My husband took off work today because we had an appointment for our Air Conditioner to be fixed between 10am-12 pm. Nobody showed up and nobody called us letting us know they werent coming. My husband and I both called their business number and their voicemail box was full every single time. He also texted numerous times asking if they were still coming out today. No response. We called our home warranty company and they tried calling Gibbs and they also got the message that their voicemail box was full. Completely unprofessional and a horrible way to conduct business. I wish I didnt even have to give one star.
