This is has to be the worse heating and cooling company ever. almost every time I turn on the AC part of the system, the thermostat comes up with a system fault menu on the screen and it shuts down the AC and there is no way to get past this without calling the repair service. when I call the repair service, often a repair guy cant come out to my house until the next day or a few days later and they still have the nerve to charge me for it! so because of this me and my family have had to suffer without AC in 90 degree days. even when they installed a newer thermostat, it still didnt fix the problem. I dont know what to do anymore. I have had with this company. words of advice to everyone out there, dont buy any bryant heating or cooling products ever. take your business elsewhere.

The owner-operator, Steve, is a true professional in the field. I recommend this company because knowledgeable, professional service is required in order to do it right. I can definitely say that the owner, and his lead techs, know what they are doing. Years and years of experience, hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism make a company worth calling. Steve and his team installed a new furnace and outdoor air conditioning unit at our home in Apr 2018. From start to finish they were every professional and respectful of my property. They were very clean and picked up anything they used and also cleaned the floor in between installing the old and new furnace. The pricing was very very fair and I would definitely used them again. Steve, the owner, came and made sure everything was going in as it was supposed to. The technicians, Tommy and Keith, were just great. They answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how to send in my warranty. I cant recommend them enough. Great experience!

They came out for an issue with our heater. After an inspection of the furnace, he gave us an honest evaluation of what needed to be fixed. He didn’t push other services that weren’t necessary and the price was very good for the work. The work was quick and very professional. I would deinately recommended them.
I have used Bryant Heating and Cooling numerous times over the past 20 years.I have not had any issues with the billing, I understand the R22 Freon gas is not free nor can a normal residential person just go buy it.( I have a friend that tried.)We have had great experiences every time. Our friends, family and colleagues used them as well, because we have had such good experiences. I have and will continue to recommended them to anyone in the area. I think they are great people that dont overcharge.
We have used this company a few times, and we even recommended them to some friends who gave plenty of business to them. Apparently, they are getting too big for their britches because we called TWICE a week ago for something very simple. My husband ended up having to fix it himself because we didnt get so much as a Hey, were slammed and cant get back to you Great way of showing your customer appreciation, guys. Dont expect any good reviews from us again.

Unfortunately its been a struggle dealing with this company. We bought our house with a brand new system that was put in by Bryant so when we had an issue we called them thinking it was covered under warranty. It took days of calling them and lots of unreturned messages to finally get scheduled for someone to come out and look at it. They showed up hours late. Turns out it was the thermometer which was not covered under the warranty so we had the technician put a new one in and we wrote him a check to cover the cost. He did not provide me with a receipt which was weird but I thought Ill call the office and have them send me one. This was the end of July. I watched our bank account expecting the funds to be removed any day but when a month had passed and the check still didnt cash out I called their office. I was told Oh he probably lost it. Well see if we can find it. When I asked for a receipt she said Oh Ill email you one today. Never happened. Ive called and left several messages about my check and today it is mid September and still no word on the lost check. I guess they dont want to get paid. Very unprofessional not to return calls and follow up on issues. Wont use them again unless we absolutely have to. I gave two stars because they fixed the problem but the customer service has been terrible.
This company was contracted to install the HVAC in my new house built by foundation home. A couple months after moving in I contacted them because the system froze up. They came out and filled it up and said this shouldnt happen again A couple months later it does, they once again top it off and assure me it is good to go.It does fine thru the winter however come the first warm day spring 2017 it freezes up and then melts causing a flood in my basement. I contact them and after a couple days they arrive. Once again top it off and depart. A couple weeks later it does it again this time they promise to send someone to leak test it.2 weeks later it does it again this time they send a tech that re-sweat all the connections. Well here we are on 8/9/17 and once again it is frozen up and flooded my basement. We were assured a tech would be there on 8/10/17, then 8/11/17. Well nobody came call them back and now we are being told 8/14/17. They refuse to send an emergency tech despite having one according to their answering service.
I believe I have been cheated. My AC was not cooling. I was quoted $95 for a service call. I was charged $450. There was no repair made, only the addition of freon. The amount of freon added, according to Bryant Heating and Cooling, was probably about 3 pounds. A 30 pound bottle of freon22 sells for about $450. If 15 pounds had been added, the fair charge should have been around $310. Thus, the overcharge of about $140 or 45%. I have discussed the issue with Bryant but they are unwilling to reconsider. If you use them, be certain to get an absolutely firm quote before they begin service.
Please take my advice, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I called Thursday because I wanted a second quote for a fan motor and module that needed to be replaced. I was told that a technician would need to be called to find out more information about my specific unit. That call never came in. 0900 Friday I called again an reminded them what I needed, again I was told “ I’ll need to call my technicians about your unit, I’ll call you back later”. 1630 I called a third time, and it sounded as though they were picking up and ending the call. I called three more times and the same thing happened. I used my wife’s phone and like a fish on a hook they picked up first ring. I explained for the third time what I needed and was told “my technician sometime are in the attics and are hard to get ahold of.” I suppose they have been in the attic for the last 7 hrs. Anyways, she told me that no matter what she would call me back. It’s now Sunday and I have had to move on with other companies. Try if you want but if they say they’ll call you back, you know what’s coming.
Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Save your money and go elsewhere. Zero returned phone calls in a week and a half. Came to service a malfunctioning unit left and never heard a word on what was wrong with a brand new unit that was less than a year old installed by them. How theyre still in business is beyond me. Shady as shade can get. Its 2018 probably time to learn some custmer service skills because yours suck. All these reviews of no communication are spot on.
These guys are honest and kind and I never have to worry about anything when I call them. They have been taking care of our heating and cooling needs for just about 20 years!
After our experience, I will not recommend Bryant Heating & Cooling to anyone! My husband called first thing Tuesday morning as our AC went out Monday evening. He was told that a technician would be out that day by 5:00pm. At 4:30, no one had shown up so he called. He was told the technician would be given a message to call him. When the technician called, my husband was told he would be there on Wednesday morning between 8:00 & 8:30. I called at 8:45 and left a message as no one had shown up. At 9:30 I gave up and called another company. That company responded within 30 minutes and had my AC working again within 30 minutes. When I was getting ready to leave the house at 12:00, the guy from Bryant FINALLY showed up! I told him I called another company and the AC was fixed. His response, Oh well, at least its fixed.We were not even given a courtesy call saying hey the call before you is taking longer than expected or anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED FAST SERVICE!

Extremely unresponsive. Would not return calls. They installed a complete HVAC system but would not provide warranty information. It took over a year to get the information. I wont do business with them again.
