Nadia is very good and has the patience. The first day l was there to look at the apartment, she was very competent and good. Vue Fremont apartment will benefit a lot and she is a keeper. Thank you Nadia for everything.

Updating my original review as management and the management company reached out to me to address and resolve my issues.Customer service here is not good. The office never answers the phone. Put in a work order some time back, they marked it as fixed but they never actually fixed the issue. They are just dishonest, they also deleted my post on their page when I called them out lmao. Will update my review until my issue is resolved.

Had a fabulous experience while living there for one year in 2015-2016. near, clean and safe society to live in. made a lot of friends there. kids use to love swimming pool and play area.

Admin seems to be working with me on my lease and they are making it right - I appreciate that.

It’s impossible to get into contact with the admin. They don’t adhere to the times that they say they will be back. My lease is up, and I contacted them weeks ago about the raise in rent or possibly moving to another unit - they only get back to me a week or less when my lease is up leaving me no time for recourse. Now I’m trying to sign a new lease and they are unavailable. I don’t think that’s best business practices and it’s certainly not fair or even ethical . I’m writing this review because there doesn’t seem to be any other options.

I have been living in this community for over 2 months now and it has been an amazing experience so far. Cherelle and Jessica from the leasing office are always very helpful. They made our move and stay very pleasant. Special mention about the onsite maintenance staff - Derek and Ricardo. They are very prompt in responding and fixing things. They are always willing to go out of their way to assist us which is very impressive. The community in general is maintained very well at all times. Overall a great experience so far.

5 years was 5 to many but it was okDerek the maintenance guy is the only good thing from Vue and it’s really close to the Alameda creek trail 👍🏻My van was broken into 2 times because there’s no security but most places don’t have security.We moved to a house down the road for almost the same price but it’s the school district your paying for I guess. Cherelle and Jessica were very nice and helpful with keeping in contact with us as we settled in. Each time we had a question, we had answers in a timely fashion either minutes after emailed or early the next morning.The apartment complex is kept very neat and welcoming. It was our first choice in fremont after doing research on so many. We were actually apartment hunting in the Spring but couldnt move in until the end of the year Fortunately, Jessica and Cherelle kept in contact with us and took the friendly effort to reach out to us when an opening was available and made the time to help us work something out each time we had a problem. Over the course of the year, we are very thankful to see that the quality of customer service stayed top notch.
