Less than 50% pickup rate for both recycling and trash awful service. Have to call twice a week just for the lower than 50% pickup.

Horrendous. Lots of missed service over a year (should have changed long ago). This latest time is the last -- just cancelled. Today is Wednesday. I called last Friday to make sure they were coming, since the prior Friday they didnt. After they transferred me from customer service with no warning, a sales rep was kind enough to talk to me and schedule a pickup. He also said that my regular pickup had been Tuesday for five months (whos been picking up on Fridays, then?).No pickup on Friday nonetheless. Monday I called three times and was told they were coming on Monday. Nope. Tuesday I called three times, asked for escalated service, and no pickup -- ON MY REGULAR DAY! Wednesday I called, asked for a supervisor, got no reassurance. I happened to have been at the corner while on the phone, and one of their trucks rolled by, and I flagged it down. The driver was kind enough to do it for me.Maggots on the trash finally gone! Disgusting!
