HONESTLY, by far the best towing company I have ever worked with. Very good rates. Very understanding and very prompt when they have the time alloted to them. These are genuine people who care about their customers who would never look at you as just a number. I would highly suggest going through them before anyone else in the Fredericksburg area.

They did not release my vehicle until I approved it because they called me when my insurance company was on the way to pick up my car without my authorization. Even though they got a call for a tow when I was on my way to get my things from the car, they accommodated me as well as quickly responded to their call. I appreciate that they cared about my time as well as their other client.

Our car wouldnt start on NYE, freezing snow in Fredericksburg. Steven went above and beyond in helping our family in the most difficult situation.

Light at the End of the TunnelHad my truck out of the shop for 3 days before it broke down. Mechanic said he would pick it up-he did not. Come to find out it got tagged and towed. I was so frustrated and angry. Called mechanic; he said he got busy and would get it Friday. Here’s Saturday and he’s ignoring my texts and calls. With no one else to haul a broke down diesel, I was at my wits end. So I called the towing company. Thank god I asked them. They gave me a very reasonable price to bring my vehicle home. Very polite and immediately solved my problem. Honestly I should have just called them when I broke down and had done immediately. Thank y’all for helping find a solution to the stressful situation.

Steven is the man of the year as far as we are concerned! It was early evening and we were stranded with double flats, full truck and we were towing a trailer! We needed a big tow rig to come out. We were still 10 miles out of Fredericksburg and he was willing to tow us all the way to austin since all the tire shops were already closed. But on the way to pick us up he called around and got a tire guy to meet us at his shop after hours and get us back on the road! Thank you Steven, you are our hero!!!

We were taking our 5th wheel RV in for service when our dually lost power passing through Johnson City. We called Tic Tac Towing. Mike was there in 20 minutes. He got us and our truck back to Fredericksburg quickly. He even offered to haul the RV back from Johnson City if we need him to. I work for another tow company here in town but what Mike did today is way above and beyond the call of duty. He took time away from his business to deliver the ladies personal belongings whose husband was tragically killed in an auto accident here last week. And that may not sound like much to some but she is in the hospital in San Antonio which is 75 + miles away. I am proud to not only call him my fellow tow bro......but my friend as well
