I would highly recommend using Sullivans towing for any of your towing needs. They gave me an exact ETA of arrival, professional, and very reasonably priced!

I got a flat tire on 95 and couldnt get anyone to come out quick, Sullivans came out and picked me up and went out of their way to even plug my tire. Great service, great staff!

I called Sullivans to help me when a truck carrying a shipping container got stuck in the process of delivering the container. They were helpful, extremely timely (the heavy wrecker arrived about 5 minutes after I called) and quite reasonable. Kevin, the driver, was knowledgeable, safe, and helpful on a cold January night. Based on my one experience, I would absolutely recommend them and will be calling if I ever require their services again.

These people were so kind. We are not from the area and when our rental was totaled they let us stay in their office for over an hour until we figured out better accommodations. Additionally, we were pretty beat up from the accident and couldnt transport our stuff from one car to the other. So the staff helped us move our belongings from one vehicle to the other. We are so thankful for them :-)

Driver was very polite. They allowed us to use thier lobby while we tried to find another vehicle, file claims with insurance company... Very polite staff.

This location tries to price gouge you. They ended up telling me one price and then try to change the price when insurance was going to get involved. If you state a price that is reasonable to the customer you should not flip flop and change it. Also, if insurance does pay. It shouldnt be more than what youre asking. The representative even told me that you were charging more than usual. Overall the service was okay. But the driver shouldnt suggest that where youre taking the car is not the best place to do the maintence service (flat tire, bad engine) The customer knows best! Thinking people are stupid.

Kevin is the man. I have used sullivans several times now and I always request Kevin. I have had 2 of my dump trucks towed by them and even had them assist me in putting an engine in one of my dump trucks. Their prices are on the upper end but hey you get what you pay for. My father had an accident with a uhaul truck. Sullivan’s where awesome and went above and beyond to help us switch trucks and get back on the road. They where a God send for us and I recommend them 100%! The entire crew was helpful, friendly and down to earth!

The services that I received on Saturday February 15th were absolutely outstanding! they were able to keep me informed with the status of a driver coming out to my location, addressing my concerns directly, be represented at that arrived came exactly when he told me that he would and was extremely professional! They were able to take a very stressful situation and make it a lot easier on the concerns that addressed for them as well as were able to calm myself down for occurrences that were out of their control.

Do not use Sullivans Towing, they will rob you blind. I used them to tow my vehicle 18 miles and was charged $160. My vehicle needed to be towed back home from the shop they dropped it. I called another company to tow it back home 18 miles and it was just $60. So you tell me why the price was such a big difference. I could have got a round trip from the other company and had money left over. You got me this time but never again.

I was stuck on the road for hours after other tow companies either refused or lied and never showed to help me. I finally called Sullivan’s, they were polite, timely, professional, and very empathetic to my situation! The tow driver was a true credit to the company! He deserves a raise!! I will use them only from now on and I highly recommend them to anyone stranded on the side of the road no matter the time of night!!

Quick when my tire blew on 95, was able to get to me within 30 minutes of calling, this was at 1AM!! Price was alright for the distance, $125.00 for about 15-20 miles to my house. Driver was courteous enough to drop me off near work (security gated) while it was cold outside, thats a plus in itself.

After having a flat tire and no lug wrench to remove it, I had to call a tow company. Sullivans responded very quickly and had my spare on in no time. Great driver. This enabled me to go get the tire plugged and on my way I went. Just had to say thanks so much!

Great experience! Showed up within the appointed time. My vehicle was in a tricky spot, and Dustin was able to get it onto the truck with no damage to my vehicle. Very smooth, 20 minutes tops. Highly recommend!! My car was not easy to retrieve after losing all power and being stopped in a bad spot. Justin did an amazing job not only picking up my vehicle but also placing it PERFECTLY in my driveway. I mean the precision was impeccable, WOW!My car unexpectedly broke down in almost 100 degree weather. I had my 3 kids with me and was already having a rough day. One of those, its one thing after another, type days. Got stuck in a ditch after a snow storm. Company showed up with a small tow truck who couldnt get to where the vehicle was so they had to call a second truck. The vehicle was pulled out pretty quickly once the second truck showed up, and then the bill came...$1200. They have no problem taking advantage of you during a storm. Look elsewhere unless you want a predatory company to empty your wallet.

