car here except for carpet shampoo. I have tray floor mats but they have taken care of the rest of my cars detailing needs from car washing, vacuuming and clay bar, Rainex and car wax and sealant treatment of the paint. The managers a likeable fellow and the workers are just so busy fast and happy, especially appreciative of tips. Its been great here and i keep coming back.

They didnt get my floor mats as clean as I would have liked but the outside of the car looked great. Im sure I will be back!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY KIND SERVICE.The new technicians who did my car drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil.Summary of what happenedWent in for oil changeJob was done in 20 minutes Im guessingPaid and got in to my carPut it DRIVE when my car started stalling on me and the gear was slipping.I felt the transmission was not engaging into gears normally.So I told the lead technician and started checking.After finished working on my car, he told me the transmission fluid was drained instead of the engine oil. He said it was a new guy who did the oil change earlier.

I decided to spend $79.99 to get my car seats deep cleaned and washed and etc... they told me it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hour to complete. After waiting there for 2 hours asked how long more they said 10 more minutes. After 3 hours finally get my car and see the passenger side mirror all wrapped in tape!! I asked the guy what is wrong with my side mirror and u guys never expected me to see this and drive off or have the nerve to tell me u guys broke my side mirror! The manager came out and said no it was glued before.. I said what!! I have the car for 5 years and my side mirrors were working and had never been broken or glued....I told him how would I work the auto adjuster if it was broken... then I realized now thats why they took three hours cuz they broke it then tried to glue it and spend hour drying the glue then say that it broke because it was glued before... the manager was no help and the workers said we did not break it.. idiots u put tape on it!! I told them u guys will fix it or pay for it.. they wouldnt even give me any insurance info!! they are thieves and I ha called police ..a t least they got the insurance info from them! I will take them to civil court as they break and try to fix it with glue...... they are liars and thieves just trying to rip off people... everyone should be careful when getting their cars washed or deeply cleaned as I had paid 79.99 dollars and had to wait for 3 hours when they had promised me it would take 1- 11/2 hours. they took 3 hours cuz they were trying to get away with it by putting glue and thinking I would never noticed and just drive off .. they must have thought she is a woman .. she will never know!!

They broke the dash cam which was dangling when we got the car. I complained to the Manager and he had a nerve to accuse me that I brought it in broken and wanted them to pay! What?! Then I shut him up by telling him if he would like to review the latest footage with the date and time stamp to determine if it was working before the wash? He then showed me the notice on front door that practically says they are free to demolish all aftermarket accessories without any liability. The dashboard was still left dusty as well as I think the workers ran away after they broke the dash cam.

This car wash has raised prices every year but theyre quality has continually declined. Management doesnt have quality standards. Just last week they missed several areas on the car and didnt even clean the inside of the rear window. If I have to check everything twice, whats the point?
