My vehicle had been dying on me for over 2 weeks. I had an appointment to bring it in to a Mazda service location. Through my insurance they dispatched the tow company. The woman was very professional and friendly. She arrived within the ETA. She asked to inspect my car and ultimately gave it a jump start, which got my car working. She even gave tips on what may be the problem and to make sure I tell the mechanic. Overall I was happy with the service and that I made it to the Mazda service department before closing.

These guys are the worst, my auto insurance covers towing, they tried to charge me an extra 225$ on top because they said my car was too big, I called my auto insurance and they said this was a scam and not to use them, but they prey on people in need of a service and lied to me and my insurance, STAY AWAY

My car was dead in a parking lot in Oceanside. I called them for a tow to Freeport and the truck showed up an hour later. He got into my car to turn on the key and the car started!!! They did not charge me anything. I appreciate that and I will be using Broadway Towing whenever I need a tow. (Hopefully not too often.)

I see some bad reviews, but they were great for me. I wish I knew the drivers name from 10/24/20, as he was very kind and understanding. So much better then the previous service I used. This really lowered my stress level during a tough situation.

My insurance set them to tow my van. When the guy got there he told me I needed to pay an additional $200 out of pocket because it was a full size van. He did what any tow truck would do to any other car and hooked it up in 3 min. Said he was charging for the “extra labor” total BS.

After calling Roadside Assistance, Broadway Towing was called.Broadway Towing called me for an update. I provided information. They said that they would call me back with an updateI Never got a phone call back. I waited an hour thinking a truck as dispatched. I tried calling them back and the lady hung up as soon as I told her who I was. I called again and they wouldn’t pick up the phone.I called Roadside Assistance and they said Broadway Towing canceled but never told themThe unprofessionalism of this company cost me two hours of my time. They don’t care about their customers at all.

This is the worst services ever . They say 24/7 and don’t work 24/7. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The guy sounded like he was half way asleep and told me they don’t start till 8 am ! Kept saying the truck was on the way and they never showed up ! Horrible service .

OK I can say they did show up in a timely manner. The guy was rude, Drove like a lunatic and pulled off my block like a race car driver with my car on the back of his truck. SMH

The tow truck showed up an hour and a half later and I was told by my insurance that I can get a ride with them I just needed a mask but when I spoke to them they said that no its there decision and they dont allow that so I had to wait for a ride while he took off to my house

Horrible horrible service, is it really hard to keep professionalism?

Total rip off. Never use these guys. $225 to go less than 5 miles. Car had one bad wheel driver told about 3 miles and then put on extra towing wheels to up the rate. Unnecessary.

Never showed up, never answered his phone, eventually he just turned his phone off