I have used Sullivans towing several times over the last few years and 3 within the past year. Their staff is always professional and show up in a timely manner. Being a business owner with your own trucks on the road it’s good to know you can count on them 24 hours a day.

A truck broke down in front of my house yesterday and I allowed the owner to push it into my yard with the understanding he would be back in a day or two to get it. Today, a Sullivans truck drove into my yard to hook up and tow the truck without asking permission. I was home and my son-in-law was cutting the grass. When I called I was told that the owner told them no one would be with the truck. Get more information about the location - it wasnt his property and someone obviously was here. Disappointed.

Company is a shame! I have been in the military for over 27 years and watched our own units tow multiple vehicles, but the service representative was a novice at best. Destruction of property to include our driveway, miss representing their pricing structure and poor communication describes my interaction. After over 2-hours on what was described as an easy job by the own the scene driver, he called a partner for help to tow his truck after getting stuck himself then he doubled the price of his original quote to cover his incompetence... Again, all when the first driver to the scene described the job as easy and within the $150 quoted to move a vehicle stuck in my backyard... After the two drivers privately spoke with each other... they determined the price would be $350. Yes, after over a $1000 worth of damage to my property. Beware before calling this company... There are more honest options in the Fredericksburg area!

Wow! What a life saver! I was stranded while traveling back to Maryland from Virginia. No other towing company that I called would tow me that far. Sullivan’s did. Dustin (my driver) was so professional, he towed my car to the auto shop in Maryland and took me home. He also checked my vehicle over and informed me that my car had leaked oil and was almost out of oil (even though my auto service shop in Maryland had just given me an oil change). I would highly recommend this company if you are ever in a bind. I am safe at home now ( as a single female it is great to have a company like this to depend on when in need). I blew the motor out in my corvette on I-95 in the middle of the night, 150 miles from my house punched in Fredericksburg towing into google on my phone, Sullivan’s was the first to show up, so I called. 20 minutes later a nice guy named Eddie showed up, gave me a ride to a hotel down the street, and even knew the perfect parking spot for my car so I could get it on my trailer without too much effort. He even waited outside the hotel in his truck to make sure there were vacancy’s. He didn’t have to do that. Hopefully I won’t need a tow truck anytime soon, but if you’re in the area and do need one, I’d call these guys. If you see this Eddie, thanks again, you came in clutch buddy.

These guys were great! Had a breakdown on I-95 just on a Friday night before 6pm, so I called (the phone was answered by a person not a recording) in for help with the battery. From the conversation and questions about what had happen, they anticipated my need for not just a battery but a new alternator. As I was being towed to the shop, the other mechanic went to there part supplier before it closed to get the alternator and both men worked to get me back on the road in less than an hour at the shop. Both were professional as was the secretary/account manager who came in to process my payment. They helped out this brokendown vet who got stuck on the side of the road.

POS owner called and cussed me out after my company paid the poor bastard $3600!!!! And the the sob calls me and I had him on voice recorder admitting he frauded my company and not only that he tried to hold me and my truck and a $100,000 load against my will. Today I had the misfortune of having my 18 wheeler dying on me and i was already a day late getting home. A roadside service came out to me charged 275.50 and was unable to fix the truck. Laying over again was not an option. My company shop called 11 more people for me and NONE of them could fix the problem today BUT Sullivans. Pete was absolutely THE BEST and everyone there was super nice. I was up and running in under an hour after wasting all morning on losers. We called these guys 30+ miles away in Ruther Glen VA at 1am with a broken down suv and trailer. We still had 174 miles of traveling to go in our move and didnt have any other alternatives. Sullivan Towing sent out a truck and (for a fee of course) transported our moving vehicle and trailer on a nearly 3 hour trip. We would have been lost without them, or worse towed away to an impound yard with expensive fees. Great people to work with and very friendly.

