I lost my car keys and was originally quoted around $500 to order and program new keys. Once I got there I was immediately being played for a fool. All of a sudden they need to run a diagnostic test for nearly $700 additional. Then later claiming they found a $3500 issue. I get my car service annually so I know they were trying to take advantage of me. And this is all after have my car towed at my own expense to and from the location which was another $450. Because I decided not to get the work done from a dishonest place. Also due an employee shortage at this location they couldnt offer having my car transported to my home once the service was complete. NEVER AGAIN

Made an appointment two weeks ago by phone to have my 2013 Porsche Boxster S serviced and inspected so that I could renew my registration. Kevin met me at the drop off point, was fully aware of why I was there, told me about how long it would take and asked if I wanted to wait or if he could get me an Uber. I had work to do, so I decided to take him up on the offer of a ride. When my car was almost ready, Kevin called to see if I needed a ride but I had already bummed a ride from a co-worker and told him I was in the lounge. 15 minutes later he came to get me, went over all the work that was done, and after paying I was on my way. Great experience. Kevin was very professional and courteous and everything was done to my satisfaction.

Excellent service. I had a low brake pad light go on right before a long drive the next day. I immediately called the Service Dept at 9 AM - spoke to Chris, the Service Mgr., and brought my Macan in at 11 AM. Waited - although they offered to Uber me home and back. Took about 2 and half hours and I was on my way. Terrific experience and I highly recommend them.

I bought a CPO Panamera here Sep 2nd 2021. Overall it is not a quite pleasure experience.I have contacted them since a month ago, but the communication was not running smoothly. There were 2 sales Tiana and Jake reached me in succession, but they both stopped respond my email for no reason. Until I got an following check from their GM, and I replied that I still looking for purchase, then we back in touch.And the purchasing experience is also not fun, the financial manager is so rude, he was trying to sell their loan to me for APR 5.39%! I know I can get a much lower rate at BOA, but he refuse to get the quote for me, even after I get an pre-approval by myself, he still don’t accept and ask me to get the check from bank!!! So I have to call the bank by myself for 3 hours!!! And finally get 2.14% from BOA. My laptop and phone were almost both running out batteries.The only one showing respect to me is Joseph Lopez, the sales guy who company with me for the long day. He lend me the charging cable for my phone, and help me corrected the tax amount on the buy order. They charged more $2000 on tax “by mistake”… He is the reason why I am not giving 0 star here.

Ordered a 2021 Cayenne E-Hybrid through this dealership in October 2020. Negotiated a great deal with one of the sales people who is no longer there. My order got handed over to a gentleman named COLE PORTER and I had an amazing experience dealing with him! Great attitude and aims to please and deliver. He is very responsive to text and calls you back right away to address any concerns. Throughout the entire process there was almost daily follow-up on his part to make sure there were no hiccups or delay. On delivery day we really felt the attention to detail from Cole. He took the time to go over all the features of the car and addressed any and all issues. We took the delivery of our new Cayenne and drove off extremely satisfied. Forwarded the information as requested after our call never heard back (sent text msg looking for updates) until I called again on Monday. Told the trade in guy was away or something and they apologized for the forgetting to call. Receive a form letter email from GM looking for feedback (on sales person email address - thats real personable and private). I called because it was the salespersons email and never got a return call. After calling back on Monday, i finally got my trade info and it was so incredibly low I asked them to recheck it. Came back $1k higher but far below averages offered I terminated my interest. Terrible experience, poor follow up, ridicules trade in value and no call back from GM to date.

And it was very disappointing, I was planning to buy the car a surprise to my wife as an anniversary gift. Definitely had a great experience at Porsche South Shore. There’s alway someone to assist you once you walk into the building. With Cole the sales consultant, the whole process of getting my Macan S went smoothly. It took about an hour to go through all the features and Cole made sure I understood. Overall I was very satisfied.

After deciding on getting a porsche, my fiancé and I decided to go to this location to check the car of choice out.. We decided on a tycan 4s, so we fill out all the paperwork to see if we were qualified. Long story short, we werent qualified for the car we really wanted ( was very disappointed about that).. anyway,We were told about other options we might be qualified for, so Jonathan, one of the sales representatives showed us the regular tycan that I ended up liking in the end... Jonathan was very helpful, he was very positive, confident, and knew what hes was talking about. He answered every question my fiancé asked. He made sure we were satisfied with our decision on getting the regular tycan instead of the tycan 4s.. .. bought my car about 3 weeks ago and Jonathan still reaches out to make sure I am ok and I dont have any issues with the car since this is my first electric car....
