Absolute gem of a transmission shop. Very fair priced, but also you know that you are not going to get scammed here. I strongly advice you check out this “ma and pa” style shop instead of going to the AAMCO shop in fremont

I happened to stumble upon this place by accident since its just down the road from me. I needed to realign the gears/ clutch plates in the Jeep overdrive unit since I didnt have a special press tool to remove the snap ring. I went there & spoke with Abel. He knew exactly whats needed to be done since theyre well versed with Jeep transmissions. I picked up the overdrive unit the next day and he started telling me tricks to reinstalling the part onto the transmission. He even called the tech in the back to confirm some of the tricks. They actually started asking me if I had certain tools like a pencil magnet to or else they would loan me one. Who does that these days especially someone whose not bringing them a big job?!? Anyway I got the job done thanks to their guidance. I just really appreciated their help and their friendly attitude to helping out a backyard wrencher!

They can handle any size problem and if they dont know the answer they will work hard to find out what the problem is and refer you to someone who can help you out. Liars Excuses but no work my car was there 69 El Camino for a month and I couldnt even get a estimate from these guys Dirty shop dirty technicians The worst customer service Ive ever experienced They used to be good when their dad was doing it but now the 2 brothers run the place and theyre running it right into the ground Just drive by look at ugly building Their problem good at doing oil changes and flat tires but thats about it Dont go to Marks Or your be sorry
