Very bad. Customer service! horrible !!!! In the service department there’s this service advisor named “JASON”. Very rude and no manners! I do not know how NISSAN select their employees. This person clearly does not represent any of NISSAN’s CORE values!!!! Who ever is the manager in this branch must do something right away! This is a disaster! Poor training!!!!!! Lack of interpersonal skills. Seriously NISSAN of Fremont doSomething about this! There is no excuse for this kind of behavior!!!! And there is no excuse for having a bad customer service either!!!! I really hope that this bevavior of them is not a form of discrimination!!!!! They do refuse to help you with your car! And they give you a hard time! And specifically Jason is very incompetent employee. Again! No decency and manners!
