GARY GROW was my salesman. I loved the way he handled dealing with us. He wasn’t pushy or all about getting the sale. He was very friendly and down to earth. When we were ready to buy Gary made it happen. Like most people we don’t have a perfect credit score. He stayed late to be there for our needs. Incredible experience. I have never purchased a car from them, and am out of town, but needed some information on a car I am purchasing that they serviced. Josh in the department was super helpful, took time out of his day to answer questions and went out of his way to find the information I needed. They could have blew me off since I wasnt a customer, but instead they treated me like their only customer. Really impressed, I just wish all dealerships were this friendly.

Special shout out to the Service Manager and the techs for finding and fixing a problem Id been having with my Ram for over a year. I purchased the truck at a competing Ram dealer in the area that snuck a mechanical issue by me, claiming it was a simple fix. Wrong. Took it back again and they said it was something else. Wrong. Baumanns did a great job at a fair price in a timely manner and maintained good communication throughout the process. Thanks guys!

I bought my van from Bauman Chrysler. Very impressed with their selection. I highly recommend Jodi (car saleswoman). She is a no horse and pony show type that is willing to haggle a little and wont hold you hostage. Their was an issue the day after my husband and I payed cash for our vehicle and, after calling, the dealership manager was willing to take care of it. The only thing I can say negative, is the signer (the guy you sign all the papers with) didnt seem to have any patience for babies (he was young) and pushy when it came to the extra insurance packages (I am assuming he gets a commission?). Their service department is also very professional. Josh is the person I dealt with and he was very down to earth. Would definitely consider being a repeat customer!

I was a repeat customer!!! Key is was!!! I called about a car I was interested and was scheduled for a test drive. It was for the following day. I get around and ready because I live an hour away. I looked again online and did not see the vehicle I received no call concerning that fact the car was sold the day prior. Not happy

Jodi was wonderful to work with. We couldnt find the truck that I wanted. Jodi helped me order exactly the truck that I wanted.

Had my car towed there, told them what was wrong with it and what may need to be done to fix it, they wouldnt quote me a round about price til it was up on the lift and after I heard the quote I said no, took it to my dads, said it needed less and more work than what they were going to do on it and did it for a 1/6 of the cost. Just because I (untrained mechanic) say this may need what I say, doesnt mean you should only do what I say. I got to a mechanic for expert advice and experience and done in a reasonable amount of time. I was out of my car for a week. They were a day late on getting me a quote. And couldnt give me a quote until it got on the lift and charged me $80 for pulling a tire off and saying yup thats what it needs. Leave your car in a safe area and get a quote before you have it towed or youll spend an extra $100 in town and $80 just to have someone look at it before you get a quote.

Price is generally much higher than other dealerships. When I mentioned a much better price at another dealer for the same car they tried misleading me about the other dealer. We ended up going with the other dealer because they were honest and the deal was much better.
