Long story short.They got our container mixed up with someone else’s and stated that we’re lying about the pull and return when it didn’t happen. I’m not going to post the long version regarding this matter; however I have it saved in my notes and this is such a shame. We have every bit of proof that our container was not picked up. It was mixed up with another addresses. We have no reason to lie about 1 container when we had done 6-7 pull and returns with the company back to back costing 3k(est); so why would we lie about a container? Needless to say no love lost; just do not want the same thing to happen to someone else.

These people are crooks.. Took 500 from business account without picking up the full dumpster.. Left a full dumpster, charged us like they dropped a new one.. Then came and took the full dumpster without dropping a new one... Do Not Do business here

I contacted T&C on a Friday evening with an immediate neeed for a large roll off dumpster. They offered up front pricing with no surprises. Better still, they dropped off the dumpster first thing the next morning. The lady at the contact number was very helpful and polite as was the driver who delivered the unit. 2 days later, the unit was full and, again, I was met with nothing but helpfulness. They arranged pick up the next day, emptied the unit, and dropped it back for me to fill again. Different driver this time but equally polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this company to any person or company in need of a roll off dumpster.

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. We rent several dumpsters, from various companies. I had to waste my time and get in a dispute with my bank due to their lack of knowledge and common sense. The owner does not ever return your phone call. And the receptionist continues to direct you to the owner, sounds like a good way to avoid a problem I would say. NEVER would recommend.
