Cheated & they refuse to help me. Title says car has cruise control, but it doesnt. Tried to rip me off more offering to install at 2x the $ of the certified dealership!After driving the car (only a few miles) I inquired about the cruise control because I couldnt find it; nobody bothered to show me or inform me in anyway. Since the car was priced well I decided to purchase it, but again before signing any paper work I inquired again about the cruise control this time, to owner of dealership. He rushed paperwork since they were closed & I purchased the vehicle. I completely forgetting about cruise control, I figured I could trust them....wrong! After I got into the car I I googled where cruise button is. found out there is no cruise control in the car!I knew that since I had already signed the paper work & the car was now mine, that they wouldnt help me Its your problem now Im sure theyd say. Since I only dive to & from work I figured Id just tough it out. I drove to Georgia for a family reunion all the way down & back w/no cruise.It was on my way back that I decided to check the title to see if it said anything in writing. When I got home I looked & sure enough (Cruise control w/resume). I thought they have to help me now! So I contacted them, they said its a typo then offered to install cruise for me for $800 (give or take). Since they took over a week to give me that estimate. I contacted the certified dealer to get an estimate thinking it cant take that long to give a $, the certified dealer quoted me just under $400 half the price! This is a certified dealer not just an auto shop, I always thought they were supposed to be most expensive!The law says if its in writing you must honor that even if its the companies/employees mistake otherwise its called FALSE ADVERTISING nonetheless, I cant help but feel upset. Since it cost more for a lawyer than to install cruise i was screwed. I ca only try to warn others. BAD BUSINESS

I have bought 2 cars from them. Both of my cars are great cars. They have worked with me 100%. When my 2008 Dodge needed work I did not have the money for the repair they put it on my bill for me. As long as you work with them they will work for you. Bear and all the staff are great to work with.

Very helpful in getting me into a car even with some credit issues. Some of the negative reviews are from people who havent even done business there. There is always a risk when buying a used vehicle so be careful and really look over the car before you buy it. They tell people to take the car to a mechanic and have it inspected if you want, very nice people. The name suits this place.

I purchased a sweet Pontiac G6 from here about 6 weeks ago and just love it. You are allowed to take the vehicle to your mechanic first before you buy, so I say be adventurous and enjoy the time look forward to many more deals with the Good People Thanks for everything.

Theyll sell the car at one price but change the numbers on the sale price of car to say it looks better for you, & tell you youre not really paying that price. Perfect example of why used car salesman have a bad reputation. I wouldnt be surprised if these good reviews are fake accts. Most of them are only 1 review at that dealership, not suspicious at all.

Worst pay here but here dealership. Car I finaced off the lot was a complete POS. Body damage, no fuel gauge, shorts all in the wiring, faulty and brakes which led to me wrecking the car 4 times! Sued this company for selling me a lemon and won. Dont advise this place one bit. They will harass you unconditionally.
