Missed Monday trash pickup and Tuesday too. Called Tuesday and promised a Wednesday service. No show and so called again to be told Thursday. No show again today.

Overall a reliable company. They offer additional pickups on their website but when I requested one, there was no follow-through from the company.

They do not pick up the phone when you try to call them. Be prepared to be on hold for at least 2 hours just to talk to customer service, they have not picked up our recycling and/or trash multiple times, and when they do pick up they leave the trash cans in the middle of the driveway.

We had issues getting our waste picked up on time for over a month. Each time we constantly had to be on the phone with Waste Management and after 3 weeks they said they would give us a refund, not mentioning we would have to wait 2 months for it. After having to make several dump runs we decided to cancel our service. They told us we would not get a refund for the 2/3 of the month we wouldnt be using and had to pay a discounted pick up free of $75 on top of that. I will never use waste management again.

For the 1st month after moving into my home, I couldnt get receptacles delivered. Then two months after being at my new residence, I came home on 2 separate occasions to random receptacles being left on my property. Im currently sitting at a total of six receptacles on my property. And 1 month since Ive asked for the 4 extra to be removed. The communication and task management of this company could use some retraining.

Signed up for trash service 22 July. It is 20 August and I still have no dumpster/bin or recycling container.I have called at least a half dozen times. Sat on hold, talked with pleasant people who seemed to want to help. But bottom line, my garbage is piling up in my garage and WM is doing nothing.I was even told to put my trash and recycling out without the bin, but the company just left it behind after picking up for all my neighbors.This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company with which Ive ever attempted to do business.THE WORST.They took my money and that is the only thing theyve done.Its trash. You deliver a bin and come empty it. Its not that hard, until you try to get WM to do it.

Moved into a home 3 weeks ago, never received service, 16 calls, multiple attempts to get service dispatched to us. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Taking business to County Waste.I should have to beg to receive a service that has been paid for. Extremely dissatisfied.

Moved in to a our home with an existing dumpster on the property in August. Previous owner had finished the contract and I was told by WM dumpster would be removed Sept 23. Ive called twice since that date each time they give me a new date for removal. Last call was supposed to be same day removal. Today is Oct 12 and its still sitting in my yard. So glad we did not pick up service with them and I certainly will not be recommending them to anyone!

Everything is always great

Total garbage. Pun intended. Easily the most expensive trash service around. Let me give you a breakdown of the costs for 1 month:$175 start-up fee$30 month service fee$75 to remove the cans (after canceling service)There was only one scheduled pick up week before I canceled service. And they missed it. Youre much better off with any of the local services.

Waste Management dishes dirty business practicesFound I’d save $120 a year by switching to County Waste. So Waste Management offers to lower their price to match that. I’ve apparently been overpaying for four years. Then I find they charge $75 to pick up their receptacle.I’ll make up that $75 loss is less than 6 months, but WM lost a customer for life! Trashy business!

We used Waste Management for the past 2 years for our residential pick-up service. The past month, Ive been speaking with Waste Management customer service every week. The trash person is dumping our recycling (we hand sort and store recycling here at the house) into the same receptical that the trash is dumped in. The customer service people lied by saying the trash truck has 2 compartments so it is deceiving. I watched and video taped the trash company not recycling. Thats not even the worst of it! After the last and final complaint (3 complaints), we ask for our service to be stopped after December (we pay in full for 3 months of service). Waste Management came to the house the last week of November, took thier cans, and left the trash that was in them in my yard!?!! WTF?! The worst trash service, over priced by over $20 per month, and horrible customer service department! Call County Waste or any of the other guys. Its trash, not rocket science!

First off absolutely horrible experiences. By far the worse customer service, I felt I was being thrown through the loops. I constantly was told to call a certain person and they were never available(spoke to 5 different people in one week, receiving 5 different answers). They stopped our service and had to use our own time to run trash to the dump. It finally resulted in canceling our service with WM. It was a constant battle to get the paper work to cancel our service. After receiving it a week later I can finally get this dumpster out of here. But I still have to wait for a $1300.00 liquidation/ dumpster removal fee to be processed that we have paid. I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO USE WASTE MANAGEMENT, UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE ROBBED BY THEIR OVER PRICED COST AND LONG CONTRACTS THAT ROLL OVER!!!!
