Wait time for inquiry was a little long due to COVID as well as Cyber Monday, but Norcal Auto Stylez gets 5 stars for the service Ive received so far. I got to order remotely, and received photos of the products on sale before I bought. I ended ordering a NRG steering wheel and a quick release for a good price (thanks to a Cyber Monday deal). The cool thing about it being a small business is that you can deal with the owner. Thanks, Cesar G. for your help and dedication even during COVID on top of the Cyber Monday rush. Cesar also stayed open late to finish my order, which I appreciated. Really excited to get my parts!

Horrible customers service! Sent me a used product that they claim to be small imperfections from factory. Its a 7inch long 2 inch wide scratch! I dont not want a refund or a replacement. I just want you and your customers to know what kind of products your sending out

I just want to start off by saying thank you! Customer service was on point! Cesar has gone way over what he should of have, I ordered in a RHD kit for my 240sx. Sadly they didn’t have one in stock I got a text about 3 days later saying he found one for me(thank you for not forgetting), that same day I paid for it I got my invoice. Shipping did take longer then expected, but I knew I had that coming due to it was a full front clip and they had to pull everything off and just leave me what I needed and paid for And it was still in the container! When receiving, everything was packaged nicely, and everything was there + the badass steering wheel that came with it that I didn’t think they would leave, but looks like I got lucky!. Also to anyone that’s a first time buyer from Nor cal yes they are legit! And the prices are more then fair! You get what you pay for, I will definitely be shopping here again and maybe even after my car is complete build I’ll take a little road trip from Washington to California to check out there shop and see what else I can pick up! Good place for parts never had an issue at this place they are professional they know what theyre talking about. Im sorry for the people that say that they had a bad experience which Im pretty sure it wasnt a big deal like the guy saying it took a week to arrive which to me Thats not bad at all and sometimes its understable that they out of stock because they do sell a lot of stuff but the team there are always professional so five stars from me.

I have been coming here for many years and bought many stuff from norcalauto styles they are my one stop shop when it comes to any parts needed motor swaps etc. Always satisfied on products that I have purchased. Alot of people talk down on them just for small misunderstandings but lack on calling them to follow up on there purchases and blame them for everything but when you own your own shop and have many people placing orders and what not its understandable to make a simple but little mistake I give them 5 stars in my book keep up the good work -the portugee
