I called 72 degrees on Labor Day morning after one of our AC units went out. They state 24/7 service on their website. They need to remove that as waiting till the next morning is not 24/7. Their answering service states that someone will be contacting you immediately, but that is false as well. I have been in a world-wide support role, so I know what 24/7 means therefore my expectations are not unreasonable.

Had 72 Degrees out for our yearly check of our system. Damian came out and did a nice job and even came a little earlier than the projected arrival time. He checked our system and came down from the attic with a video for us to see what he had discovered needed repair. We were able to get our replacement part in just at a week. Damian came out and replaced the part and was very professional and polite and properly attired for Covid times. We will use them again and recommend to others to call them for service.

Our AC went out the Thursday night before the Memorial Day weekend. Weve had our AC patched for the last 20 years and the technician, Randall, recommended a complete replacement on Friday morning. We certainly understood that this was the case, but we were also aware that the holiday weekend was approaching and didnt know if we were going to have a very hot weekend in our home.Friday afternoon, Brad showed up and compassionately and professionally helped us choose an appropriate unit for our home and secure financing. A call went out for volunteers to install for us at some point over the weekend, and Miguel and Juan answered the call!Miguel and Juan arrived Saturday morning, about 45 minutes EARLIER than their 9am appointment time. August in Texas can be brutal, so you can imagine my delight when I called 72 degrees with an issue and they said theyd send someone over immediately! Not only did they arrive within a couple of hours but they fixed the issue quickly, they even explained how the previous owner had set up the zones on the nest thermostats. Was quoted 5k to repair 2 ac units, struck by lightning and replacement was proposed at 26k as apparently units was at the end of its lifetime. Fortunately got a second opinion from guys with red trucks and now all is sorted for under $600.00 and same units should be good for 10 years according to them. Crazy world isnt it??

We’ve been customers since their Schneider Refrigeration days and are consistently pleased with their products, service and installation. There are certainly cheaper options out there but “you can’t stop a Trane”. At times the service has been inconsistent as, like a lot of contractors these days, they have a hard time finding quality help but the hit a home rum with Jonathon. He’s showed us things about our high dollar units we were never told before and has changed filters and UV bulbs we didn’t know were part of the unit(s). We ask for him by name now! I received a text letting me know that Randall, from 72 Dregreed, was on his way. Randall was here to do a Spring check-up on our AC. A short time later, Randall arrived and introduced himself and why he was here. We showed him where our AC unit was and he went to work. He told us about a drip pan cleaning strip that, when moistened, releases a cleaning solution to keep the drain clear. He asked us if we would be interested in having one and we said “Yes, please.” This way, we don’t have to pour bleach into the drain to keep it clean and clear of debris. He finished his inspection and declared us ready for this Summer. I wrote him a check and thanked him. He explained the receipts that he gave us and asked if we had any questions. We did not and he thanked us and was on his way. Very professional, and polite. AND yhe cleaning strip was just what we needed to have one less thing to do for ohr AC. Thank you, 72 Degrees. I will be recommending you to all my friends and neighbors.😋

Our 15 year old HVAC started to fail in August, and the need for a quality replacement system was necessary. Brad discussed and explained his recommendations while making sure that I understood everything. He helped me feel comfortable with the decision I made concerning the replacement unit. $516 to tell me I had a leak in the coil. Want another $1042 to replace the coil (this unit is under warranty from them too) will never be on my property again !
