Do not rent from here. Once I showed up to sign a rental agreement they tried to add extra costs for utilities. I was going to rent a 1 bedroom with no washer dryer hook up and they wanted to charge an extra 60 for water and 150 for electric. Thats more than what a large houses utilities would be. Its robbery. I walked out immediately.

My experience with Northcoast4rent was great and rewarding. I was looking to stop renting and own my own home and Northcoast4rent gave me my best option I would recommend them to anyone thank you Josh Ross and Northcoast4rent for getting me what I needed keep up the good work.

Piss poor landlords. Do not rent from them!! They are slumlords, they dont fix anything. We lived on garrison at by library. Beautiful building. they are too old and cant keep up with maintenance. Our bathtub was clogged for 8 months! They finally came and fixed it after we called our own plummer. Our windows are all busted.. Heat went out in winter..then they never fixed it properly. Ac went out just this memorial weekend. They ignored calls. every unit in this building is full of mold. The basement is full of fleas, that come up into the apartments. Building is not insulated so in the winter electric bills are $500, summer bills are not good either. Do not rent at 417 Garrison st. When you are 1 month behind rent they send the baliff to your apartment to threaten you.

Northcoast has good rental properties

Im going to get straight to the point, my experience was horrible. He helped me from the start but soon began to decline in the service I recoeved. The beginning of my problem started when the person I was in contact with left for a week and decided it was a good idea to not put me in contact with any assoctaes or the owner of the place I desired to rent. I was told the owner and whomever was reviewing my application just for him to wait a while longer to tell me that I needed to resubmit an application. I did so and was told in a day i would hear some news. So I waited for some one to contact me for another week and of course I was always texting and trying to get ahold of the person that was supposed to be helping me. Instead I kept getting put off and eventually someone took the rental that I was trying to get for a couple weeks.I understand that I am a first time renter but I dont believe anyone shouldve treated me like this I will avoid ever trying to do business with these people ever again.

Negative stars needed. My husband was bitten by bed bugs over two dozen times in one night and required medical attention! He caught ten bug in about 2/3 minutes. Nasty! Claims he wasn’t aware!

A lot of unique apartments available at low cost

Have limited options and not very consistent in calling a applicant back.