We had our commercial truck broke down on 95 near Fredericksburg at 8pm called the office and was told the charge would be $150 per hour from the time of pick up to the time the truck got dropped off. They left their office at 8:30pm at night and we got dropped off at 11:15pm the charge would have been $450 but then they came with it’s also a charge for the driver drive back which pushed the price to $600. When we complained they said they wouldn’t put the truck down instead they would tow it back to their shop and we would have to pay double. They pretty much held the truck for randsome and we ended up paying the $600 because we had no choice. Would never do business with these individual they are thieves taking advantage of people’s situations don’t do business with them you will end up regretting it. Worst experience in my life after dealing with different towing companies the past 20 years in the DMV.

The oil pump on our converted bus/rv died, we needed a light wrecker as it would be to tall on a roll back. I texted a photo of our rig to Sullivans. Denise informed me that they could dispatch the right truck and driver for the job, but it might be an hour, possibly more but she would keep me updated. She did exactly that and it was worth the wait. James was polite and professional. He made us at ease and assured us that he would do everything that he possibly could to see that our bus got home in one piece. James did the hook-up efficiently no wasted time or energy, it was obvious this wasnt his first rodeo.We arrived home just as James promised, safe and sound. The charges were fair and exactly as quoted. Thank you Sullivans, five stars.

Just called Sullivans at 630 am on a Saturday. A man a answered as if I woke him up. I explained my motorcycle needed a tow later in the morning. He said they were tied up for the rest of the day. Really?

Had to swerve off the road to avoid hitting a some seemingly parentless kids playing in the snow in the middle of the road, my truck ended up in a ditch surrounded by three feet of snow. Called Sullivan towing and was told it would be $250 to pull me out and *COULD BE more if IT WAS REALLY BAD AND TOOK A PERTICULARLLY LONG TIME I thought wow $250 is alot to pull me 15 feet and leave but what ever.... when the truck arrived they had me hooked up and pulled out in under 10 minutes and probably closer to 5-8 minutes, well when it came time to be billed the driver tells me hes charging me $300, I tell him that I was quoted $250 and he just kind of shrugged me off and didnt seem to care. Being that it was the middle of a blizzard and I was in a thin jacket and jeans I figured instead of arguing with a driver I would call and talk to a manager the next day about the billing issue. So first when I called I was told that a manager would call me back in a little bit... well 24 hours later I hadnt gotten a call back so I called again and this time when i explained my problem and said I wanted to speak to a manager about it the lady told me to hold on and insted transferred my call to the driver that pulled me out. he continued to argue with me that $300 was a fair price because he had to use both cables to pull me out .......ummmm...... what? ...... he was implying because he didnt drag my truck sideways with one cable, because he hooked one cable to my left tow hook and one cable to my right tow hook and used the winch to pull me out, that that justified an additional $50 charge. Not only is that a ridiculous reason but even if he genuinly felt that added some difficulty to his job it took less than a minute too hook the second cable up and most certainly was not $50 worth of work. Very disappointed with the customer service $250 is already highway roberry then to add on another $50 because he can charge..... I would not recommend this company to anyone, I called another local company out of curriousity to see what they would have charged, $175 flat rate for pulling me out of the snow and leaving (once again with the possibility to be more in extreme cases) $250 to tow me 10miles or less if the truck hadnt been able to run

We broke down on Route 17 Fredericksburg with our motorhome they towed us to their shop and let us stay here in our motorhome for a few days to we could get it fixed they are good kind people and I would recommend to anybody that needs Towing

I had a 10:30 soccer game to referee and I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk as I was checking my bag. Called Sullivans towing at 9:48am, they arrived at my home at 10:05am. I had my keys back and was on my way by 10:10. The price was a bit steep at $75 but definetly worth it as the driver hurried to my house and had me going within 5 minutes.
