Not happy. Bought four new trailer tires 90 days ago and had one totally blow out on the freeway. They said they dont warranty trailer tires. Nice to know $600 later. Zero stars.

Towed in my Jeep at 8PM and used the drop off keybox service to leave it overnight at the shops parking. I needed a specific A/T 31 tire to match the rest three wheels. They got it in a day and installed it!

Excellent tire and auto service. Delivered when promised.Update: They have added a new two way texting system. You get a text when you drop off your car. Another when service starts. If there are any issues during the service they will text you complete with photos of the issue. You can approve or or not by text. Once the car is ready they will send you another text to let you know. Excellent system. Available in Fremont now and all locations soon.And now they have added 3 charging stations with 4 USB ports and 3 outlets.

Bruces came in clutch for me. Ran over a screw and unexpectedly needed a new tire quick. They were able to order it during the weekend and have it in by Tuesday. They even tried to get me the same exact tires that were already on my car! Came in first thing in the morning and was greeted with great customer service. Cheapest service around and timely. Only reason I didnt rate 5 star was because took longer than the estimated time they gave me.

Came in with 1 screw in a tire. Was told needed replacement. Then sat and waited for 40 mins before they even told me it would be a while, then took a hour just to replace one tire, if you need fast service and have other important things to do like work, then find a different shop.

Top quality job. Went for an aliment for our motor home. Job was done in no time, plus some additional work. Have been using Bruces Tires for years will never go anywhere else.

In these Covid19 times, Bruce’s installed in approx 1 hour as promised. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

Had a slow leaking tire so I went to Bruces Tire. They do all my tire and suspension work on my cars, truck, and boat trailer. Rob took care of the order right away. It was a nail in the sidewall, not a repairable location. Rob hooked me up with 2 new tires at a good price. I was out in an hour.Highly recommend Bruces. Ive never been disappointed with their products, workmanship, or service.

Whenever I get great service and receive personal treatment, I give a great review. I needed to upgrade my Jeep(new wheels and tires after a 3”lift) . In the past, I would have gone to 4Wheel Parts. But they are prone to an arrogant, “know it all” attitude. I gave Bruce’s a try based on a friend’s recommendation. Rob was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. I got a great deal, and the Jeep drives and looks great. Completion date s always a good thing. Bruce’s old school personal service and willingness to help is refreshing.

Have been a customer for years. I have all my cars tire needs done here. Great selection and prices. Staff here is professional and courteous. They will not sell you things you dont need. They are honest in their assessment of your vehicle.

They couldnt solve my problem. They are not responding properly and they dont want to repair my car .Before I got good service so I came to them but now I will not go in future. Dont go there and dont waste money. My car was repaired at Midas garage with reasonable charge.

I’m not one to leave reviews anywhere, but I felt like I needed to take the time to make one for this place because it deserved more than 5 stars! I was in this morning due to my tire blowing out. I got there as they were just opening their shop and they attended me so quickly! I don’t remember anyone’s name but they were all so nice and had great customer service! I was offered to wait inside and for some fresh coffee. I would highly recommend Bruce’s Tires to anyone in the Fremont area! I would definitely make the drive out there to purchase another tire. The service was quick and friendly. The tires from top shelf to bottom were good prices. They got me in and out fairly quick. If i needed a tire again and I was in the area i would gladly stop here again.

I am a truck driver, I drive a mixer truck or commonly known as cement truck. One rear tire keep on losing air and I couldnt find from where, so I took the truck to Bruces tire and the guy who I addressed was quick and professional. They dismount the tire and found a metal that was causing the leaking. Fix it and the cost was totally acceptable. Tumbs up.

Needed a nasty nail removed from a tire. They patched the inside and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. And it only cost $23 my kind of car repair. We use them for all our commercial trucks as well. They have a mobile truck that saves our bacon every time we are stranded with a flat or when the CHP says our tires are too low on tread at the local weigh station.

They dont want to repair or fix your flat tire they just want you to put new tires instead. I got my brand new tire busted at freeway and they are the nearest one but they refuse to fix it and told me to put new one which is not possible for me even used ones they had for almost at new price. Then I go back to my home town with my spare tire and fix my flat for 20 bucks only.
